One of the best shops I’ve been to.Very kind people, efficient, good communication, great value, has coffee, and is close to downtown if you need somewhere to wait.Ned fixed our problem in a single afternoon. I don’t think we would have been driving for a week or two if we had gone to any other mechanic.We were on a road trip and our Chevy Trax stopped making it up hills. Ned found the issue, and worked some magic to find the one replacement part in all of Knoxville because it’s on national backorder. The part was used but in near perfect condition so it was way more affordable than we expected.Thanks again for helping us make it back in one piece!

Got towed to Anderson Automotive for a tire replacement by chance. How lucky I was. Their staff was very welcoming, and their waiting accommodations were by far the best I’ve experienced. Excellent service. Long story short, was on my way to Atlanta from Philly and did some damage to the inside of my rim, causing a flat. Even on the last day of the week before Easter weekend, while they had plenty of work to do, they found the time to patch up my rim and get me back on the road. Very nice group of guys. I called Anderson Towing for a jump start and they arrived sooner than they said over the phone and did a great job; the service was friendly, informative, helpful, and all around great!

My girlfriend had a hose connecting the antifreeze resivoir to the engine burst and needs her car for work. They were able to pick up the car, fix it and get it back to us very quick with a quality job done. The gentleman even stayed later than his allotted shift to return the car back to us. These guys are very professional and super nice. I’ve worked with them for awhile and have recommended them to several people. They’re honest and fair. Their team knows what they’re doing and get the jobs completed better than most. I’ve referred them to several people.

My daughter and I were recently on vacation in the Smokies and my brakes started making a grinding noise. Since it was a long drive home to Ohio we thought it best to get it taken care of. So what do you do when you have no idea where to go. I called AAA and they gave me two approved options. The one in Sevierville didnt have time and was not too pleasant. So I called Andersons in Knoxville and they got us in first thing the next morning. There arent enough words to say how wonderful they were. They diagnosed the problem and had us on the road quickly. Not only were they efficient, they were kind, friendly and caring. I had no doubt that we were in good hands.

All the garages were closed except goodyear, who told me they were too busy to help.Steve got me off the dangerous fast side of the highway quickly and safely, and stuck around to get me back on the road for home in north Alabama, where i was expected by the wife and kids. Truly amazing customer service experience. I had a flat tire on a road and couldn’t get the tire off. Called these guys hoping for a tow. They walked me through how to get the tire off free of charge. Anderson automotive and rowing puts helping people above profits.

The staff at Andersons was extremely helpful, straight-forward, and honest. They were able to fit me in last-minute and got the repair done very quickly so I could have my truck back as soon as possible. I would be surprised if I could find a better deal around for the services I received. They are also AAA certified, which gave me added confidence in choosing them. Both times I’ve had to call a tow truck in Knoxville, my insurance company called Anderson and their dispatch sent a driver named Billy. Their staff is efficient, friendly, funny, and was kind enough to make an effort to put us at ease and make us laugh during stressful situations, even while performing a job (and doing it well.) Hopefully I won’t need another tow truck while in town, but if I do this is who I’m calling!

Awesome shop with good prices and honest workers. Always transparent about diagnostics and never try to upsell. They put your mind at ease when you dont know whats making that funny sound when youre accelerating and explain the problem in an easy to understand manner. Plus, they have an AAA discount! EVERYTHING THEY DO! My car gave out on me a month or two back and I couldnt afford to get really anything done on it, but I had a free Tow and figured I would get an estimate...turns out just before the tow truck arrives, the shop I spoke with called me to tell me they couldnt work on Lincoln models...So I thought I was screwed, and in that moment the tow truck pulls in, and the awesome guy driving suggested I just have him take it back to the shop he works for...Anderson Automotive. He towed it, and had me sign everything at my apartment, not 3 hours later I got a call from the owner of the shop, and he said they ran a full check and everything seemed fine, they fixed some wires and tightened some things down and just like that it was running again...the owner felt that they didnt really do much so he wanted to make sure that the fix wasnt just a fluke, so he held on to my car to make sure, and everyday they checked it out, turned it on and ran it, and all I had to pay was their diagnostics test price, and my car has been great ever since! Of course the check engine light just came back on, and I cant really afford any repairs on it, but I will be sure to take it back to them as soon as I can! I also tell everyone I know, this is the spot! I just moved to Knoxville in September of 2019, and was so nervous to try a new shop in a new city, but this was such a blessing!

He asked the right questions (over the phone) without any hesitation.I brought my car in “whenever” (LOL) and I was helped right away. I had my (overheated and broken down) car towed to Anderson Automotive because it was a AAA partner. Ned and his staff were very friendly and topped off the coolant fluid, but I waited several days for this simple repair and was charged more than usual for coolant servicing. Additionally, I just had to have the coolant replaced again-- only a few months later-- because the air had to be bled out of the cooling system. I was not satisfied with the amount of time I had to wait, the price, or the quality of the job.
