I had my 2015 Jeep Wrangler towed here after my clutch seemed to have gone, as I could no longer get it in gear. I assumed it was the clutch. But they told me it was just the slave cylinder. They could have easily replaced both to squeeze money out of me. But they were honest and I cant tell you how much I appreciate that. As this Jeep has given me so many issues recently.That was just the start. I had them look into a P0344 code that kept tripping, which says its a camshaft sensor. This took prolly a month or so for them to figure out, but it wasnt a straight forward fix. That code could be tripped by a number of different issues. They traced it down to replacing the camshaft and the phaser. After it was fixed, the Jeep ran like it did when I 1st drove it!!! I was extremely happy!!!When they told me what it was gonna cost I was so shocked, as I was expecting to pay about double what they actually charged me. This is the 2nd vehicle I have brought to this garage, and these ppl are smilpy the best!! If you need repairs I would HIGHLY recommend this garage. Theyre honest hard working ppl you can trust!!

Pro Care has kept our cars on the road for at least 10 years. We were needing to get away from the high priced dealership repairs. Steve and his crew have been great in servicing our 2002 and 2010 Hondas. With the 2002 Accord (170k mi. ) I ask that he take care of it like he would his wife’s car. These guys are awesome. The only place I will ever take my vehicle again. My AC was only working when it decided to. They kept it for about a day and a half. It worked fine for them. I went inside to pay the bill. When I asked how much I owed them I was told that$10:00 would be fine and that would cover the gas they had to put in. 😲. Got in my suv started the engine and no air. I went back inside and told them it was doing it again. the mechanic drove it back into the shop. About 45 minutes later he told me that he had put Freon in it. I thanked him and went back inside to see how much I owed. This place did not charge me a single penny 🙏 WOW!!!And YES the AC is working like a charm 😊THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH 👍

When he quit the business I was pretty distraught b/c its hard to find a good, honest mechanic. I got new tires at B&L (who I would also highly recommend) and they recommended Pro Care for the wheel bearing that had gone out. Pro Care took great care of me, were fast and professional from start to finish, and their price was $60 cheaper than the major chain guys could offer. Theyve just gained a life-long customer.

I would take a car in before a trip, and he would tell me what I needed, and even better, what I didnt need to have a safe trip. Went in to make an appointment to have a window motor replaced. The lady told me (multiple times) that there would be an hour labor charge. Then she said they dont make appointments, I could leave my car and they would TRY to squeeze it in the next day. But the topper was when she looked up the part and said you can only get this from a dealer.Apparently they only deal in after market parts and have no relationship with a Chevy dealership to get parts. At that point, she wished me a good day.I found another mechanic who had no problem ordering m y part and making an appointment for my repair. They will also be getting all my future business.Dont waste your time going to ProCare unless you are a commercial company. I saw ZERO privately owned vehicles in their shop area.

Came to Pro Care as my last resort to get a locked lug nut off of my Hyundai Sonata. Was told it would be $75+ at (2) tire repair places and $100+ at Hyundai. Pro Care had the lug off, replaced, and new tire in place the next day for less than $50. Great service, nice people, and pricing that wont break the bank. This will be my first stop from now on.

Not only was I price gouged for local parts, the repairs took several days and my car was left out on the street, not protected in any way. And if they came from Advanced Auto Parts about $35 and then about $160 in labor that doesnt make sense to me. So about $200 of the invoice doesnt make sense to me-------------------------------------------His response was polite, but at the end of the day thats $$$ out of my pocket, and 3 days out of my life that Ill never get back. Steve is a scammer. Had basic tune-up done(plugs)and specifically asked for same kind of plugs that came out of my F150(motorcraft). When I picked my truck up, Steve was real friendly and told me he did the plugs himself and everything was good to go. Couple of weeks later, truck started running rough, so I went to an HONEST mechanic. As I watched in horror, not only was one of my coil packs broken but upon further inspection he pulled out Autolite spark plugs NOT Motorcraft!!!!! This is an amazing place, I have never had a bad experience at Pro Care. Steven have never told me something that wasnt true and he has had over 10 of our cars in the past years. While reading the previous review out loud because I found it humorous that someone would give Pro Care a bad review, someone chimed in and said Steve doesnt even use Autolite products. Im sorry someone gave you a bad review. I actually looked at the person and he never gives a positive review. Im sure just a grouchie human with nothing to do, or jealous competitor..
