Just purchased a new car and I love it! The whole process was simple, just a small wait on getting paperwork done but not bad at all. I was wanting a 21 Sonata but my salesman Carson found me a car just like it and it was a pleasure having him as a salesman.Edit:This dealership is needing better communication and better customer service after you purchase your vehicle. I was told I needed to come back for an inspection and to let them know when I would be able to come. I let them know over a week in advance and was told “Perfect, See you then”. The day comes and I let them know I’m on the way. As I’m on the way I was told they will not be able to fit me in because they are busy, was told someone from service would call me and no one has still to this day. Another thing ; My temporary tags are expiring soon so I called on Friday and asked if they were in. Was told they were and would be sent out on Monday since I live 2 hours away. Today is Thursday and I still have not received them and I called again and the person who answered seemed as if I was the biggest inconvenience. I asked if my plates were sent out and she says “Well I have them in my hand so no. I will send them out tomorrow and it will be there in a couple days” Same thing I was told when I first called. Super frustrated.

Crystal and Monica took such great care of me, and found me the perfect car with EVERYTHING I wanted and within my very picky budget :). From picking me up from my apt (I have been carless) to staying late past closing to get everything done their customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They listened to my needs and helped get me in a car after mine had been stuck in the shop for over a month and I am so grateful for the whole team!

We were in the market to replace both of our aging cars After much research we decided to purchase a Hyundai. Now is not the best time to purchase a new car, but we needed to. We called multiple dealers in the area and almost all of them were vague on the pricing, some did not even mention the market up charge until we arrived. We checked with Kirkland Hyundai and what a breath of fresh air. Direct and to the point, exact pricing, (and might I mention an excellent price) We worked with David and he provided us with no nonsense pricing, direct and to the point. The overall dealership was great. Like all dealers they wanted to sell us extra coverage, etc. We said no and that was it, no pressure. Paper work completed and we were in our new Santa Fe. We liked the experience and no nonsense pricing that we drove the 5 hours again a week later to purchase a Kona for my wife. I would recommend Kirkland Hyundai to anyone in the market for a Hyundai.

My experience was good. I will say it would have been easier if I could have digitally signed for the vehicle or put earnest money down and not had to roll the dice by driving from a long distance (I live in the Spokane area) hoping no one buys it before me. One of the nicest dealerships. I didnt purchase my vehicle from this location but I will be coming here for future services. My car kept notifying me that I needed to get my car serviced even tho I had a serviced some months back, so I took it into this dealership. Because I dont really have that many miles in my car the alerted me that my car doesnt need a service and to bring it back when it reaches a certain limit. There was a guy and a girl who helped me out but the girl (Alexandria) was super helpful even gave me a free car wash coupon. Had a wonderful experience buying our Palisade from Tyler at Hyundai of Kirkland. He was polite, helpful, quick to respond and patient with explaining all the details. Even though I didnt test drive my first Palisade here I decided to buy from them because Tyler seemed genuinely interested in getting us what we wanted at a great price despite these cars being in short supply.

I went in to see a car, and their customer service was terrible. We had an appointment, and they made us wait for 15 to see the car. After we did a test drive, the salesperson did not give us any info on the vehicle nor sat us down to discuss options. He just told us he didnt have the model of the car so that we could try again later. We left disappointed, without any info, and they lost our business. The sales rep was David, and we could not even understand a word he said, not sure if he spoke English.

***UPDATE*** Kirkland Hyundai responded but she still doesnt acknowledge the fact that Im liable for loan interests due to their mistake. I also have three email that she ignored on 10/19 & 10/20Absolutely no after sale service. First they misled and sold me a prepaid maintenance package, then failed to cancel it. My loan principal was over reported by $~2k and had been accruing interests. Took me THREE whole months to get them (over 10 calls, 20+emails,BBB complaints) to reverse that amount from my loan. But now they are ghosting me and refusing to refund the accrued interests due to overstated loan principal. No one from the dealership would pick up their phone and Noel (customer service specialist) continues to ignore my email.

I am very happy and pleased with their service and level of professionalism. It was quick compared to other dealerships that have you hostage for an entire day and they knew what they were doing to get the ball rolling without having to ding my credit score with multiple hard inquiries which is amazing. Special thanks to Harry since he was on top of his game the moment we called the dealership and to Siamak for explaining everything in detail and being so friendly and patient. Filled all my paperwork online including my quoted $23k trade in and when I arrive to test drive and probably sign for a new car, conveniently their system is down and offer me $17k for my trade in. Didn’t even look at it. When I say I won’t go less than $21k he says I can go sell it and come back! Are you kidding me? (Owner) Erik hasn’t emailed me back, David in sales has and text asking if I sold it yet and have the money to come back and buy the 2022. I haven’t encountered such unwelcoming treatment of prospect buyers for a long time. Because I initially expressed interest in a hybrid model and they didn’t have it in stock nor expected any time soon, their employee, a tall man, was reluctant to show the regular vehicle or discuss its features. When I asked for a test drive of a regular model, he responded: “Why bother, we don’t have a hybrid, and you won’t buy this one anyway”. I had to ask to talk to a different salesperson to learn more about the vehicle and do the test ride. The second person, Jessica, saved the situation - she was willing to help, gave an overview of the car, answered all the questions, let me try it out.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Hyundai of Kirkland. After looking at cars online across a number of different sites, my wife and I did a walk in and looked at a couple cars with Crystal. She was super kind and very patient in helping us figure out what we were looking for and educating us on features and considerations along the way. We didn’t feel any pressure at all from her to rush into a purchase, and while we were unable to reach an agreement on the price with the finance manager that day and ended up walking away, she stayed in touch and texted me when the Labor Day sale was coming up, and she continued to work with her manager to negotiate the price for us. We went back to the dealership today and completed our purchase of a Tucson. Working with Crystal was the most pleasant part of our car buying experience and I would recommend chatting with her if you’re in the market for a new car.

