My experience here is over the years and involves medium to easy service requests.Scheduling an appointment for maintenance requires restating my vehicle needs 4 times before it gets serviced. Twice over the phone to different representatives at different times and twice in person to the service manager. The service process has been sub-contracted out with multiple layers that don’t talk to each other. For a new vehicle “Toyota care” service, it takes 4 hours to complete and you find out that they just looked it over (no oil change). What a joke. Also scheduling this appointment gives you no greater advantage than just walking in because they treat your appointment as a first come first served walk in anyway. After the service, you can expect numerous calls and e-mails asking for you to extend your vehicle warranty. They don’t stop.I don’t understand how this place has such good ratings. It is just a machine designed to prioritize making money above considerate service to customers.
OK, first of all, my experience here is likely not similar to yours, person reading this. Also, hi! How are you? Hope your days good! ANYWAY:Since Id had my car towed in, I didnt actually SEE who was working on it, so recognizing that person and approaching them wasnt a possibility. In your case, this probably wont apply.I had to find the appropriate place to find someone, and they directed me promptly to the right guy, who immediately, and without anyone elses direction, saw that I was waiting and addressed me instantly after finishing up with the people he was working with. The place is easy to navigate, the people are friendly, and it seemed busy enough that amenities are probably offered (coffee while you wait, that kinda thing, though that wasnt a part of my visit). The price was imminently fair - honestly much, much, MUCH less than I was expecting. The paperwork clearly let me know what was going on, as well as the technicians (or whatever his position was) description of whatd been done.Honestly, the only ding against the entire thing was that someone had left their phone in my car, which I realized after I went to fill up the tank, but the place was on my way back, so no harm done. All in all, a fine experience, and I will be patronizing them again.
Jennifer in the service dept was great. Ended up needing more than I was initially coming in for but I was able to get a loaner while work was being done. Everything was finished sooner than expected. Good experience.
Very unresponsive team. Neither service representative or the manager pick our calls or respond back to us with status updates. We gave our car for repainting and they gave us the loaner car. After 2 weeks our service representative called and said the car is in body shop and work has started and we need to renew the loaner car. When we went there to renew the car, the car is still in the dealership and work hasnt started. We didnt get updates on the car for 2 more weeks. We tried calling them multiple times, left multiple voice mails. They didnt respond. I had to go to the dealership again to renew my car and got updates on my car then. After 8 weeks they finally finished the work. But I wouldnt recommend anyone this dealership as they do not give status updates promptly or they dont finish the work on time as promised.
We just purchased a Highlander Platinum from Toyota of Kirkland.Stefan and Kennie were very helpful in walking us through the specifications and purchase of the Platinum and an excellent trade-in value of our Highlander Limited. Susie in finance was very thorough in explaining all the paper work involved and a delight to work with. The entire experience was very comfortable, accommodating and professional. We highly recommend Toyota of Kirkland and if you get the chance, ask for Stefan and/or Kennie.Greg and Donna
We bought a Toyota Highlander 2 weeks ago.It looked great for being used .We paid cash payment of 40k without hesitation. The only request I had made to them was that there was a brown spot on the ceiling that needed to be taken care off.I took my car for detailing and my beautiful car ended up with scratches and dent on the bumper, plus white spots on the ceiling.PO the manager took over the case and helped me out with fixing few things and went above and beyond to help me out, but every time I left my car at the service department, it ended up being more dirty and body scratched.I got my car back yesterday after PO kindly got few things taken care off, but the car was filthy, seats were dirty and more spots then it had before.Really awful feeling after paying 40k cash to get a car.It is just basic decency to detail the car after getting it dirty.Great service by PO and awful service by the service department .
Dear Eugene,Today you gave me an amazing customer experience, thank you so much for your patience and the time you put in today to help me to find my best car, Im sure every buyer would love to have a chance to buy their new car with you!
My partner and I had a really good experience here with David Anderson. He walked us through all the details and even stayed super late when we were held up delivering our trade in cars. Everyone there has been helpful and friendly.
I called on the phone to get basic service done, they quoted me the price after giving details of the car and specifically mentioning that car needs synthetic oil. The initial mention on the phone was $105 and when I go visit the dealership the estimate I get is $125. The service representative just quote the price they feel like. The brake flush fluid they recommended to change was also quoted much higher. Decided to get that change elsewhere for considerably lower price.
