This is really not a car repair review, because I have not actually been there... I only just discovered these guys. This is an incredible human review... The story is that I was absent minded last week and left my laptop (2020 MacBook Pro) on the roof of my car... One of the mechanics Ahmed saw it fly off my car, was kind enough to pull over and retrieve it, track me down, and send me a message to come get it... This story speaks to character and trust! Shopping around for quotes to replace an alternator. I call 2 hours before they close and the man immediately tells me they are not taking any more cars. I say, I just need a quote on how much it will be. I dont need it done today. He cuts me off to reply Call back Monday. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Clowns! Very unprofessionally handled. I went to them when they first opened, on a Saturday, they had no one. They were so happy to have someone come in. Now you treat anyone inquiring like a piece of fly food. I can actually change my alternator, but dont feel like doing the labor. Dont worry I wont call Monday. I would hate to give you more than you can handle.

The guys at Save Auto are the best! The first time they fixed my car they were less than half the price of the car dealership. I am now a regular customer. Today I came in for an oil change and they told me to come back to their VIP lounge. They took me into their office and served me an incredible Mediterranean dish called Kibbeh. It was AMAZING! Frank is not only a great mechanic but a great chef!They are honest kind knowledgeable fast and fair! I’m 57 years old and they are the best mechanics I have ever used.

My truck is currently my home and these guys fixed my starter in just 3 hours with minimal cost! Awesome!

Fantastic, courteous service at a fair price. We were traveling through Knoxville when we had an unexpected issue. It was a Friday evening at almost 5:00. We were almost disabled but made it to two other repair shops who had no interest in helping us until Monday. One place even claimed to be open until 7 but all of their mechanics left at 5. We found this place and they didn’t hesitate to help us. They were super friendly and had us back on the road in a couple of hours.

This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with an auto repair facility in my 49 years of living. Im from Chattanooga and my girlfriend borrowed the car to go up into Knoxville to run some errands on a Saturday. The car broke down in a McDonalds drive thru. Since its our only car I was in a little bit of a panic since I had no way to get to her. It was after noon on a Saturday and by the time I got it towed to their facility it was about 2:30 in the afternoon. I was convinced that there was no way I could have it diagnosed and fixed over the weekend and that my girlfriend would be stranded and I would have no way to work on Sunday or Monday.As it turns out, these gentlemen at Save Auto diagnosed the problem and stayed past closing time so that my girlfriend could get back on the road. I dont expect someone to stay after closing time to help me out, but its refreshing to me to see somebody take customer service seriously because its something really seems to be lacking these days. I was beyond impressed and beyond grateful for them taking care of me the way they did. If I lived locally I would start taking all my cars over there for any repairs and maintenance I needed.So, take this review for what its worth, but in my opinion these guys are awesome.

A friend recommended this auto shop to repair my car. I went there with cautious, but I found them very nice people. They recommended a time to drop my car and they done with my car after the exact time they mentioned when I dropped the car. They know exactly what they are doing. No hidden fees or charges to what they tell you upfront. Also, their price is very very reasonable compared to their competitive. I highly recommend them.

My boyfriends car overheated because he left the air conditioner on while not in the car. They gave him antifreeze and oil.

I have used Save Auto on a couple different occasions and am VERY VERY SATISFIED!!!!!! I don’t live far from there but they took me home and came back and picked me up when car was finished. Prices are very good with professional service and quality work. They will always get my work and I strongly would recommend them.

Against my better judgment, I let an acquaintance “work” on my dinosaur Volvo. By the time I had it towed into Save Auto Repair, it had graduated to become the Volvo from hell! The team patiently worked through the system to find the problem, and the shop was exceptionally reasonable with its pricing. It’s a repair service I will definitely use again and again. I struggled around to find someone to help me on a Sunday they happen to be there doing some repairs. they pulled me in the shop right away fix my issues with professional amazing service. they were knowledgeable upbeat understanding helpful. they did even more things to repair my car than I even asked for if youre in doubt at all about this place dont hesitate! please go there. When other garages were unable to take my car in to replace the fuel pump, these guys saw me that day and had it fixed in a few hours. When my a/c went out two weeks later I brought it in and Jack had it looked at straightaway. To be honest, I know nothing about cars, so it wouldve been easy to take advantage of me. Jack didnt do that- they saw it was something totally minor, fixed it, and sent me on my way... without charge!Save Auto Repair has found a loyal customer in me. I cannot recommend the place enough.

Frank is always full of energy and hell treat you right. Whatever price he says then thats it. Sometimes hell help you out if you need the help.

Anthony was an excellent person. I was in desperate need of an FM transmitter, he kind hearted said to me “ hey we don’t have one but I have one in my car that I can give u for free” he happily rushed to his car and brought me one.This was a very kind gesture of this youngman. So after two terrible mechanics in Harriman that just wanted our money, we were finally able to get our daughter’s car fixed. We paid for 3 engines in Harriman moving the car to another awful car auto repair who only sent the car back just putting a engine in it. Well they engine blew trying to get it from Harriman to Knoxville simply because he did not care about the service he provided. ( Donnie at Turpin ) which I do not recommend. He charged 750.00 for nothing. Meantime, the car was stranded on the expressway needing to be towed, we figure since Frank ( save auto repair) was down the street from our home and he had great reviews we would give him a try and I’m glad we did. He called everyday with updates on the car, didn’t try to beat us out our money like the other two auto places did in Harriman. He was very professional and showed his concerns for our daughter’s car. He didn’t cause to much damage in our pockets meaning that with all the work that the car needed he charged us the least he could and he fixed everything; which was very time consuming. I would recommend his service because he makes you feel important and you can tell he loves the work he provides to the community. I wish after 2500.00 before hand that we would’ve had the car towed to him in the first place saving us the 2500.00 only paying his cost which was truly worth it. If you have ANY problems with your car take it to Frank, he’ll take great care of you and your car in an appropriate timeframe. He’s our new mechanic for all 3 of our cars.
