Unfortunately I won’t be back here. They never had an issue accepting Audi service coupons multiple times that were specifically meant for Audi of Tampa, which I appreciated. However, when I had a huge (my largest) bill of $4,500 or so, they decided they wouldn’t accept the Tampa coupon after the service had already been done. Gary stated he would “see what he could do” about the bill, but never got back to me and stopped answering my texts asking about the discounted price.When I arrived to pick up my car, I again asked and he said, “no we can’t honor the 20% off.” I found this totally dishonest, since the coupon would have saved me a large amount of money, they decided to pick and choose when they would accept the coupon and then played games on making me think he would honor it and then never responding back. Never once was this an issue before, until I had such a large service bill. Greedy.On top of this, during the same service, they also charged me for an issue that their tech created 10 months ago when I got new engine mounts. I brought my car back to them then, but they “couldn’t find the issue.” Gary “discounted the price” but I should have paid nothing since the issue started immediately after my engine was pulled. No matter how I explained it to them, they would not do the right thing. Not sure if they are hurting for business, but avoid this place at all costs. I drove out of my way to Lakeland because I thought I found a good, honest dealership, I was wrong.

Vito is as dishonest as they come.I was contacted by the GM about my car that was listed for sale on Autotrader. He made a very fair offer which we accepted. In between our agreement and our arrival at the dealership in Lakeland, the car got scraped by someone backing out of a parking space.We drove 1 hour from Clearwater to Lakeland and met with Vito. I had full expectations that the price would be adjusted for the fresh scrapes on the bumper (the original negotiated offer was based on the photos with no scrapes, as it was).Vito looked at the car and came back and reduced the offer by $2,000. After driving both cars 1 hour to Lakeland, this was just insulting. Vito was so far off base on the cost to repair these scrapes that I could tell he thought we were either desperate to sell, or stupid.If Vito had been reasonable and had said, look, here is what it will cost us to fix these scrapes, and here is a fair updated offer we could have done business. Instead, he has us drive 1 hour and tries to low ball us.Be warned, if you deal with Vito, you are dealing with someone who only cares about how much money he can make for the dealership. Dont expect honesty or fairness.

Audi Lakeland, more specifically Zane and Zach, went out of their way to accommodate getting my wife the exact new Audi vehicle she wanted. Given the current chip shortage and inventory availability, this wasnt an easy task. The pricing was fair and transparent. The post-sale follow-up has been outstanding and appreciated. Stopped in to see there were any new cars available as they are extremely scarce right now and unfortunately the vehicle I am interested in is not available. What really stood out was the how far the staff went out of their way to let me know that I can order a car. I have never been so disrespected at an Audi dealership (or any dealership for that matter in my life). I dropped by because I was in the area looking to pick up an online parts order. Two guys walk up and tell me the parts people are out on Sundays. They clearly didnt want me in there due to their attitude. I said well they will have to return the parts then and started to leave and one of them (guy with tattoos on his arms) sarcastically says have a great day man! He knew what he was doing. Is this how you treat your paying customers at Audi? Is this how you treat life-long loyal brand customers? I now know which dealership to avoid when shopping for my next Audi.

I purchased a 1987 Porsche 944 from Vito Susca of Audi Lakeland on January 16, 2020. He worked hard to answer all my questions and address my concerns throughout the process. Prior to my visit to the showroom, Vito sent me photos of other Porsche examples for comparison. Upon my arrival, he conducted a thorough review of the vehicle, going over every detail and option just as he most likely would for a brand new Audi. During the signing process, he worked hard to get the price to where I needed it to be. My overall experience with Audi Lakeland was outstanding. Vito is an asset to the staff and they are fortunate to have him on their team.

Disappointed that the sales people just wanted to sell my 2017 Q3 premium plus and didn’t let me know what I could’ve added to the vehicle. Mine didn’t include navigation and they didn’t tell. I was ready to buy my car anyway, just wanted honesty and transparency. Buying a luxury car this is the bare minimum a customer expects. I know that this is not Audi’s fault, just this particular private dealership. Nobody wanted to help afterwards I had to call several times. I DO NOT recommend this dealership at all. If you’re in the area, Audi Tampa provides a way better customer experience. Had I known I would’ve purchased my audi with them instead.

Updated as of 3/20/21, Audi Lakeland still does not have our tag transferred to the new car and, after checking with the tag and title agency, the car title is still registered in the previous owners name. Also, we have not received paperwork or confirmation of the Audi Certified extended warranty at this point.First review, 3/06/2021 was -> Best dealer experience ever. Easy process. The time it took, from home to dealer, 2 vehicle test drives, purchase negotiation, completion of paperwork and then back home was less than 4 hours. 5th star comes once the extended warranty is confirmed.

If youre looking to purchase a new vehicle, dont look any further. We originally started researching new vehicles this week and started to get general pricing for a weekend vehicle from multiple locations and different manufacturers. Mario answered our email not only with a custom email response but also a personalized video to us with the vehicle we were interested in and a quick overview. This turned our initial research into a sale with Mario. We ended up purchasing a brand new 2020 Q5 Premium Plus with add ons for the price we found acceptable. This was such a stress free transaction unlike other car dealers in the past. We felt Mario was always looking out for our best interest and we never felt forced to purchase anything we didnt want. I actually felt bad at the end for being difficult at times (sorry Mario!). We are looking at purchasing another Audi in the near future and wouldnt look any further than this dealership with Mario.

What can be said about this Audi dealership? Other than the cars were very clean for most being preowned. The main sales man is very nice and informative on the cars. Took a Lexus on test drive had to allow them to take it off the lot but must admit it was a fun car to drive. The prices are average for the cars but they do seem to have some play on them. They focus more on the one on one aspect of car buying and aren’t pushy to sell a car. I think it’s worth checking out.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience today with Vito. We never once felt pressured by our salesmen and they did everything they could to meet our needs.

