I ordered a gun on Aug, 30. Its been over 2 weeks and they have not sent any correspondence to my FFL dealer. Ive asked for updates but there has been no real response. The phone number just goes to a message about how all support is online and a voicemail.Update: Its been 18 days. Ive opened new service tickets and sent emails to cancel my order. No response. Im going to have to dispute any credit card charges they try I guess?Final: They did update me that the FFL never responded and they cancelled my order at my request. Ill have to check with the dealer on that but it took a bunch of different service tickets and emails. Its been frustrating.

Bought the Cloud Defensive Owl light for my Tavor 7. Received my confirmation of order within minutes of purchase and the order shipped out the next day. Ordered a Wilson Combat handguard but it didnt come with barrel nut. I called WC and they confirmed the part number should have came with the barrel nut. Sent several emails to Centerfires customer service, but never heard back. I needed to complete my build so I bought the barrel nut for directly WC (another $60). I will never order from Centerfire again.

Its a lot easier to install stock than other reviews claimed. Took about 5 mins to install the new stock. I would definitely purchase this again. Showed up pretty fast and went together perfectly for a 1960s Glenfield 60.

This was a gift from my fiance and it did not disappoint(Rise Armament Tigger)At first I was weary about installing myself but it was a breeze. Took me about 20 minutes and this was my first ever installation. I am pleased with the performance as well, I have about 200 rounds thru so far with no issues. Huge upgrade from stock. Trigger Tech Diamond trigger is absolutely awesome. Trigger control is one of the most important parts of shooting. This trigger has never gone off before I want it too. But all I do is think about squeezing the trigger and it breaks over perfectly. I never have to tell myself to pull the trigger. Never off target with this trigger pull. If you can’t get to the range or ranch to shoot you can just sit in the garage and pull that trigger. Sweet. If you have a Remington or Remington clone action you need this trigger. Shipping and delivery was as expected. Love it.

I have just recently discovered this website in trying to find the Folds of Honor trigger and I have to say that price selection and the friendliness of the staff was perfect. I highly recommend buying from here!!

Rifle purchase was straight forward and went well. Rifle was shipped quickly. Fast forward to picking up the rifle from the FFL. The rifle was not wrapped in the plastic bag, the bolt was free floating in the box (again, not in the plastic bag provided) and the additional stock pieces for adjusting LOP and Comb height were not in the package. I contacted Centerfireguns.com immediately......a week later there has been no resolve. The response they provided was forwarding my request to savagearms.com for resolution. Finally, after waiting what I thought was a fair amount of time, I called Savage and got immediate results. Parts are in the mail. CenterfireGuns should have taken care of this in a more time efficient manner and not blamed savage, like they did. They sold a firearm that was not complete or as advertised. Their customer service is lacking in my humble opinion. I will see if they make right by me...and update my review if they do. Otherwise, I would have a hard time purchasing from them again.

I absolutely love the Magpul Hunter X22 stock, its lighter, more ergonomic, my mags are actually fitting better which means less jams, and MLOK capability for a bipod, lights or grips. Not to mention it looks way better than the original Ruger stock. Now Centerfire guns offered the rock bottom best price for this product and they shipped it in a very timely fashion. I couldnt be more happy with the product and vendor.

Wow! That is about all I can say about the experience with CenterfireGuns. Yes, the price was on the lower end of all other online venues but at the price came sacrifices in customer service and overall satisfaction regarding the entire transaction. Purchased a rifle on 11/08, received my FFL ealerconfirmation email on 11/09 as well as shipping notification. I live in Louisiana so when I seen the firearm leaving from their warehouse in Shreveport and an expected delivery of 11/12 I was ecstatic. Little did I know the rifle would, instead of shipped to my FFL dealer whose license was valid and on file, be shipped to their physical address in Colorado. After multiple attempts to contact customer service from myself an my FFL dealer, my FFL dealer received a call asking when their license would be sent it. My dealer sent their license in on the morning of the 9th with no confirmation and again on the 16th after the phone call. I as well sent in their license in the 16th. I finally received another shipment confirmation on the 18th, this time to my dealer, with an excuse for all this delay being that it was not the normal way of doing business and that it being the last...available did delay the shipping. After my response voicing my dissatisfaction with customer service I have received no response and my service ticket has been closed. I eventually received my shipment on the 23rd of November, 11 days after the original shipment should have made it to my dealer. To say the least I will NEVER do business with CenterfireGuns again and will advise all people I know or speak with to do the same. I have never in my years of ordering weapons online and assisting a FFL dealer previously (receiving online orders) came across such a lack in communication with a supplier and a total disregard for buyer satisfaction.

I get these things happen and may be outside of the ADs control, but not responding to further support requests is unacceptable.

The handgun was shipped next day and received to my FFL holder on the date expected.I fired about 100 rounds out of the gun and the rear site started walking. Thinking the set screw backed out and was lost, I contacted CenterfireGuns to see if this is something to help me with. Taylor is supposed to be a refined version of the Uberti, better fit and finish etc ... it just wasnt the case here .. I paid a premium for a higher standard of quality and didnt get that higher standard . Ceneterfireguns is aware of this issue but doesnt seem interested in truly addressing it or making any adjustments in the price due to it being of just standard quality .. no offer of any sort has been made and returning email doesnt seem to be a strong point either they have replied some but not to all and takes days to get a reply if you get one at all ... I waited before posting this giving them plenty of time to address the issues ( over a month ) but they do not seem to care to do any such thing ...This was my first experience with Centerfireguns and while this may be an anomaly it is what I have experienced thus it will be my last experience
