Price a little high but service was great.

We were recommended to Mechanical Mann by a friend. Not hard to understand why they get so many referrals. Joe was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Office was clean and staff is friendly. Since we have one car, the shuttle service to take us home while the work is being done is very helpful.I also will recommend Mechanical Mann to anyone who may ask me for a reliable service provider.

I was recommended to United Automotive from an old school mechanic I do business with, for a job he didnt have the equipment for. These guys are really, really good and go above and beyond. Ive taken several vehicles here and never second guess the repair work done.Rick, is not only extremely honest but also has great Interpersonal Skills. Hes able to understand the problem no matter how random, and give you an immediate idea of what the issue could be; followed up with a detailed explanation of the work performed. His head mechanic, Gus, also really knows his stuff.I had recently taken a Chevy Silverado to the dealership for a stalling issue, because of work previous done by them. I left with a $3k+ quote, and a bad taste in my mouth from the horrible customer service. I took the vehicle to Rick, and he tested 3 of the high price recommended repairs and said none of them were problematic issues. After a simple tune up and a bill that was actually laughable in comparison, I was one very happy customer. Prices are very fair and the quality of work is outstanding.I will not only bring my vehicles here, but make it a point to strongly recommend United to my friends and family. They have a location in Orange on Main St. as well; same owner, different staff.

I have been going to Mechanical Mann for about two years and over that time I have found the service very reliable. They explain what needs to be done, provide an accurate estimate of the costs and carry out the repairs on time. The costs are always reasonable and the repairs are guaranteed. When one of their replacement parts did go wrong (on a very old car), they told me it was under warranty and immediately replaced it free of charge.

The staff at Mechanical Mann are friendly, knowledgeable and on-time. I was able to choose exactly which items from the Toyota recommended service guide I wanted them to perform. I have been going to Mechanical Mann for over Five (5) Years They have always fixed my cars first time in. No go back`s. If i need a ride They provide one for me. I do some of my own car repairs and if i need advice I call Joe first if he can`t help me he knows who to send me to. I am so sure of mechanical Mann I would send my mother there for repairs if she lived in this State. If you need a mechanic that honest and dependable then this is the one.

I have been having Mechanical Mann service my cars for about 5 years. Their prices are fair and their work outstanding. They did not pressure me to have work done that was not necessary and always explained why a service was needed right away or could wait until latter. The first car I took to them was my 1998 Lexus E300. When I was selling it a smog hose needed to be replaced. The did the repair at no charge except for the part. When I bought a used 2010 Lexus 350 that needed the maintenance log reset because the dealer forgot when the changed the oil Mechanical Mann reset it and the tire pressure warning at no charge. I had them do the last synthetic oil change on my wifes Mercedes and they were about saved about $40-50 over the last non-dealer change and $100 over what the dealer had charged. Try Mechanical Mann you wont be disappointed.

As always, Mechanical Mann/Joe provides a clear explanation of the repairs needed, reasonable prices, and great service. We always feel we are in good hands with MM.

Hours on google show open saturday 8-2. But they are not open saturdays at all.
