In the middle of this crazy COVID-19 buyer’s market, Rairdon Hyundai took care of me. Alondra was my sales rep and she was awesome! I especially appreciate that she made it clear to me that the entire dealership is a full-disclosure dealership. This was exemplified by the fact that she treated all my questions as valid—there were no “stupid” questions.Alondra also went the extra mile by taking time to re-explain different aspects of the purchasing process that I wanted extra clarification on. She also made sure not to push anything on me or trick me into getting a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need. My entire purchasing experience was positive because of Alondra’s extensive knowledge, patience, and friendliness.

The service was done well and in a timely manner. I am highly allergic to synthetic fragrances and mention this each time I go in for service. This aspect makes the time in the service bay unpleasant for me. It is never good to wear cologne so strong that people can smell it 10 feet away.

It was MOVING DAY! And I discovered an oil leak near the rear axel of my car! I called Rairdon’s to have it checked before I made a long 3+ hr drive to my new home. They were able to get me in immediately! Issue not discovered ( car says “just kidding!” 😳), but a different issue was found in the engine area. Parts could be acquired next day, but I needed to leave today! They made a report upon which the dealship in my new town could act, and assured me i could make my trip safely, and could have the issue corrected when I reached my new home. I was able to quickly get back to the the old home and finish the loading with the movers! Rairdon’s has always been very accommodating and gracious in all my interactions with them. And they certainly went above and beyond great business practices today!

My experience started with Keely through messages trying to find my perfect CRV. There was 1 that caught my eye. Made an appointment to come take a look at it the same day. After arriving I met with Mrs. Jackson(not Janet 😂 her words) Jamie I think (Keelys Mom). We had some laughs about what we call the HRV and CRV. Took a test drive, fell in love. Traded in my Kia Rondo (named Kirondo) and came home with My CRV. (named Mahonda)😎 Both ladies were awesome!!! Thanks Sunmer Honda!!

I want to preface my review on the MULTI-POINT-INSPECTION by saying I drove the car from the owners residence where it had been sitting for the last 2 1/2 months.  On the drive to Honda of Sumner the car pulled massively to the right.  On to the review.  Michael J Riggins signed me in and the car was taken to another building.  Michael told me and my friend Jake on seperate occasions that air had been put in the tires prior to a mechanic taking it on a test drive.  The report mentioned NOTHING about the car pulling massively to the right.   No one could have driven that car and not mentioned the hard right pull???  The inspection stated that the motor oil needed changing.  The owner of the car told me it had been changed 80 miles ago and when I checked it later the owners house the oil was gold???  After buying the car I stopped at Les Schwab to get an Alignment.  The mechanic asked me what the car was doing and I said pulling massively to the right.  He said on a front wheel drive Civic an Alignment wouldnt correct a massive pull.  He said to just swap the two front tires.  I asked if he could check the air pressure and the two rear tires where low at 20 psi each and the two fronts were low at 30 psi each.  I ask you, what kind of driving test can be performed with four under inflated tires?  Then we have the clean oil being called dirty?  Can I believe anything was done to this car other than driving it through a car wash?  I feel like I paid a very high price for what should have been a thorough pre-buyer inspection.  Two of the most basic things that can be performed on a car were not reported accurately.  I wish I had watched where the car was taken and watched what happened from there.  I do not feel good about this at all.  Maybe future customers will benefit by my review.  I think it would be a lot better to have the mechanic who performed the inspection talk to me directly.  Not checking tire pressure is mind boggling to me.  Stating the oil needing changing was just flat out dishonest.
