I will never shop at another Bed Bath & Beyond after today. Worst experience of my life. In the store cashiering up I said can you bring up two and Ill just go get another one she said sure. So I paid her ran to go get another one when I went there they didnt have any. No problem right wrong. Because I had chose to have an e receipt instead of print receipt. My mistake, the manager did not want to give me the money back for the second one I purchased because I didnt have my e receipt. The manager actually was not going to give me my $7.54 because I couldnt show her the receipt. Now I havent left the store its the same cashier who told her what happened how I paid and the manager started arguing at me for not being able to pull up the receipt on my phone. even explained Ill give her my phone number I just put it in there my email I just put in there and she still didnt want to give me the money back. $7!? I finally told her look keep my $7 its not worth it, then she ask the cashier AGAIN to verify the transaction and says I guess well give you the refund.

Been to this location multiple times.. set up for every BBB I have ever been to seems to be identical.Great selection of home goods at BBB.. staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and parking lot is safe.Great location in Turkey Creek.. with lots of shopping and eating options all around..

It was very easy to get in and out of, plus they offer curbside pickup.

The manager was so helpful in assisting me with my online purchase! The store is neat and clean. The cashier was so friendly.

I mean it some of those places that you go to and realize you “need” so many things you really didn’t need before. Plus, the coupons in my pocket make me buy more. Damn it I fall for all their tricks!

Misleading on coupon in magazine ad, but they honored a %20 most places wouldnt with no hesitation.

Return policy’s are horrible. I bought sheets for my mother for Christmas but bought the wrong size. When I returned I was told I could not get a full refund and offered half the price of what I paid. There are to many other stores with better return policy’s than this one

Had a great day of shopping in the outside mall,but when we went in to Bed bath @beyond the store was really messy an there seem to be no organizedation especially in the bedding an drapes section. Definitely needs a clean up.not good enough for this part of town.

I used to love going to BB&B. Sadly, now the stock is so limited, its better to purchase online. Ive also been disappointed with the level of customer service. Employees have been dismissive. An employee sighed and appeared to roll their eyes when asked if an item was in stock. When I went today to look for a vacuum cleaner, no one would even look at me. Im sad that this chain is in jeopardy, but I see why customers are no longer shopping there.

Nice selection for household items. Employees were all very nice and helpful and answered several questions we had about types and sizing of bedding. Cashier was friendly and we were able to use a online coupon we found and saved $24! Very clean, well stocked store. Convenient location close to many other shops and visible from I40.

The visit at the store was pleasant however the only unpleasant thing was the pricing wasnt labeled and it made it difficult to make a smart purchase.

Shopping here feels like you are trapped in the past. Very nostalgia. not very sure how BBB is making it in the modern world. Restrooms are nice. Products on the shelves are little over priced.

My husband and I went to BedBath and Beyond for 2 as seen on TV items . Unfortunately they were out of both. However a sales rep.took the time to order them on-line for us. Very impressive

Not very happy with the amount of Christmas decorations. I know its a bed and bath store but dont show a whole bunch of Christmas decorations on your newspaper ads if you arent going to have most of them in store. You have to order most online. If I wanted to do that I would not have wasted a trip to the store.

Store is out of alot of things and I assume that is because of the pandemic. It was difficult to find an employee to help me find things, but the few employees were masked correctly. 75% of the customers were masked.

It is wonderful walking into a place of business and having a knowledgeable staff member greet me and offer to help guide me to what it is I am looking to buy! This particular Bed Bath and Beyond went above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a small butter keeper and I knew exactly which one I wanted but it wasnt on their shelf. The staff member guided me to the ordering computer and looked up precisely the item I wanted and then ordered it and had it shipped to my place if residence (I live over 60 miles from this location). Within a week, my butter keeper arrived. I love it! Thank you!!!

I like this store. Somethings are kind of expensive, if you get things on sale or with coupons its not bad. I love looking at things here. I get scared bringing my kids in here (even when its just my 9 month old in the stroller.)

Irene was awesome! She chatted with my sister and I about crafts and fun things to do in the area. Irene also assisted us with some ideas when we could not find what we were looking for from the store inventory.Thanks again for making our night!

There are a lot of fun and fantastic options for jazzing up your personal space affordably. The staff is available, and the amount of choices in every corner for every part of your home is a really nice deviation from the super specialized and over-priced stores.

Absolutely poor. 5 customers in line and 1 cashier waiting on a price. We set our purchases down and left. Looks like their on the way out of business.This is a direct reflection of management. No need to go back to many other places to buy what we need.

Although I rarely buy anything from them they do have good ideas from time to time.

Super cramped, they need a bigger store.

I went there to return a charging cable and get a new one, however i had lost my receipt and had used a gift card to pay. I do not know whether that lady at the counter was having a bad day or was generally mean; but she told me off saying that she couldnt do that because it was against policy.She did not give any alternatives and, to me, was happy if i just left with a malfunctioning charger as long as she did not break policy. Luckily I was with my relative and they came and asked again and she reffered us to the manager. Luckily he was understanding enough to allow us to return it and get something else with a small charge. I will never shop there again, there are less expensive and nicer things i can get from Target. Customer service should be the good in any place even if it has well known reputation.

Bed, Bath, and Beyond is like going into a candy store. There are so many things to look at. They have good prices on lots of things, but you do need to watch your prices on others.

3rd place I stopped at to find placemats, they had the best selection

I got some great deals on some items and was even a better when I was able to use the coupons I had.

Good selection and very friendly staff. Was there an hour and was asked if I needed help 4 times. A lot of choices but somewhat cluttered and disorganized.