I have watched this dealership being built from the ground up. I saw the first new Audis arrive still wrapped like a Christmas present. Its a beautiful place and great for the economy of Lakeland.

They are open on Sunday. All other dealers in central Florida are closed on Sunday. Mario helped me out with a used car purchase, no salesmen tactics there. He listened to my requests and paid close attention to everything I said. The manager on site was fair negotiating my trade in.I purchased a used Tesla Model X, they were unable to locate the charging cable on site, Christian took care of us the next day and had a new cable personally delivered to our residence by Caleb.

Some of the worse customer service and customer interaction skills I have ever seen. I would never do business with Lakeland Audi! Mostly poor customer service from the general manager.

I am a disabled veteran, I spoke to a sales manager about buying a vehicle. I drove over 100 miles to get to this dealership and had an agreement that we would not go over a specific amount or I wasn’t driving all the way there. I was told I would be working with only that sales manager and if needed to stay under that amount they didn’t haggle prices but he would give me a veteran discount to make sure it didn’t. After I arrived, the sales manager that told me I would be working with only him never left his office to even said hi to me. I was lied to about the numbers and had my pre approval check written for a larger amount then I had authorized. I have a traumatic brain injury and was definitely taken advantage of over my disabilities. It could not have been a worse experience for me. I called the next day and was lied to more. I have tried to cancel my tire and wheel package and have asked 3 times for any information about the cancellation by email and still have nothing. I am 50 years old and have never been treated worse or lied to more and had money stolen from me like this dealership has. If I could give them negative stars I would. If you have any respect for our military and those who have served I beg you not to give these crooks a single cent. The disrespect they have shown me since I left has just continued. I don’t know if I have to beg to get information from them or what. Watch your wallet and stay sharp if you walk into this place. Just because they smile and act nice to you. They aren’t there just to make money they are there to take you for every cent they can in anyway they can legal or not.

This place is the worst for maintenance. I contacted them to diagnose and do repairs on my Audi Quattro. Weeks past and no news, finally I was told it was a fuel pump but they also needed to replace the entire fuel tank! They wanted $1600 for the tank and over $500 for the pump. Keep in mind that the car also had an overheating issue which they hadnt diagnosed yet.So we were only halfway there. I told them I would find a cheaper tank and the service rep. said okay. I tracked one down in N.C. for $200. It was drop shipped at the dealership. A couple days later I got an email saying that they wouldnt install it because it was used.I agreed to release them of any liability for a used tank since it was guaranteed by the supplier. But they still refused.I asked for the car back and found someone who could repair the car.The car was a mess when the new shop got it. Keep in mind it was brought to the dealership as a complete car, now it was in pieces. The driveshaft was detached and bolts were missing, the brakes were disconnected, the exhaust gaskets were missing, the bottom engine skid place was missing, the engine mounts were disconnected, and much of the hardware was gone. The new shop inspected and installed the tank I procured and said it was fine. They replaced the fuel pump, and all the missing hardware. They found the overheating issue and replaced water pump, exhaust gaskets and engine mounts and fuel pump. The car runs perfectly now.The new shop was appalled at how the dealership handled the car. The cost to repair the car at the new shop was as much as the dealership wanted to replace just the gas tank! If your Audi is over 10 years old avoid Audi of Lakeland, please!

Worst experience getting a car from them. Traded my car in and gave them the total payoff that was due for me car. Told Vito the salesman I have about a year left on my lease and told me no worries he will take care of it. After 3 months my credit score went down 200 points because they wanted to cover the year of payments remaining after I signed for the new car from them. Never trust what they say they just want to make the deal.

Very poor service. Disappointing. I have used Lakeland to service my Audi for over a year with great results. I brought my A7 in today and needed new rotors. They just replaced all my pads and rotors 8 months and 16.7K miles ago. They would not cover the service and would not stand by their workmanship...its been eight months and less than 17K for brand new pads and rotors! Additionally, I had just paid for a complete tune-up and service two months ago. I am in the sales and service industry, this is really poor and dissapointing.

Call regarding a 2012 bmw x5. They told me that it was available in the dealer VW in Brandon. They make me go to Brandon to tell me that it was sold.

Horrible experience, bought a car from Mario the salesman. Everything started out good but was promised on sale that the car still had manufacture warranty. He even listed it on the ad. When I bought it under that premise and then took it to bmw turns out the warranty had expired. He basically said tough luck and left it at that. Then proceeded to try to sell me some warranty they offer. Incompetence continued as they proceeded to take a whole month to send me a registration. But shoutout to the sales manager for finally overnighting the next day. Don’t expect anything from them after sale unless you escalate it.

I Ordered a 2021 Audi SQ8 with salesman Danny in August, come end of November I was told the car was not coming...Did it come in and was sold, maybe...I dont know but its a possibility or was it even ordered I dont know but its a possibility...from there I was offered other vehicles that apparently was not theirs to offer just to string me along. I was given the run around for 2 weeks. Numerous times I called Danny with no call back till a day or two later. I told Danny I seen other SQ8 for sale online that I would consider and I was told they were not avalible. I eventually told Danny I wanted my money back and he avoided my phone calls so I made an unexpected visit to request my money in person and that was the only way I got it... I was never offered a test drive or even to look at an actual SQ8 when they were available at his dealership... That just shows how unprofessional he was with out consideration for his customer. That same day I went to Audi of South Orlando seen a Audi SQ8 asked to see it and I was treated like a gentleman with all respect and even though the car did not have all the options I wanted, because of the great feeling the salesman and audi managers gave me I purchased the vehicle... And Im happy that I did...
