My wife and I were moving from the bay area and needed storage while we get settled. Found these guys on Yelp and gave them a call. Ron was so helpful and kind! He made the experience effortless. Every time we had any questions/concerns we gave them a call and they were quick to respond to us. Moreover, when we got half way through loading our unit and realized we wouldnt have enough room for everything, Ron helped us upgrade to the larger unit effortlessly. Also, the facility is very clean. Makes us feel like our stuff is in a safe, well maintained area! Thank you Ron and company!!

I was there yesterday with a family member to help with some things in their storage unit here and the AC was NOT on, on the 3rd floor where the unit they rent is in fact, supposedly AC. It was unbearably hot! Because your payment each month is automatically deducted from your bank account and they have strict hours & policies, make sure the facility abides by their policy that the AC is working in the units it is suppose to!

Cannot reach a human being for love, or money. Can usually count on spending 1/2 horror more, just to pay via phone.

Quickly got me setup. Friendly service. Prices are alright.

No lighting, so if you plan on being in your unit bring a flashlight and extra batteries. the lights only stay on until you get into your unit, then it goes off. Beware, I have 14 stitches and a lifetime of scars to prove it and they dont care!

Nice place, clean, fair price/ value

I was moving into a new house and wanted to start emptying out my apartment. I looked online to see what was available and came across the Lake Forest AAA Quality Self Storage. After some resaerch (mainly looking at reviews) and visitng their site (free move in truck!!), I decided to store my stuff with them. When I went there it was reassuring to see clean storage spaces, well lit areas and high security arrangement. I slowly and eventually moved in all of my belonging from my apartment to my self storage facility, which was the largsest one they had. It was actually really cool to see that they had units in all different sizes so I could really pick something tailored specifically to me.The staff was very courteous and guided me exactly on what size boxes, type of tape and other packing materials I needed to help with the move. I was able to use their move in truck for free, which was basically the cherry on top of the AAA Quality Self Storage sundae. I take it back… I was also able to cash in on the discount on their website which really made me fall in love with them. Because their rates are so affordable I was able to get the space a couple months ahead and take my time moving… one of the worst things in the world is moving, especially when it’s rushed and you do it all in one weekend! But I didn’t have to rush and did it at my own pace, keeping everything organizingd and really giving me peace of mind throughout the whole packing and moving process.Aside from the afforadble rates, this place is very safe with high security, CCTV Cameras and computer controlled gate access. They basically were my saving grace throughout my move and really saved me a lot of time, effort and stress.

This is a very nice, clean facility with a very helpful staff.

Had a storage unit there for many many years every year went up $10. Glad that I finally got out from underneath that burden.
