We recently purchased a vehicle from Maserati of Kirkland. Our salesperson Dennis was enjoyable to work with friendly and knowledgeable. Each person we had interaction with from sales and service to management was helpful and honest. We were very well taken care of and we couldnt be happier with our purchase and the entire staff. My initial impression of the group at Maserati of Kirkland was they were accommodating and easy to work with. It was the fastest car sale I had ever been involved with. They assured me that the car I was planning to purchase had been full vetted by their mechanics and was in superb condition. I went for it - that was on me... I purchased the car( with warranty) and within 3 days the alarm bells were signaling. The power steering and many other codes were going off. I pushed the car back to them to get and had to hard core nudge them to fix it with out hitting my warranty. They told me to bring the car in, service then wouldnt take the car. I had to drive out to Kirkland for a 3rd time. Finally, service accepted the car on the 8th day. At this point the car was essentially not drivable for several days. Their communication while the vehicle was getting fix was non-existent, I had to follow up multiple times. They gave incorrect time frames for when the car would be fix. Needless to say I will not purchase from them again. All in all the car is fixed at this point and beautiful, but the experience was poor. I am giving this spot 2 stars, for the hassle.
Bad customer experience. Not welcoming to hear the feedback from the customer. Had a pretty bad experience, the associate is not interested to talk and rude!!!!
Had them fix my sunroof came back to get my car after it took a week and they had broke my front wind shield and out 2000 more miles onto my car I do not recommend this place to anyone ever.
Worst experience ever buying a car and when it come time for service, they want over $6000 for oil change and brake. When they said they did a thorough inspection before selling the car after a year and 6000 miles later the car requires new brakes. Would not recommend
Drove my car in for an intemitant shifting issue. After I disagreed with the service advisors $8800 diagnosis suddenly my car wont start and I had to have it towed out. Also my receipt shows no notes on the diagnosis of what was performed or tested.
People should not buying Maserati. it is the worse car among of Luxury cars section.here is what I had to deal with.1-I Paid 95K for a brand new car and at 1650K camshaft needed to be replaced. the picture is from the car towing from front of my house.2- they have installed a GPS on my car without acknowledge that interferer with electrical system of the car that is resulting to jump start the vehicle every-time I want to start the engine.3-My power steering system failed at 6k miles in which result to replace the whole power steering pump and hosing.4- Service manger is lying. please make sure when you take your car there to put what you asked to to check because they change the statement and have you sign when you pickup the car.
I would like to share my overall purchase experience with this dealership. I hope this review will help anyone who is looking into purchasing a car from here in the future. I purchased a 2018 Porsche from here about a month ago. The day after I purchased my car, the car stopped in the middle of road. There was a huge grey smoke cloud that came from out of exhaust pipes with a burnt smell to it.I called the sales person to drop me off at the Bellevue service center. I was told that the manager would contact me to discuss the situation. No one called from the dealership that night or the next day after just leaving me at the service center. No one call to checked on me to make sure everything was ok with my car nothing. Since that day, I have had to visit two different service centers to find out the issues with my car. Neither service centers could find any issues at that time. After two weeks, I experienced exact the same problem on the road again. This was a very dangerous situation and I took my car back to the Tacoma service center immediately. After 4 days of labor, they found out that when I bought my car from the dealership, they over filled the engine oil about 2 and half quarts to much. The over filled oil created all grey smoke, the burnt smell, and the possibility of my car catching fire. The service center person told me to contact the dealership to make sure i was reimbursed for paying out of pocket at the service center because it was their fault. I text the sales person I had been dealing with since I purchased the car about the situation; and I send him the invoice from service center. He said he was out of state but he had already spoken with his manager about the situation. The manager told him he would call me the next morning to discuss the whole situation. Guess what? No one called me the next morning. No one called me the day after that either. On the third day I texted back to my sales person that I felt so ignored by his company and at this point there is no reason to talk anyone. After about 10 min his manager called me and I was expecting him to say do you have a minute to talk instead rudely asked me what is going