They replaced a new bumper on my 2009 BMW 135i Conv. Finished in 4 days. They made calls and sent text daily to update the progress of the car repair. Staffs are friendly. Repair was done well. I am satisfied with their job outcome and service.

My mom is elderly and got into her first car accident then ended up in the hospital for a week so I had to deal with triple A and Service kings remotely from San Jose (7hrs away). Manny the manager, worked helped me with kindness and patience and was totally understanding of my situation. Like when my parents gave their entire key ring to the triple A guy they helped me get my parents house and mail keys back asap. He kept me up to date sent me the estimate and updates including pictures thru the entire process and had the car ready on time. And made it so I didnt have to deal with triple a anymore cause its hard to deal with them when ur not the policy holder. Anyway they did a great job!!! And I know if we have any issues with the car I can take it back and they will handle it but I doubt that will happen ... Thanks guys for being so cool about doing helping me get my parents car fixed. I highly recommend anyone to use this shop and Manny deserves a raise !!
I am extremely pleased with the repairs Service King did to my BMW. There is no sign that there was ever a big dent on the fender. The pain job is excellent. The service I received from Many and Mary was courteous and professional from scheduling the job to delivering my car on the date they committed to finish it. Had a great experience with Service King and Manny in Laguna Hills. From the minute I got there until getting my car back, everything was perfect. Great communication, my car was ready earlier than promised, fully detailed and spotlessly clean when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Manny and Service King.
Very unprofessional! My was took from 6-17 to 8-28 all due to the body shop error and not sending in the proper documents my insurance needed. Not only did the shop cause a lot of stress and anxiety they had me doing allThe work calling my insurance trying to push along the approval. Marie who has reach out to me sending me a text stating to come get my vehicle and take it elsewhere because there weren’t getting anywhere with my insurance. Finally as I got more involved I figured out the entire time the body shop was sending in the involve to the wrong email address that the insurance clearly gave them correctly. As I asked the manger Marie due to their error and me having to pay 2 full month of a rental if there was something she could do on her behalf of the company to compensate me, she said no have to pay in full even if it was their error. Super unprofessional and rude ! Doesn’t care about customer service and only want the check.

My insurance Allstate agent advised me to take my car to service King in Laguna Hill branch after it was hit by a big truck in the parking lot.They made the estimate the next day and text me about the damage and after my approval they began to repair it. My technician Robert kept me inform about the progress through email every morning and they repair it very fast. I got my car back in 10 days and I am very satisfied with the result. I highly recommend this company and specialty this branch in OC, Ca.
Robert was our main contact and he was fantastic. Ours was a unique situation and Robert kept us informed almost daily, he went above and beyond for us. Repair took longer than expected but Robert explained everything to me and kept me informed. Repair was done well...cant tell it was ever damaged.
Best car experience! Staff was a uper helpful, friendly and trustworthy!!Heres the long story: I took my Fiat into Kings Service on Fair oaks because both of my headlights were out. It isnt exactly what they normally do, but they said theyd look. I waited less then 5 min. Turned out the fuses were fine, just needed new bulbs, which they didnt have on hand but told me if I wanted to get them they would install. There was a nearby place that sold the bulbs, which I bought and brought back.Without needing to wait at all they not only installed the bulbs for FREE but showed me exactly how to do it, so that next time I can do it it myself! I left so happy! I will definitely go back the next time I need a repair!
Came in on Saturday and was told we had to come back today. Came back today and the guy we are supposed to talk to asked if we have an appointment. Told him we were told to come back today. Well guess what? I get to leave work early again on another day to come back A third time. All because they dont provide all the information to you up front. I willl be filing a complaint with the better business bureau do to the run around and loss of wages. The lady we spoke with Saturday was in the office and even told the guy that she told us to come back today.
AAA sent me to this place. And they were the one who called meAfter a week I was finally able to find time to take my car in for an estimate.First the parking was very confusingI turn around twice and could not find a place to park while they had at least 10 parking space vacant and available. I could not part in those spaces because they were DISGNATED.so drove in to the actual work floor and expressed my frustrationsA Hispanic older guy helped me out- and funny, he said this always a problem just.park anywhere. He was about the nice guy there.I parked and went to the front desk, Jenny, the gal who had called me was busy with a computer. Did not raise her head not greeted me. I initiated the conversation by saying hello to her, she look up am immideitly look away as I was not important...To make the long story short:It was not lunch time,I was the one thereIt took 23 minutes before Jenny asked what can she do for me(One other customer walked in)I told them that I need an estimate.(that usually take about 5 minutes) and I cant leave the car there yet.She went and talked to someone, came back and said cant be done today, and I have to make an appointment...Wow...I said. After 30 minutes of wait and only one other customer behind me, Jenny is telling me to make an appointment to get an estimate,. All this quick conversation happened with her not paying attention to me...I left disappointet... After a week of waiting, nothing is done....

I want to share the best experience in customer service that I had at Service King in Laguna Hills by Jesse Gutierrez. After an accident I was referred to Service King by my auto insurance USAA to get photos of the damage to my car and an estimate of the cost to repair it, my surprise was when Jesse Gutierrez completely exceeded my expectations and took care of the matter efficiently. I was finished in less than 15 minutes and above all completely satisfied, Jesse fixed the damaged area right away. We have been getting our dented cars fixed here for nearly 20 years when they were called Autobody by Cauldwell.
The service writting was at least friendly and PJ certainly was knowledgeable. As for the work itself: GARBAGE! I had them repair the tail end of my Jetta and the work was simply atrocious! The trunk liner was practically just shoved in there...not kidding here.. the lining was not even fitted properly or secured! The trunk lid now opens like an anvil despite their attempts to correct the issue. Anyone who owns a MK4 Jetta knows that the lid should practically open itself once the release is activated. Oh, and did i mention that their estimate to State Farm stated a 6 day repair and they actually took 12... so guess who gets stuck with the car rental difference! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED...considering reporting them to State Farm since theyre the ones actually footing the bill!
