Very crowded. Had to see 2 different people for my business. They should check you in for 2 transactions rather than 1 & then require you to sign in with the 2nd. Wasted precious time.

First visit since the restaurant changed ownership,we went to Laguna hills restaurant during lunch time,they were busy but good service, the food was very good but a little pricey, but they have lunch specials(which we enjoyed,the two taco combo for me)beer was served very cold, which I love!!masks are required to walk around in there,a good experience all around, we will be back!!!

Okay I just became a member last year and my registrations to my tags they were six months overdue Im so delinquent so I went to the to Triple-A to get my tags and was expecting to have to wait a while because it said you know because of the pandemic the lines will be longer blah blah blah blah you go in and I sign in with white people sitting at the friend before I even sat down they called my name and I had the tags in my head my head within seven minutes I was in and out of there the waiting room where you wait if you had to wait with cushy chairs and the people were fantastic I cannot believe the experience I had their I will always be a member to play place where I got my keys locked in my car the other day 4 minutes to cone to me unlock my car and so pleasant and funny was the triple a man. I am a hugh fan esp. Now anything they offer is always the real deal. Theres no hidden subliminal message somewhere in micro print that you could t see staying the clauses of what is required on ones self.Everything g about this place and every triple a is upfront the people are helpful. And when they say we will be there in five minutes u better believe they will be there. Triple AAA THE PLace where they offer the best benefits plus work with dmv no waiting for registration etc. The roadside asst. Is everything you could want. Plus they have a lot of discounts with other companies for tickets places hotels storage units, rental cars, buying cars, automotive maintenance, notary car ins. Hotel, major discounts when buying a car, prices that seem to real to be true well it is true, life insurance, smog cert.,This is what they are and more. The yearly price to start 53 dollars then up grade to 83 which gives you free towing up to 100 miles Yes thats correct 100 miles . If you dont have this service what are you waiting for. There is no other business like this one. Theres only one place one stop you will ever need forever and a day and its Triple AAA. ITS THE HIDDEN GEM

If youre not a member I dont know what youre thinking! I was in and out in 10 minutes taking care of a DMV transaction. That alone was worth the cost of membership! AAA team members are always knowledgeable and professional. Great experience every time I visit their office!

It was a pleasurable experience. I was trying to get my vehicle registration renewed after my car needing a emissions recall corrected. I had gone to the DMV the day before, and was turned away. AAA was so welcoming, and only having to wait just a fee minutes...Im so grateful!!

Great experience transferring a title and renewing my registration. Everyone is very helpful and it was done very quickly. In and out in 5 minutes. I am in disbelief and how easy it was.

I love AAA automotive club. I have been a member for over twenty plus years and had only 1 complaint. Every customer service personnel had been helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. Many activities related to car issues such as DMV service is serviced by them. They offer trip planning, and discounts to family outings, such as Disneyland. There is so much more that the club offers so my suggestion is to give them a call regarding their membership packages.

Covid review: check-in starts outside. You are directed into a socially distant lime for some. Others given a phone number that texts when your time is ready. Few people inside make it comfortable. There are deviders between staff. Wait time is high but results as usual are great for AAA

I love them. There is not one negative thing to say, but I could go on an on about the positives. Im scared to do it, because Im afraid that I will jinx it.

I am no longer satisfied with AAA. I have been issued 3 AAA cards, PD 3 times in 6 months !!!!! We made 3 trips to two different offices in this area, it was not a good experience !!!!! Transferring from WA state after at least 30 yrs of memberships was beyond CA clerks to handle.

I felt a very calm, secure, peaceful and tranquil energy within the office. A very friendly place!

AAA Auto club I have nothing but good stuff to say about them.iv been a member with them for over 13 years .they take care of everything that has to do with your car.your tags no moore waiting at the DMV when they do it for you get your tags right then and there agents are very professional.if I need a smog they give you a list of places you can go to right then and there

Most people are wearing a mask and social distancing. I was there to get a guide book and maps. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

Fast, efficient and really friendly service. It’s worth the price of annual membership to get things done that would take all day at department of motor vehicles without the quality of service or kindness.

