I would stand up for this business at anytime because they are exactly what I think an American service should represent. Quality service in a timely manner and exceptional repair work. I actually felt great to have repairs done to my vehicle today and felt personally, that they enjoyed having me use their services and were happy that I came in. Thank you very, very much.

Honest workmanship, fair prices and great customer service. Courtesy rides to and from home in saddleback area. A few diagnostic services / repair are not offered like air bag deployment issues. Also appointments are recommended- even for routine oil changes. Vintage signage and 1950s retro feel make waiting for small jobs with appointment interesting as opposed to the wait area at say a Firestone service shop.

Quality auto preventive care and repairs. Well trained staff-most are ASA mechanics. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisors. They work on all types and ages of vehicles. Courtesy service van to get you home.

This place is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are honest and dont try to talk you into doing things that are not needed like in the dealer. Prices are reasonable and they have transportation to take you home and pick you up when your car is ready. Thanks Lucy!

This place is amazing! I called to ask for a diagnosis for my car. Peter picked up and hes extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived and they checked my car immediately with no wait time. They even offered me a ride home. Peter is very professional and he helped me resolve the issue. This is the best auto repair shop Ive ever been to. I would definitely visit again if I ever need service. Thank you Peter!I chose this place because I need to wait at least 2 weeks for my dealership but this place can check my car the same day afternoon. In addition, this shop has amazing decorations inside and I feel like Im at a really cool car museum. All the staff there are extremely friendly. I even got to see a pink ice cream truck!

Ok so my freind recommend me this place they do a pre purchase inspection I showed up right on time he was ready for me he took it out for 10 min quick test drive and literally could name exactly what its deal was then after I offered 20 bucks as a tip cause it didnt cost anything he refused my 20 dollar tip have you ever heard of mechanic that wont take your money so fyel is awesome very much recommend trust worthy for a mechanic and you dont see that alot

Really cute retro shop here with really nice people like a family. Fyel at Laguna Woods fixed my trunk and Im super grateful after walking out of my local toyota center having wasted 2 hours with them. So Fyel talked to me over the phone since I was already pretty frustrated and apprehensive and he was fair and direct which persuaded me to go to their shop and Im so thankful I finally got my car fixed.

I was on my way back home from California and my radiator exploded within the first hour of my trip... These guys were super nice and took great care of me!! Had me in and out as fast as they possibly could. Definitely would recomend them :)

Services were requested, they had my vehicle for 2 days, when I picked up my vehicle, nothing was done per our conversation then following up, I got nothing but the run around and a series of BS excuses .

I have always had excellent service from Laguna Woods Auto Repair. After an exorbitant estimate from Toyota of Irvine for a display monitor at 30k miles in 2010, LWAR repaired it with brand new factory parts for less than 25% of the dealerships estimate. Regular maintenance is less than the dealer, service is excellent, reliable and they never do unnecessary repairs or maintenance ever. Nice to find a repair shop with friendly service along with high ethics & integrity.

I recently took my new, GE Leasing, Mercedes C250, in for its first routine service and was very pleased with the work done my the fine staff at Laguna Woods / Leisure World Auto. They have been servicing my personal vehicles for some time but this was the first time I took a new car in for service.Very delighted to find out that they accept the GE Leasing purchase orders and billing for service. Made my life a lot easier.I would recommend this shop. Clean, neat, orderly and they speak plain-talk when discussing needed repairs.

Nothing but positive accolades for this repair shop. I got a complete detailed analysis of my old Prius for free. I then chose the most important repair, which was half the estimate of the dealer. No upselling or phony emergency fixes. Plus their shop is very cool looking and the guys treat you puke a person not a number. Good job guys!

They definitely Went through my things. I had a sound system in the back they completely messed that up had to run all new wires (bent rca cables and pulles the wires straight out the amp) got told itd be $780 on the phone then in person tried to tell me about $1000. They did get everything on for me even though it took all day 8am-6pm

Went there yesterday after multiple personal referrals and then I saw their reviews. My car wasnt running right, a week earlier, it started shaking and trembling. Freyl figured it out, told me what to expect and was exceedingly kind because I insisted it had a problem. I am so grateful, thankful, etc.. I will never go anywhere else. I have had only good experiences with Laguna Woods Auto Repair. They helped me out of a place who was going to repair my car where it wasnt needing repairs done. I use my car for Lyft and it is always running perfectly. I am always confident when I drive my car that I will make it to my destination and back safely. Today I have to drive for 1 1/2 hour trip, one way, and 1 1/2 hour back. I am confident I will be ok because it will be rolling over 100,000 miles. Yeah to them and they deserve their 5 stars. The waiting room has a great ambience with a tv and everyone is very nice, too.

Last night just 30 minutes prior to close time at Laguna Woods Auto Repair, I brought my car to be looked at as I had just driven over a large Metal rod on the freeway and it broke a cover off of the bottom of my Chasis.The owner, Bob, didnt hesitate to take a look under my car and was honest enough to tell me that there was no real damage or any Leaking as I feared and that only the cover had broken off.As I was getting ready to leave, Bob, noticed that I wasnt very comfortable so he offered to lift my car and have one of his mechanics show me that there was NO real damage to worry about and that the car was safe to drive!!! He did all of this and didnt charge me a dime.I never met Bob before, but as all of us always look for an Honest mechanic....I was glad I did.....now I will be a new customer of Bobs shop for ALL 3 of my cars.Thank you! This place offers free safety inspections for when you are purchasing a car. The people there seemed pretty personable and saved me from buying at least one lemon.
