The only negative with the Oil Change service is they charge additional for Tire Rotation, when you can go less than 5 miles down the road to TiresPlus and get the same Oil Change service with Tire Rotation included at no extra charge. Regal isnt providing a better Oil Change, its a routine service, so why would I choose to pay more rather than less. Just common sense from a customer perspective.

I went in for a recall on my center front seat belt, I was on my way home and check engine light came on almost a year prior when I purchased the truck from same dealer I took my truck to get window tint done and on my way home check engine light came on as well. Weird? So they hooked up to computer and said they couldnt see a problem. I took it home and next day the light came on again, so I took it back to find out out the fuses were messed up 2 fuses needed to be placed and 2 fuses needed to be taken out. for whatever reason it took over a week for them to figure it out and fix it. This time they said it was ECM needed updated. Now Im having issues with the door locks and connecting my phone as well as it just doesnt seem to run the same at all. Not been really happy with my experience so far with regal GMC.

My wife took the vehicle in to have it detailed as our service agreement calls for and the service tech attemped to sell her additional services by telling her that the 30k scheduled maintenance had not been performed... After checking the owners manual it was determined THIS WAS A LIE... there are no manufacturers service items that are performed at 30,000 miles..It is clear this was an attempt to take advantage of an unsespecting but trusting woman by selling several hundred dollars worth of items that are not part of scheduled manufacturer service recommendations... He caused her unnecessary concern... It is clear to me now that I must personally be involved in examining any recomendation from this dealership as they clearly can not be trusted... I have bought multiple vehicles here over the years and always trusted the dealer services but... once bitten... twice shy... I might as well take it to Firestone.

I went to Regal GMC in Lakeland in search of a bigger vehicle. I loved the truck I traded in it was a 2017 Canyon. I leveled the truck put a Retrax on the back So if your looking for a great truck you should check it out. I just needed a bigger vehicle. I was greeted at the door by two pleasant gentleman and they made you feel comfortable not pressured. I have purchased 15 vehicles before NEVER have I enjoyed buying a vehicle. The only problem was me deciding which one I wanted. I ended up with a Acadia. The three Michael’s were so easy to work with even with me having a hard time deciding. I took my wifes Yukon in to have a nail hole patched in the tire. It was covered under the road hazard warranty. I was in an out quickly and my kids enjoyed the free snacks.
