We went to Brothers Bedding Mattress Factory (Broadway) to buy a mattress. Eric greeted us and we asked abut buying a new mattress. He gave us a brief history of the business, asked us questions about sleeping preferences, etc and suggested a selection of mattresses to try out ( in our normal sleep positions). He left us to do this on our own and we could summon him if we had any questions. NO PRESSURE which made trying the mattresses out much easier to do. We selected our pick and called him over for a couple of questions about it and proceeded to purchase. The whole experience was relaxed and very pleasant!!! Delivery Day was a breeze. The delivery men (who came in with face masks) were VERY courteous, speedy, and gone after delivering the new and taking the old mattresses. The entire process took less than 20 minutes or so (and in a steady rain, having to carry it up two sets of steps before reaching the porch! ) It took me longer to make the bed than it took them to replace the mattress! Needless to say we were extremely pleased with our Brothers Bedding experience from all three employees! We highly recommend them!!!

Ask Andrea. Wow. We learned so much. Mattresses have changed so we listened and have to decide. Quality and longevity of our comfort seemed to be her goal. Nice to shop where someone is there to be helpful.

Went to the Callahan Road location, we were greeted by Derrick Pratt. We told him what we needed in a mattress and he showed us three that fit our request. He was friendly, helpful and did not pressure us, encouraged us to take our time to make sure we were happy with which one we wanted. They are a local company and make you feel welcome. I recommend this location to anyone in need of bedding.

We made our 2nd purchase today for our children 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The reason I go here is because the prices are very good and thier mattress are double sided compared to a lot of other name brands with 1 side. Our salesman is Derrick at Callahan Rd. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Dont waste money on those expensive name brands. 2 sided flipable mattresses last longer based on my experience.

My Fiance and I stopped into the Broadway location this afternoon on the way home from work hoping to find a mattress that fit both of our needs. Our last mattress was on its last dying legs and we had heard from a radio advertisement, as well as several reviews from word of mouth that Brothers Bedding was the best there was to be found. The thing was, that my tastes in mattresses were on the firm side while my significant others were far too plush for my liking. Neither of us could find a mattress we could agree on no mater where we looked. That is until we stepped into Brothers Bedding to take a look for ourselves. The moment we stepped through the doors we were in good hands. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable, knowing exactly which beds to show us based on our very picky specifications. We were delighted to find that every bed we tried felt wonderful and it wasnt all that long before we found the perfect fit. Derrick was very kind and patient with us and worked on our side to try to get us the best deal possible. The customer service here is amazing, and the beds even more so. We had bought a Sleep Number mattress about 7 years ago that we were not completely satisfied with. Phoned Brothers Bedding on Broadway and spoke with Andrea. From the moment she was on the phone she was energetic, funny, and honest. She listened to our wants and needs. We were unable to come until later in the afternoon and she adapted to our schedule. She educated on differences between all the mattresses. The entire process was a breeze and we could not picked a better person to help us with choosing the best mattress. Andrea at the fountain city location was extremely nice and helpful. Only gave four stars because I was Not informed that I would Not be getting a metal frame with the bed. Other than that she was great and I would recommend anyone to go buy a bed from her.

Great experience with no pressure buying. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and available when we had questions without following us around the store. The mattress was delivered ON TIME and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We have been sleeping on our new mattress for 2 months now and let me just say it has been hard to get up in the morning because it is just that comfortable.

Have slept 3 nights on my new bed from Brothers Bedding. So fine ! Wonderful help Amie at the store and the delivery guys were great ! The bedroom was upstairs and the box springs would not go up the stairs. They made new half box springs for my queen size bed and delivered the two half box springs in two days. Great service for a great product from a great business.

The salesman was very helpful with our needs and what size bedding we were in search of. We have an old California king size water bed frame, so finding a mattress, the size and depth we needed was not a visible problem for Brothers Bedding. Cant wait to get our mattress.

Just a quick note to tell what a wonderful experience my wife and I had at Brothers Bedding on North Broadway...because of Aimee Mason. We were trying to make a decision about a new mattress and Aimee was beyond kind and patient as my wife and I went back and forth examining and trying out the various mattress choices. She carefully explained the various features of each mattress and gave the important differences in the characteristics of them all. We finally made a choice and went through the payment process. We left the store and went on our way. About two hours later, after much discussion, my wife and I decided that we had made a decision too quickly and went back to the store to see if we could cancel the sale. With great apprehension, we went in to to discuss our choice. Amiee was equally kind and pleasant as we worked to undo the purchase process. My daughter and I went to Brothers Bedding and purchase a queen size bed . We have purchased a twin and a king size bed there before can say enough about the company .You can buy a cheaper bed somewhere else but how many will you have to purchase over the period of the warranty of a brothers bed Do the math . Im very picky about the mattress Im sleeping on, not to mention they are not cheap so I wanted to make sure I made the right choice. I spent close to an hour in the store with Amie, and came out a very happy customer. She was very patient and friendly and went out of her way to make sure I got the mattress that I was comfortable with. The day before delivery received a phone with a time the next day for delivery, and the guys showed up on time and were also very friendly. Ive had the mattress for a week now, and so far Im loving it. No problems with my back, and I seem to be sleeping all through the night again. Definately would reccommend spending the extra money to go see these folks.
