I went to the store in Laguna Hills for 4 tires. Amador helped me with a small discount because I am on a budget. Amador told me it would take about 1 hour but it only took them 45 minutes. I love this place and the staff they made me laugh while I was waiting. I will recommend this store to my family and friends

Were very helpful in putting air and checking my tires

We are loving this location and its employees! Last Thursday we came in first thing due to a bolt found in one of our tires. We needed immediate assistance as we were driving down to San Diego that morning for work. They got us in first thing, did more than we expected for $0 charge, as a month earlier we had bought 4 new tires at this location and had purchased the minimal insurance protection.... and we were on offer easy within the hour. Thank you so much!!

Just called them to ask if they can fix my tire. Rather than try to sell me another one, he was honest and told me to go specifically to a motorcycle shop. Honest guy!

Able to make appointment for the next day. The tires drive smooth with speed, but are bumpy at less than 40 mph.

These guys are super knowledgeable provide high-quality parts and are very reasonable. Customer service is outstanding as well. Hard to find a place that checks all the boxes :-)

ONLY fronts!!!! They wont tell you, they only do front alignment, not for rear. Their equipment is old too. Not up to date.

Really great place! Came in with a busted tired and they kindly helped us out even though we came 20 minutes before closing time. And even though the tire wasn’t repairable they did offer to replace it and when we declined they did not force us to buy one.

Stopped in after work to get some new tires and alignment. Was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that got the job done within less than 1 hour. I was very pleased with my purchase and will be returning again the next time I need tires.

I first called and they were quick, knowledgable and helpful. When I got to the store I was greeted then helped pretty quickly. They were able to educate me and help me make an informed decision. I thought I needed 4 new tires and all new brakes. What I really needed was just 2 new tires and an alignment. Out the door within little over an hour. Get your tires changed here.

I had tried to remove my old tires and install new ones myself...Lord as my witness the cuss jar was happy this day! These gentlemen here helped me out by mounting my tires on the rims and sent me on my way with a handshake and nod. Above and way beyond my expectations. 5 stars!!!

I needed to fix a flat from a nail. I had unwittingly driven on it too far, so I had to buy a new tire. Fortunately, the manager had the same bargain brand tire in stock and we were done quickly for under $100.

The service here is Top Notch! Reminds me of the way things used to be, very professional but at the same time you get treated like a friend. Albert was very fast, efficient, and he took the tine to give me his full attention while juggling a couple customers that walked in just after me. He seemed to be fully interested in my best interest. The senior tech was very professional as well, and the tech who installed my tires did a GREAT job. I also got a good price on the tire, and the tire was installed quickly and without any complications, nor were any complications after installation. Truly service-oriented here. Came in yesterday with a nail in my tire, but not enough time to fix it and they offered to put some air in it for me without a charge. The kindness was like being in Mayberry, USA. You just dont find that often anymore and they were really busy. Today I came back and I saw Tony and got my tire replaced because it was actually in a sidewall. Great service. Thank you!

Great place to fix emergency flats or an item stuck in your tire. I had to replace two tires here from bolts stuck in my tire and received wonderful service. They also offered an additional warranty on my other two tires that were purchased elsewhere. IMO this is worth the extra money. You can also drive up and get your tire pressure checked and filled with air if needed.

I didnt want to write any comment, but its important for those who want to go to this mechanic shop for oil change. A few months ago I went to this place for oil change, and after they did the oil change the engine got a very bad noise despite I told them to put high quality oil so it would be good for the engine. After two weeks the engine was completely down, and sold it to junkyard for $220. I knew its a tire shop, but one of my friends recommended me to go to this place, and ended up with a very bad and unforgettable experience.

I have been using the tire services here for more than 10 years now. The service is quick, reliable, and resonably priced.

They will not honor the manufacturers warranty. Be aware that the tires are going to buy will only last about 10,000 miles. So youll be paying full price again next year

Wrecked my alignment and tires second attempt they repaired it but would not cover the cost of my New bald tire after 3 weeks of driving. Accepted responsibility to warranty and store greeted me with denial with out compensation for an errors technician.
