Great staff--always courteous and helpful. Reasonably priced and has a move-in special. Good, out-of-the-way location and security system, and manager lives on the property, so its not a target. Always clean and well-lit; I feel safe there. American Mini Storage was recommended to me by a friend who had a unit there for almost three years. Because of the way the buildings are constructed, the first floor interior units feel climate controlled -- cool enough to keep a piano in tune in summer.

I got a 10x20 with a drive up door.easy to load. And competitive prices.

Have to use a code to leave & when I called to get a code since I was just helping a friend, the lady told me I had to get the code from my friend in order to leave. I was unable to reach my friend and she would not help.After they responded:To American Mini Storage:Thank you for your copy & paste response over a year after my review. There needs to be a 24/7 phone to contact incase someone is locked into your property anda way out. The lady did not & would not help me. I explained I couldnt contact my friend and she left me trapped on your property. Had no one else been there I would have been locked in overnight. No one should be treated the way I was. You have NO right to imprison me or anyone else on your property. This is a fire & medical hazard... if someone had to leave in case of an emergency & was unable to open the gate there are serious legal problems you could face. I understand locking people out but locking people in is dangerous.

This is the second time I have used American Mini Storage. They are always professional and very kind. Very convenient times as well as cleanliness are awesome.

Very friendly staff, very clean facilities. Seems like theyre always cleaning or repainting doors, buildings, etc. Very fairly priced compared to other storage facilities near by.

I have had a storage unit with American Mini Storage for almost 2 years. I have always been able to get to my unit without any mishaps. Also recently got a second unit for my son. He likes using your storage because it is one of the few that has an elevator to the 2nd floor. He had one in LaHabra that he had to use the stairs to get to the 2nd floor. I am please to say that you always have the units and the halls clean and care about the people you do business with.
