The manager did a great job! We had already decided to purchase from another company and originally entered the store just to compare products and pricing. Without high pressure tactics, the manager took the time to fully explain the difference in the inventory and we ended up changing our minds and buying from The Bedstore. He then also arranged for us to obtain a loaner mattress which helped enormously as we had company arriving. Delivery guys were likewise pleasant and professional both trips. We love the bed and are fully satisfied!

The associates at The Bed Store understand that in 2020 and early 2021 most people will do their research online before visiting a mattress store. They did not try to upsell us or discourage our extended research on the mattress we wanted. The buying process was simple and easy and we walked out of the store with our mattress the same day!

We just upgraded from a queen size mattress to a king size mattress, and purchased a new twin mattress for our guest bedroom. This makes our 3rd and 4th mattress purchase from The Bed Store. We will be loyal customers, forevermore, after a stellar customer service experience as a result of a manufacturing defect on our first mattress many years ago. On our visit yesterday, with Jimmy Welch, we anticipated we would pay significantly more than at the local furniture stores where we also shopped for new beds, but we were pleasantly surprised at the competitive prices. Not only that, but we ended up purchasing The Bed Stores own in-house brand, after checking out all the mattresses in the store. The mattress we chose was the most comfortable, to us, and we didnt know it was manufactured by The Bed Store, until after we made our selection. Pretty cool! He educated us on each bed so we could make the best decision. We bought a Stearns and Foster with the adjustable base and it is truly life changing. I want everyone I know to have one. I dont think I ever planned on buying another bed from a brick and mortar shop. Usually its an unpleasant experience and reminiscent of trying to find a car at a used lot in a seedy part of town with lots of haggling and subtle aggression that I just dont have the patience for anymore.I really didnt want to do a blind internet buy though either. I wanted a good bed and something that would last me some time and I also wanted to buy it from someone who knew what they were talking about, could walk me through my varying options and explain the pros and cons of it all so I could make an informed choice and investment.I had a great experience at Le Sleep. I was just a kid coming out of college, looking for a bed for my apartment. I didnt have a ton of money, but a bed is kind of essential. So, I talked to Amelia (the manager), and basically said, Whats the cheapest, good quality Twin XL I can get?, and she found me a bed in clearance in no time. Paid $350 dollars for a great bed (and that included delivery).They accidentally delivered the wrong bed the first time, and I only noticed after theyd left. I called Amelia, and shed rerouted them back to deliver the right bed within a few minutes. Great follow through!I love my bed. I loved the price. And, last but not least, I love the waterfall/fountain thing at the front of the store. Its the best. I could keep myself entertained all day.Go buy a bed at this place. The staff will take care of you. They even say theyll tuck you in... But I think thats kind of creepy.

I was shopping for a queen set but not completely sure what I was looking for in terms of mattress specifications. Walking into The Bed Store, I was immediately greeted by Olivia. She was extremely helpful. She pulled several mattresses out for me to try, explained the differences in design, and answered all of my questions. The showroom had an excellent layout that showcased the entire range of mattresses from soft to super-firm. Thankfully, the very helpful and knowledgeable Renee Meredith was present to assist me with narrowing down my selection. I told her my preference and sleeping position and she then guided me to the four mattresses that were most likely to suit my needs. Then she patiently waited for me to try each one and treated me as special. Moreover, she helped get the final price lowered to what I could comfortably afford by discounting when possible. The quality mattresses were impressive but it really was Renee who closed the sale.(The only objection was the disclaimer in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. It states that The Bed Store is not liable for any damage done to property while commissioned by customers in process of delivery. This gave me pause and caused concern for this seems to mean that their delivery guys arent subject to penalty if they run over your dog, knock down your mailbox, or damage doors or stairwells when entering your home. Now my wonderful experience is subject to complications. Hopefully, everything will proceed as nicely as the sell!)

I was buying my first mattress set back in August once I moved into my apartment. This was probably my third place I visited that day and I was helped by a lovely girl named Amelia. She was very helpful with providing information and bringing out mattress after mattress for me to try out. BYOFBring Your Own Frame.Who would have guessed that spending nearly $2K for a new bed does *not* include a frame to put it on?It would have been very helpful in making a buying decision if the salesman, Kenny, had disclosed this; but, he never mentioned it. Kenny was quite well aware that I did not already have a frame, since his delivery crew would not be picking up and removing an old bed.Imagine how stunned I was when the bed I had been waiting for finally arrived, minus the frame. I had to believe it was a mistake that would be quickly corrected.Nope. Too bad for me. My bedspread can just drag on the floor. The deal is done, the store has my money, Kenny gets his commission, I can buzz off.The delivery guys were as empathetic as they could be and tried their best to rustle up a frame. Maybe flipping the script for a few days would be good for everyone.It’s always a bit sketch when any business has a slew of glowing reviews and zero negatives. I should have known better.They will not tuck you in. They won’t even provide a basic bed frame. Horrible customer service.Update in response to the store’s post:What a petty little hill to choose on which to die.Each and every person I have spoken to, and I have talked to lots, has been shocked that a retailer would deliver a brand new mattress and box springs without a frame.Better retailers gladly make small concessions in the interest of maintaining their goodwill; and a bed frame, to this type of retail store, is a very small item.Some stores choose, instead, to fight to the death over trivia. After all, how often will you be coming in to buy a bed?

Olivia went out of her way to help my family find exactly what we were looking for in beds. She even sent me pictures/text messages of a bed to prevent me from having to make another trip! I was more than pleased with the service.

We had high expectations for this store after seeing the high reviews but were very disappointed. When we walked in this afternoon there were two other couples shopping, so we waited patiently for about 40 minutes for the only salesperson working to help us. After the second couple was walking out a woman walked in and wanted to buy a pillow. He immediately attended to her and they ended up having a 15 minute conversation about a mattress that was on clearance while we sat and waited. We wasted an hour of our day due to poor customer service and he lost a $3000+ sale.

I have severe health issues, fibromyalgia being just one. I am disabled, so the simplest things like shopping for a bed can be difficult. I walked in the door and was greeted with a warming smile and the friendy voice. I got lucky that day I was greeted by their best employee, Amelia! She was so helpful, she was familiar with fibro and knew exactly what I needed. She was kind and patient when working with me. I first met her at the Alcoa location, but now she is a manager at the Turkey Creek location. She is so awesome to work with that i will make the extra long drive to Parkside Drive. I have terrible migraines and night sweats, thanks to her I have the best cooling pillow. She knows how sensitive my fibro makes my skin so she found the best sheets for me. I love everything she picked out. She knew exactly what I needed!!! My husband and I are sleeping so much better now, thanks to Amelia!