on. I felt like as the manager he should know what is going on by the time he called me. I was driving at the time I had to call him back. When I called him back and he asked me again what is going on so I explained to him what happened to me the day after I purchased my car. He said..I already heard that story and I will talk to his manager to process your check. Of course there was no apologies at all for all these inconveniences they created and putting my life in danger. I know he didn’t fill the engine oils himself but he is the manager and he should care about customers concerns. Most people think of Maserati as a high end dealership and expecting to get high quality customer service with a top-notchmaintenance team. NO, I was so wrong for thinking that too. Ridiculously over filling my engine oil and not apologizing for their mistake. That is the quality of service you will get it from this dealership. No one really cares after you sign the paper unless they need something from you. Very poor quality with a small team that has lack of communication and knowledge of dealing with situations; they are very unprofessionally. I learned pretty expensive lesson. Please beware if you would like to purchase a car out side of Maserati brand at this location. They do not have any knowledge or idea of outside brands. Other brand cars are just extra items to sell to make commissions for them. I like my sales person at the time but even though you like your sales person; if the company doesn’t care about you, the sales person absolutely can’t do anything for you if you are dealing with some issues. All I wanted from them was communication with me and to be able to listen and understand my frustration after the big purchase i made from them.

Very professional staff (office and shop staff) and a very busy and clean shop from the looks of it. We are a tow truck company that from time to time delivers vehicles to Rairdons Maserati of Kirkland so this review is based on the experiences and interactions with the service department staff. We have never had any issues when dealing with any of the employees at Maserati of Kirkland. The staff is always very friendly and everybody has a great attitude. Keep up the great work guys!

I cannot recommend them enough! Mike gave me the best deal out of any dealership in our state and California too. I shopped heavily and he beat every deal. And, I got the exact color combo I wanted on top of that. This was a surprise gift, and they bent over backwards to help me make it special. I cant thank you all enough! And, the car is awesome, too!
On a whim I decided to visit Maserati of Kirkland to test drive a unique used Ghibli and six or so hours later I had a new car and the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Not long after this I helped a friend purchase a car at a different dealership which made me appreciate the folks at Maserati Kirkland, especially Lisa Raybell, even more.Unlike the second experience I felt no pressure, there were no presumptive closes in our conversation, we didnt haggle over a hundred dollars here and there and when Lisa needed to talk to her Manager there were no back and forth games he simply came and talked to me and we closed the deal with what we both thought was a fair price. The financing process was smooth and the team went out of their way to help me secure the appropriate warranties so I dont have to worry about anything that might go wrong.I have referred friends to the dealership and they had a similarly positive experience. If you are in the market for a luxury car I strongly suggest you give these folks a chance to earn your business. Ill be back.
My wife and I just leased the new 2017 Levante that was in the showroom floor. Beautiful car! The staff is great especially Josiah who was our salesman. Very friendly and honest in my opinion. Made an appointment to come in and see your car, sold it before I could get there for my appointment. Super frustrating and with no support afterwards for something comparable.
One of the worst dealership in the area and beware of their scam. I sold my Mercedes SUV there, they offered a better price compared to another dealer and committed to give me a check in a day or two. After they got the vehicle they blocked my check saying that it is not their policy to give the check without getting the title from previous lender. This is now 3 weeks and I am being harassed by their manager Sunil and Jason saying that they will come back to us and never came back. We are calling them several times but to no avail. They are a big Fraud, if you want to sale your vehicle, STEER CLEAR OF THEM. They will lure you with a better price but after that you will not get the money on time to buy your next vehicle. I am going to engage my lawyer to sue them but I want to ensure no one get duped by their duplicative practice
Rairdon’s Alfa Romeo Maserati Fiat of Kirkland has some great folks working for them. Dennis, was incredibly knowledgeable about the Veloster I purchased off of their lot. Aaron in financing helped me walk away feeling confident. I am very pleased with my car, and thankful that Dennis took the extra time to get my Bluetooth in the car connected to my phone. They made me feel like family.
