Insurance dragging their feet but the body shop seems to be doing all they can and are wonderful people

(October 5th of 2020)I think this is where my car went to get the mileage routine. My car ran the same when I left as it did when I got there. Something Michael Holley KIA could do nearly 20 years ago. This also means you all did better than Lakeland Toyota so thank you for doing an excellent job while I waited in the waiting room for an hour. Also thank you to the lady for letting me know itll take about 45m to 1h 10 m as it was done within the 60-70 minutes.I think the estimate time is also why Im rating it so high as it seemed spot on. Keep up the great work.
I had a great experience at the Regal Body Shop. Misty is awesome. My car looks great, the manager kept me informed as the repair progressed and the entire team was great. This is my second major repair at the Regal Body Shop and it has been as good an experience as it gets both times.
We were worried with past experiences we had at other body shops.Regal Body shop was great.We worked with Dee on getting our Honda painted. She is wonderful! She kept us informed throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable and professional.The guys in the body shop did an awesome paint job on our Honda Hrv. November 2019Took my car to the collision center after an accident my car was involved in and the other driver accepted full responsibility. There was damage to the front bumper. I have a 2016 midnight burgundy pearl Honda Civic and I was very worried the other insurance company would be frugal and not match the paint. The collision course, from Misty to Dee, did a fabulous job making me feel comfortable with their service and expertise. My car is good as new.This is my second time going to the collision center, one time was in 2018, in regards to a chip on my car from highway driving. Since it was a busy day and I had just asked for a quote. Dee herself or by request had someone take care of it and she gave me the keys, said it was on the house.Great service here.
Just about every time I went I have had great service. I get my car serviced there all the time and I started going when Kyle was the manager and he was great, then they had Skip and he was the rudest guy in customer service I have ever met, funny I didnt get a survey that day, he literally argued with me in the lobby of the service center for an hour and didnt have my car go back until I had to cuss him out and tell him to get my car done. Now they have a new manager working service and Ive heard great things from the ladies that work there, all in all Im satisfied with the work.

The best new truck buying experience ever. I buy new every 3 to 4 years and always dreed going to the dealer because of your normal sales tactics and aggressiveness. Pete was none of that. He laid it out plain and simple and told me the decision was mine. Tony in finance was equally respectful with absolutely no pressure. Ill not only be a returning customer, Ill be telling others about my experience.
I asked for no wash to expedite getting vehicle back on the road quickly. They complied and car was back to me quickly as requested. Good Vibes. You always have competent, friendly staff. Thanks Regal.

Dont EVER take your vehicle here for repair. Had them repaint my 2018 canyon in late 2018 by July the clear coat was already peeling. Ive been waiting since July 16th to get it fixed but they always have an excuse. When they thought it was a warrant claim they wouldnt have to pay for they said a week once they found out they were on the hook to fix it, they magically became busy and are unable to help. Every part of the regal family has had horrible performance. I would only ever refer someone I hate to them.
Working with Regal Chevrolet was a very positive experience. There was such a selection and everyone there was so helpful. I worked with Lindsay initially. She was very friendly and professional. I will definitely visit regal Chevrolet for my future vehicle needs.
Had body work done on my car there, took longer than they original told me and when I finally got it back the door locks didnt work. I took it back, waited 15 minutes for them to say they didnt know how to fix it, they obviously knew it wasnt working when I picked it up the first time. Had to take it to another dealership to have new locks installed.
From beginning to end it was a very awesome experience. I had been to many dealers and this has been by far the best experience, hence I bought the car there. Mr. Jose Nuñez was so helpful, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car and the sale. If the price was right, he had sold me the car right after test drive. He was truly genuine and knew everything about the car. The car was ready when I got there I didnt have to wait at all! I would recommend anyone to him and Regal Chevrolet - Regal Kia hands down! They by far met my expectations!

Everyone can make a mistake. Few take responsibility and fix it immediately. This is Lisa and her team. Lisa is the Best asset that Regal Chevy has in Lakeland. I will make sure she is given high priority with the headhunters should she ever look for a career change. Her worth in the market is platinum. Kyle has moved wish him well. I am trying to give the front of the Lakeland sales another chance after two terrible sales experiences. Their internet cleaner called me after my last review and promised my next deal would be done with a specific head of this dealership. I have been waiting for a return phone call all day. Not a good start. The cleaner admitted the front of the house had been a problem and they are trying to improve. Buyer with money in hand, Wife having taken a test drive and happy, and no return phone call. Not a good start Sal where are you???????

Juliet was his name jon ? He did exactly that to me swore i had to by a warranty and pay 2oo a month extra on top of car payment for a yr wouldnt take no so per my salesman justin i agreed to it got the car financed thru gm and cancelled the extra warranty a month later .
What a terrible car buying experience.Please do your research before buying a car anywhere, including here. Their finance manager lied to our faces over and over and straight up argued with me when confronted with NO.He said that having gap insurance and extended warranty would help lower the interest rate, a simple google search will let you know that this is not true.Spent OVER 30 minutes telling this man NO to the extended warranty and he refused to accept and kept pushing to the point of argument. He was patronizing and acted like the world would end if we didnt pay around $4,000 plus the interest on an extended warranty. I even asked Cant I just say no and it be ok? And that still wasnt enough, he kept pushing. Seriously for atleast 30 minutes.Once he finally accepted that NO MEANS NO, with the extended warranty, he became rude and unfriendly. Any questions asked after that were met with short, quick answers. And once the papers were signed, he put them in an envelope and said there you go and That was it. Couldnt even say Have a good day no kindness whatsoever.He also did not try to find us the best finance rate possible, he went stricly with the finance company he works with.This man acted like he had our best interest but is a complete liar. What a gross experience this was.Please do your research, find out if you can get gap insurance through your car insurance and also shop around for an extended warranty where it will not be overpriced like it is in the dealership. Get preapproved before showing up instead of relying on this place finding you the best financing. If trading in your car, find out what its worth before hand. AND DO YOU RESEARCH.Im sure this place is fine to buy a car from if youre completely willing to spend thousands of dollars extra on OPTIONAL add ons that you dont want or want to get cheaper somewhere else, but if youre going here with any plans on saying no on anything becareful, because the pleasant experience will turn into a complete nightmare.Thank you Regal for making this experience so awful that I had to type up my first ever bad review.
I was disappointed because when I first purchased my traverse, the Regal dealership told me that I did not have to pay for my oil change for 2 years, when I went in for my oil change the story changed I had to pay, I was told that my truck had 24,000 miles and that I had to pay now. Then, I did not get my car washed. So, I guess I will no longer go to the dealership for my oil changes or anything else. I bought my Traverse brand new in 2014. I was not advised that I had to pay after 24,000 miles.
