I have used Zuni over 10 times and every single move has been absolutely 100% professional on time and by far the best value. I am moving again and of course I am going right back to my trusted moving company. They are hands-down the best and most honest available.

DO NOT USE ZUNI IF YOU EXPECT FOR ALL YOUR ITEMS TO BE MOVED INTACT!Mayra the owner is nice but they are devoid of the 2 most important qualities youd want in a moving company: items arriving safely and responsive accountability for their work.They lost $1,500 worth of shoes, cracked my $1,000 Green Egg grill, and have been awful in terms of resolving the problem. Its been a month of sending emails, calling to follow up, and now finally educating potential customers through Yelp.Id be shocked if they remain in business. Find another company

Originally, I was not going to post a review, however I would NEVER want someone to go through the ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE this company/movers cost me.Mary was great aside to not feeling like she was genuinely going to do anything about my complaints, nor did she follow-up so I have decided to post.I had a good feeling initially about the company having been referred by someone and how personable Mary was.Cliff Notes Version:1) Called when they were late 20 times between the time they were supposed to arrive and someone actually answering/getting back to me. Thank GOD Mary happened to check the vm and contacted me that they were going to be late, but not too late.2) MOVING CREW HAD MY # THE WHOLE TIME AND DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE RUNNING LATE WHICH ACTUALLY WAS 2 HOURS LATE!!!3) I still tipped them well (even though I should not have) as they took no accountability or offered an explanation why they did not at least text me to both inform me and provide me an ETA.4) I do not have a lot of stuff, moved almost ALL of it to the curb for them, they still ran over by 1 hour for extra charge, they in no way hustled, 1 pretended he didnt know English so he didnt have to deal with me, the list goes on and on.I havent moved in 8 years, have horrible anxiety and PTSD and all they caused me was an anxiety attack and dent in the wallet.Do yourself a favor and hard pass.

Saw them helping move on of my neighbors. Noticed the clean truck, great packaging and wrapping of the items being moved. Bumped into the movers in the elevator they where very careful...

Dependable, profesdional

Everybody at Zuni was professional, polite, and—most important—they all treated my possessions with utmost care. They even smiled while carrying heavy furniture up three flights of stairs. I was completely satisfied and would use them again without hesitation.

I called Zuni in a panic after Xpress Moving from Fullerton cancelled on me within 5 minutes of arrival. Mayra was very kind and assured me they would take the job and not to worry. She put me at ease. She called her movers and arranged them to come after their scheduled move in the morning. They were able to move me within the tome frame she estimated. The workers were very kind and respectful- they were a godsend- I would recommend them to everyone!

These guys are professionals! White glove service all the way. Husband and wife team. Husband watches his guys and has them protect each piece of furniture perfectly. I highly recommend them. Worth every cent!

To begin, the office staff was professional and courteous. Mayra who came to my home to do the quote, made sure that all of the details were addressed. She even had some great suggestions as to donations etc. The mover guys were kind, friendly, respectful, and meticulous. They helped me with every aspect of my move. They made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing so that things didnt get confused and finding things in storage later would be easier. They even cleaned up after themselves! I cant say enough. I am grateful to have found them. Moving can be a very difficult experience for many reasons and Zuni made mine very easy.

Horrible customer service. They damage and don’t pay or return calls or emails. I am a business owner and I know firsthand. Be careful. And give your business to companies That have good insurance protection because if they damage your items, they can’t even afford to fix it