I saw her taking complete accountability for resolving all the issues which were related to either finance or some after sales services.

I do not say this casually, if I could I would give this dealership 50 stars. It may sound crazy to be willing to drive almost 2000 miles from Stillwater, OK to Kirkland, Washington to buy a vehicle but trust me when I say, Id do it all over again in a heartbeat. Everyone I dealt with was like the too good to be true version of their respected departments because they were that friendly, accommodating and professional. From sales to finance, it was like I was the only customer they ever had. The deal they were able to secure for me after so many incredible discounts and a fair trade-in on my car was literally at first unbelievable. To the point I had to take a picture of the final bill to prove to my family that I wasnt being scammed. Process went very smoothly. Worked with David Kim, Internet Sales Director, and Ali for finance. David did an excellent job and was super friendly. Scheduled test drive for one weekend, spent a week discussing price and options with David via email, returned the next weekend to finalize a contract and sign paperwork, and drove the car away the following Monday. Definitely pleased with the deal that I signed on and the experience. Only issue that comes to mind were the weekend wait times, was at the dealership for total of 6 hrs of which ~1.5 - 2hrs were actually engaging with staff. Would advise to probably go in on weekdays.

Update 08.11.2021Hyundai of Kirkland- Special thanks to Gary Robinson.It is not a perfect world and things do happen. I bought a car from this dealership and within a few weeks I had some issues due to manufacturers fault. They (Dealership) could have ignored us and let us deal with the Hyundai directly as it was not an easy situation. But Gary Robinson (GM) went above and beyond his captabilities and took care of us. This is the first time we felt a human works in car dealership. He not only took care of the business side, but gave us the utmost understanding. I highly recommend Gary to anyway looking for a Hyundai/ Ford car.**********************************************Old (Late May 2021) : I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. I worked with David and Kenny for my deal. They were professional and really nice to me.I would love to go their again If I am looking for another Hyundai.

Friendly staff, Tyler was my salesman. He was able to answer my questions about trim levels and engine choices on the Sonata. I wanted the highest trim without a turbo and Tyler helped me find the right car. Thanks!

Update: service team got back to me today. +2 stars... Thank you much!6 hr wait time after I had agreed to purchase. No compensation to speak of for that unnecessary time. They need to hire another finance person but cant or wont. Rodney Zinns was great, but management has a few wrinkles to work out with operations. Also... My car has a few issues that has taken a few months to even begin to resolveIn the dark on repair/parts order. I can only leave messages and get zero callbacks other than a brief email saying parts should be in in a few days. To be fair, Hyundai sales manager took a month to give service the thumbs up to repair a few minor but potentially major issues with a car I purchased. Its been 2 to 3 months with no resolution. Im definitely an afterthought at this point. Cant recommend this place less. Will be happy to change review if and when the Hyundai of Kirkland resolves this debacle. The bright shining star is Rodney Zinns who was the salesman.

David helped me buy my first car, the 2021 Elantra SEL, and I’m very happy with the service I received. He helped me find the model/trim that best suits my needs, preferences, and budget. He was kind both on the phone and in person, and he was very honest when showing me the deals. He took care of all the paperwork and registration very efficiently, and made sure that I understood the entire process. I drove back home on my new car extremely happy and satisfied.

I came in with a car that was falling apart and not so great credit, hoping to leave with a new car. Despite how difficult that would be, Carson and Michael went the extra mile to find me a car that would suit my needs and a lease that would work with my finances. I left very happy and impressed.

My wife and I purchased her a new Elantra Hybrid today. Jessica and Micheal made the process painless. They were transparent the entire time, helped us choose the financing option that worked best for us, and they offered us additional savings based on employment and prior service. My next car will be purchased from Hyundai Kirkland or one of their partners.

Called Kirkland of Hyundai about a car that was in the inventory online. I called Crystal first and she said she would check and see if the car was still there. She said she would call back in 5-10 min. Never heard from her. A couple hours later I called Jeff and he said he would check and get back with me in 5-10 min. Never heard from him either. Called a third time in the day just for someone to tell me the car sold yesterday. Wasn’t happy with the customer service and won’t be shopping here

Stopped into the dealership to look at a Tucson and Noah helped me out. He was very nice and helped me figure out which car is best suited for me. Highly recommend, if you need a car ask for Noah!

I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from here.But I started having back pains after driving it for a couple days. The sales person as well as finance people were so courteous and issued me a full refund of the purchase.They also offered me new 2022 Elantra ‘s at an excellent price. But we decided not to buy at the moment. If I decide to buy a Hyundai again, I’m coming here for sure.