Best car buying experience yet. The staffs been in touch with me to make sure things are well. Despite the fact I bought a used car from their dealership, the guys are looking into getting the small kinks fixed. Very friendly and helpful staff, truly enjoyed working with Shane, Anthony, and Josiah to learn more about their cars. The Giulia is a serious 3-series competitor, and the Maseratis are drop dead gorgeous. Highly recommend anyone make this a stop when looking for a new car.
Internet salesman was ok, answere all my questions, I just think car is overprised, but hey they are the experts, gm emailed me this morning wanting my business I was happy he/or she I thought hey maybe we can do this em back thanking him, no reasponce once I said I was looking at used not new oh well
Tried to call to get info for a tune up, talked to a number of different people after being hung up on a few times. Was quotes a price twice by 2 different customer service reps and when it came time it was double the price. Service didnt perform something I had asked them to do and now the car is having issues. Hard to trust them, very misleading.
Maserati of Kirkland was GREAT!!!!! They let me and my friend do a YouTube review (Our channel is called, SUPERCHARGED car reviews) on one of their cars!!! I was in touch with this dealership regarding my car sell. My car was Canadian car, which I was trying to sell through them. In general, I was happy with the executives I was dealing with, they seems trust worthy. But for some documentation reason, my deal fell through. 1 week later of handing over the car to this dealership, they came came back voiding the deal, which i understood gracefully; if there are issues in documentation, they cant do much. But bad part about this whole experience was a) they took 1 week to come back with documentation issue; while making the deal, I had called out clearly the status of deal (that its canadian car), but probably they were not well versed in handling such cases. I declined few deals in between to go with these guys, and they by the time come back to me voiding the deal, by that i time i had already lost other offers. b) seems they kept my car in open for this whole week and it had gotten dirty from outside. they didnt even show curtsey to wash it just once before handing it over back. When they informed me, about backing out from deal, they mentioned that they had gotten the car cleaned and all, but to my surprise they just dropped it off to my place all dirty. c) during they deal-off call, they also mentioned that they have filled the gas tank; but that wasnt the case during handover. I wasnt asking for this, regardless they committed that they will do so and then didnt do at the end. Why to make commitments and not honor it.Overall - I still feel, its good dealership. They care about customer, establish trust. I was interacting with Shawn and RJ. Shawn is great, gives genuine advice. RJ also makes fine executive, tries to follow back and not pushy at all. But the way they handled my case, I was very disappointed.

Would not recommend the service department. Taking my Maserati in again for noisy breaks. I should have taken my car into Ferrari of Seattle.First time I brought my car in for all new brakes and rotars I was shocked how dirty the service department felt. I was then dismayed by the loaner car (Chrysler 200) with food crumbs in the seat. later that day I received a phone call and was told the price was going to be almost 25% more. Thankfully they did honor the original quote.Less than a month later brake pads started making noise. Dropped it off and they chamfered the pads and I think turned the rotars. Month later same problem...Save yourself the troubles and go somewhere else.
Prefer Audi more, but they got some good Audis is here!
Sold my VW Passat to them, RJ and Alyssa were just great, no hazzle, no B.S. and a very very good offer compared to the other dealerships I visited. Hands down theyll get my business again if I need to sell my car again. Keep it up guys!
Just leased 2016 Marserati Ghibli S Q4 from this dealer. Very nice experience overall. Highly recommended. Look for Earl ( a really nice and friendly gentleman) as hes one of my best sales person I ever met in my over 10 times of auto purchase experience.Quick response - I got a immediate follow up call from the dealer in 2 minutes after I posted my interest in the Ghibli S Q4.Easy deal with - I actually did not get the deal when I got in the first time but theyre very easy to deal with and make another friendly contact after the first visit)No pressure sale - as I mentioned that I did not get the deal thru during my first visit. They did not push me for any commitment. We became friends after the visit.
