After 2 years here, were finally moving our stuff out. Its been a good stay. A nice, clean facility. Staff is very competent and enforces the rules, to create a good experience for all tenants. Great carts available to help with moving items in and out. They are locked down, so you have to ask for the key at the front desk. This does ensure that the carts stay there and are in good condition.Overall, a great experience... as good as self storage gets. Fair pricing and easy billing also.

Tulsi was amazing!!! Signing up for a unit was very quick, easy, and transparent. The unit rent was the best in the area.Next day, he gave me his word he’d have a truck; and he delivered!!!! Drove the truck himself to pick up my stuff!! And wait!!! The truck and move WAS FREE!!! Couldn’t ask for more. This place is the best!!!

I worked with Tulsi in getting a storage unit. He was great about calling me back and educating me on unit sizes, indoor vs outdoor, we discussed potential issues I read about online while researching other facilities. When I walked into the office, without hesitation he guessed who I was. He showed me around to two different available units, both were very clean and accessable. Im very happy with the service he provided, I feel safe coming here alone, and Im confident my items will come out unharmed.

I understand the special circumstances going on now but keep your website updated with your hours. Send an email out to your clients that your facilities are closed. We had to cancel a truck and moving assistance for this weekend. Good thing we stopped by first (since no phone calls are being returned) or we would of shown up with a fully loaded truck. Would appreciate a phone call-Update: A manager called and set up a time for us to move in. Fingers crossed, it goes as planned!

Can’t say enough about my experience here. I called in, and Gilbert assisted me. I explained my needs, and he was honest, friendly and patient with me. He even offered me their on site truck, and to come pick up my things (I load them) and they would drive them to the storage facility for me to unload. Being without a truck for the time being, this was awesome news, as I didn’t have a plan yet. I told Gilbert I would be there after work. I showed up, and Gilbert was filling the truck with gas, so Tulsi helped me out. Same great experience with him, he showed me 2 units, and covered until Gilbert got back. They both assisted me, like I was their most valuable customer. Being in customer service myself, this was admirable. The facility is extremely clean, and secure. Once again, these 2 guys, are the reason I chose to rent here, I had many options, but these guys sealed the deal. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

I have been trying to get my tools out of the storage unit for a couple of days now and no one is willing to accommodate my request. I was told I was going to be contacted to set up a time but all I got was a window of 2 hours late Sunday afternoon. I went to the facility Saturday and no one was there. I took a day off work today the 23rd so I can be available all day to meet anyone who works for the storage facility and informed them through phone calls and email and I have not heard any response from themI spoke George and Gilbert.Stephen

Love this location! I’ve kept my stuff here for years without any issues. Staff is all very friendly and helpful, they sell packing supplies which is incredibly nice for reorganizing and repackaging. The facility is clean, they have a huge lift for second floor units, and you can get keys for a cart from the front desk. I love that they have outlets on the walls in the hallways so I can plug in a fan for the dust and check my electronics!

Aloha! I want to say that Tulsi and Gilbert are the most helpful people. We had to come help my sister downsize her life, and the office staff was very helpful. Its no wonder that my sister has had a unit there for 20+ years. Now a second generation of renters are moving in from our family and they too have already had great customer service... Highly Recommended!!

Great place they will come with a pouch truck. The driver will not help loading the truck you have to do this, however its free. After you load the truck it returns to pouch self storage at that time u unload the truck but what a great deal. They ate very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this business.

The first visit we wanted to rent here, Tulsi and Cathie showed us around, gave us choices and were really helpful. The free truck and the free lock were perfect for our needs. The location is great, right in the heart of Lake Forest! We highly recommend it.

Customer service was outstanding. I stopped to get some items out of my storage unit, while loading my van the battery died so i went down to the office to call AAA. Before I made the call to AAA they suggested jumping the battery with their moving van. About 10 minutes later I was driving away. Pricing is very competitive as well.

I cant tell you what a pleasant surprise it was to work with pouch storage in Lake Forest. Judy and Gilbert were so incredibly helpful and such a pleasantry between the two of them. Who knew you would get to use a truck free of charge, a big box truck. Gilbert even drives the truck for you and waits till you load up and brings it back to the storage place for you. Mind you he doesnt do any of the lifting he just drives the truck. But what a surprise! It saved me a lot of money as you all know who have/had to rent a moving truck. I strongly suggest using their facility at Trabuco and Lake Forest called Pouch Storage