I went in with a friend to do a somewhat complicated title transfer on a vehicle. One of their DMV registration specialist, Kim, got us through efficiently, easily, and kept up a nice conversation while doing so. The next time I go in there for anything Im simply going to tell them I will stay in line until Kim is available. She was a real Whiz.

The staff was vey helpful. I went in for maps and travel books for a cross country trip and they made sure that I had everything that I needed. If you dont have a membership to AAA, get one. All the perks are well worth the small fee for a year. Just the peace of mind you have... in case of a flat, battery issue or worse.

Horrible service, rude staff, let everyone in besides me and my bf,guess because he’s Asian. Very discriminating towards us. Ask me personal questions, are u two together and how long? How the heck does that have anything to do with registration feels. Shame it seems like the kkk now works here! Never will come back here, told the manager how I felt and she told me to find another location! Reported them to the main auto club.

I inherited a car from out of state and was dreading the DMV experience. But, someone told me as a member I could go to AAA to get what I needed done. The representative there was great and assisted me from a to z. Going to AAA rather the DMV was best decision ever.

Worst service ever!!!Ive been a AAA member for over 30 years. Earlier this year I cancelled my membership because of the poor service and attitude at the branch in Laguna Hills. Obviously the experience still bothers me.I booked a travel package online using the AAA website but the portion for the lodging went wrong. The price and property I booked was confirmed online but later when checking on my reservation it said the lodging price and property was different. Thankfully I had printed the confirmation email. When I went into the branch to correct the issue they did not take ownership. Instead they referred me to a third party. That was bad enough but when it was clear that I didnt appreciate their lack of support they did not respond as though they could care less. That lead me to tell that I was so disappointed that I wanted them to cancel my membership. They sent me to another department. Once I got to that department the man showed me to his office and said nothing. He click keys on his keyboard and still said nothing. I asked him if thats it and he simply said I would receive a credit for the portion of the year for the membership fee. Really AAA...thats acceptable to you?

The people are very professional and courteous. The wait was not a long time, especially on a mid Saturday. AAA has some cute books and puzzles that educate about the U.S. and parks and world places to visit to surprise young children. 🙂

Worst insurance staff, I went to add my wife to my Auto insurance, and because she was driving in a different country, they requested doc to show that, each time I go there they give me a different value for the same policy, and request different verification for my foreign doc in 4 visits. I called them many times, they didnt want to answer my calls, and if they answer, they said we will not able to help you, as the agent handle your case is off, when I request a manager, they gave me a number for a manager on vacation, and the manager I met refused to talk to me.Bottom line, they will try to do their best to get the max from you, to get the best sales certificate they hanging at their offices !!

I found the staff extremely helpful every time I went. I transferred ownership of a car at one stop, registered my newly purchased used car, everything was done quickly and efficiently and everybody had a smile. They were all very knowledgeable. And it sure beat the heck out of going to the DMV!

This review is not just this particular location but a review of the coordinated efforts of all branches to help their customers.Our old car was parked in the street and during the rainy days,it was hit and run on a Sunday,we reported to AAA right away and immediately a staff answered named Daniel Estrella,he made arrangements with Penny Lewis for an evaluation and appraisal of the cars condition.She came the following day and estimated the cars value,made different comparisons with different agencies and she also made arrangements for car rental as well as the TOWING company.After her appraisal/estimate,there was another nice and professional staff named Denise Joyce who helped us with the payment of the cars value,she considered the amount of tires and the maintenance expenses so that she provided the highest car value that is allowed and she expedited the delivery of the check despite the hard rains.I am very lucky and very thankful to be with AAA for the excellent help and service,these are the reasons why I and my family have been with them for 26 years. KUDOS to all of them who helped us.Thank you very much ACSC/AAA or TRIPLE A.

My daughter needed her battery replaced on Friday July 17thCalled initially at 849 pm and was told arrival around 10pm which became 1030 and didn’t arrive until midnightCalled 5x was told I would receive updates via phone call or text but never received anyNotificationsThey were short staffed with trucks to assistBut over 3 hoursThey apparently didn’t seem to care especially a person named SamMy daughter was not at home when this happened and I feared for her safetyNormally good service but last nightWas patheticI’ve been with triple a for decades but mightNot renew after this debacle of an experienceTo make this clear this was my experienceWith the 800 number road side assistance.
