We ordered a custom mattress from Brother’s bedding to fit an antique bed frame, and we received all the help we needed to be sure we ordered the correct mattress! Andrea was especially helpful and did a great job explaining our options. Plus she was very patient with us when we realized we’d accidentally measured incorrectly. She made sure the order was corrected quickly. We look forward to receiving our custom mattress soon!

After 12 years, we went back to Brothers Bedding to buy another mattress. We had a fabulous experience every step of the way. We were looking for a mattress for a guest bedroom. We wanted something that was well-made and comfortable yet not too expensive because the bed would not be used often enough to justify the expense. Mitch listened to our needs and provided us with the perfect fit. He was NOT one of those sales guys who says, How much do you want to spend? and then doesnt show you equally good products that are available at a lower cost. We love our new adjustable bed! Our son moved out and took our 22+ year-old mattress that is still incredibly comfortable, so of course we were back at Brothers Bedding to get a new one. My salesman, who is also the manager at this store, greeted me nicely when I first entered the store. I told him some sleeping issues Ive been having, and he suggested beds that could alleviate some of those issues, and showed me a couple of options. Though I had read in advance that Brothers Bedding begs are flippable, he reinforced that to me and said they have a long-term warranty, and described each product to me in terms of how its made and relative level of firmness, which are important attributes to me. He let me lay on a few beds, and when I decided on one, said I would return later in the week. When I returned he remembered me and again was courteous. After making the purchase, he explained to me the 120 Night Sleep Guarantee and the Warranty Coverage, which he then provided to me in print. This Guarantee and Coverage make believe in the quality of the bed. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received at this location and look forward to using my bed for many years.

My wife and I have bought mattresses from many different places in the past and have generally not been very satisfied. We thought the 2 sided mattress went out of style with the pay phones until shopping at Brothers Bedding. We absolutely love the basic 2 sided foam mattress Mitch helped us select. All 3 beds in our 3 bedroom house have them. Guests that stay in our spare bedroom generally comment about how comfortable the bed is.

There are plenty of mattresses to choose from. When I told the salesman a little about what I thought I wanted, he directed me to the best choices for me. He told me to take my time and lay down on the beds to really see the difference. I went back and forth between 2 until I knew for sure which one was for me. We have had the mattress for only a few nights. I made the right choice. It is very comfortable and I have slept better having this mattress. I would definitely recommend Brothers Bedding.

We purchased a new box springs and mattress back in April 2019. Never thought I would spend so much on a set but man I felt like a different person within a few days. I had been experiencing back pain and this helped align my body to the appropriate shape it should be in for sleeping. We recently purchased a mattress for our 3-year-old son, and the experience was fantastic. We ordered our forth mattress from Brothers recently. A queen-size bed for my daughters 10th birthday. When it arrived we realized the box spring wouldnt fit up our stairwell. They had a split box spring made and delivered the very next day! I didnt tell them, but they saved my daughters slumber party. That sort of customer service is unheard of these days.

Brothers Bedding sells a range of mattresses most with two sides. We have just purchased our second from them and no one makes a better two sided mattress. The advantage of a two sided mattress is the mattress can be flipped when a depression develops and then sleep just like new. This cycle can be repeated time after time for years as the down side of the mattress returns to a new condition while it rests. Dont be fooled, every mattress will develop a depression after being slept on in the same place week after week. With a one side mattress there is no solution other than a new mattress at a big cost! We have three other custom two sided mattresses by a well known custom manufacturer who does not deliver to East Tennessee in our second home and the Brother Mattress may even be finished a bit better although both sleep about the same.

My husband and I are new to Knoxville and were on the hunt for a king sized mattress. We tried the national competitors where mattress shopping felt like car shopping, and stumbled upon Brothers Bedding last week when leaving Lowes and are so glad we diverted our afternoon from heading to yet another Mattress Firm. From the moment we walked into Brothers, the mattress shopping experience became enjoyable. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesman, Mark, who took time to listen to our wants/needs and offered suggestions on which mattresses did and didnt suit our desires. He was never pushy and showed us a variety of options at varying price points. We ultimately fell in love with the Mabry mattress but decided to sleep on our decision and waited a week to buy it. It is the perfect mix of medium/firm and is double-sided with a 15 year full warranty, and my husband and I both were eager to purchase it today- a week after we had last laid on it. We are so excited for what we think/hope will be years of blissful sleep on our Brothers mattress and are so glad we were able to find a quality product at a local shop with a great purchasing experience where our money goes back to the community rather than to some national chain with subpar products.
