I recently graduated college and took a cross country trip for 3 months. Putting so many miles on my car during that time, I visited 4 other Nissan dealerships for regular at service, oil changes, repairs, ect.What I’m trying to convey is I’ve seen a lot of dealers, and can confidently say Ted Russell Nissan’s Service Center blows all other dealers clear out of the water, no contest. The team at Ted Russell’s is fast, on time, listen to my concerns, never try to over sale me on services, and are just genuinely great people. I’m moving out of state, and honestly, I wish I could bring the whole service team with me (and haven’t ruled out timing my trips back home to align to when I will need service).I highly recommend this team, amazing work every single time.

I am totally impressed with the service advisor Paul Jordan, very, very professional, called, gave me an update. What a fantastic experience.This dealership needs to give Cogdill Dodge across the street training on how to treat a customer. Like night and day difference. Cogdill Service is the absolute worst, Ted Russell Nissan made me feel like i just dropped my 100k Porsche off for service. Great Job guys !!!!

Great customer service

We have had the pleasure of doing business with Ted Russell twice in the last few months. My husband got his 2019 frontier back in February and I got my rogue sport today. Working with this dealership has been nothing but AMAZING. They are professional, friendly and efficient. My husband and I love doing business with them! Especially Kim, Andy, Tommy and Shane. I called Ted Russell Nissan on 5-19-20 around 1:30pm sever times to inquire about an air bag recall. I called several times because kept getting same lady saying she’s connecting me to service but no one answered the phone other than the same lady trying to connect me. Last time I called she took my info to have someone call me. I guess they have enough business that they Dnt need anymore because no one bothered to ever answer or return my calls.

I have been to a dealership that treated me with so much respect. even thorough I am a woman.. everyone was supper nice in the service department and checked everything I ask, thank you so much .

Ted Russell Nissan is AMAZING! I live in Ohio and my son is in med school in Tennessee. His current vehicle died and he needed a replacement as soon as possible. Leah and Gerald made a miracle happen. They worked together to get a my son a car in record time. They treated me like a family member and made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. Even though I live in Ohio - when I am in need of a new car - I will make the trip to Knoxville for that purchase!!!!

Used coupon for 25 dollar oil change and tire rotation they never rotated tires and when I called them they tired telling me that they told me about it which they did not and still charged me for it as well as took all the coupons on the flyer which had a 20 dollar oil change only coupon on it the answer from them was we could refund 1 dollar because that would have been the difference. The manager would not even get on the phone with me. I will never be going back to this location

This is only my second visit at the Ted Russell Nissan service center, however all of my experiences so far have been fast, friendly, and professional. The service advisors have always been very polite and helpful, and Tracy with customer relations is also very friendly and helpful. I would advice anyone needing service on their Nissan to give Ted Russell Nissan a try.