Sneazy tactics by service staff takes away from otherwise great experience. They have a 5K special online but the service rep said “we ended it months ago”. Would appreciate if they aren’t lying to customers like this. The service itself was good, waiting area and free snacks are added plus
Had to drop off my vehicle earlier than the time I had booked for my oil change. That was not a problem and my vehicle was ready 50 min past the time of the original appointment. The staff that I dealt with were awesome.
I did a challenging thing: I bought a Tacoma in the spring of 2021. A time when new ones are selling for thousands over msrp.I ended up finding a 2018 with 23k miles and my salesperson was excellent. He was upfront with me about the high demand and how hot the market is (which i knew already, always do your homework). From the sales experience to the F&I, I experienced almost no hard sell. They listened to me when i said what i was or was not interested in. The finance guy managed to get me a far better rate than BECU was able to give me.Overall i had a solid experience here and i would recommend this dealer to anyone.I cannot comment on the service department, this review was solely about sales and finance. They have their act together.
In June I signed paperwork at Toyota of Kirkland to buy a new hybrid Rav4 in transit. I had traded my car in but was still driving it until my new car arrived in the estimated 7-10 days. I call on day 7 for an update and they say call on day 10. I call on day 10 and all of a sudden cant get a hold of anyone I had worked with for my sale. I call back on day 11 every 15 minutes because I am promised by each sales rep I speak with that the manager who worked with me will call me right back. After 4 attempts I finally get a call back to find out that after my car was delivered, it got sold to someone else. My car that a week ago I had signed off on financing and contracts and legally owned. How on earth does that even happen...The manager made feeble attempts to offer me alternatives (different colours and trims) which I obviously was not willing to settle for when purchasing a new car. Different story if were talking used. I understand availability of cars has been extremely limited but I had been a loyal Toyota of Kirkland customer and they did absolutely nothing else to remedy the situation other than email me something that I signed saying we both agreed to cancel the contract. Very disappointed by the experience and lack of effort to retain an existing and loyal customer. For that reason, I give this place 1 star. So much time wasted and an unnecessary credit check...I will never be going back.
When Toyota of Kirkland gave me an estimate to install a trailer hitch and wiring, the person providing the estimate mistakenly only included the price of the wiring. An honest mistake. When I arrived to get the work done, the error was discovered but to compensate for that, they did not charge for the labor installing the hitch. I am happy with the work and I was treated very well.
My experience at Toyota of Kirkland would have been outstanding until the service representative would not own up to breaking my key fob. I would recommend checking your car before leaving the premises. A huge mistake I made on my first and would be my only visit to Toyota of Kirkland. After they were done working on my car, Robert came to call me and had my car running for me to pick up. I should have smell something was wrong. WHY LEAVE MY CAR RUNNING? I never had such at any Toyota dealer before. It was a long day for me, so I drove off. While stuck in traffic a couple of miles away from home, I noticed my key fob was funky. The release button was missing. I got home, turned off the car, and immediately car Robert at Toyota of Kirkland. He responded that my key fob looked beat up and could have resulted from wear and tear but promise to LOOK INTO IT.72hrs later, below is his response:I checked with the technician, checked his stall and checked around my desk and never found the button for that key. After I did all that, I remembered I was last to have your keys in my hand when I walked you out to your vehicle and the key was whole and working at that time. It has to be either in cabin of the Camry or it fell out after removal from ignition. If Toyota of Kirkland cannot own up to something as minor as this, I do not think they should be trusted in anything else.WATCHOUT WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE or FIND OTHER REPUTABLE TOYOTA DEALER!!!
I was there yesterday August 27, 2021 and I did end up buying a vehicle from them. But the reason I gave three stars was because I was given a hard time on my pre approval process and I asked for the car to be detailed and with a full tank of gas and after I finally got done with the paperwork and was given the keys, the car hadn’t been detailed and my gas was still not full. I’m not trying to sound picky or anything but I feel like they should’ve been a little bit better with their customer service since I did ended up buying the vehicle from!
My service experience recently was top notch. The Service Consultant and Technician worked together to take my vehicle for test drives, attach mini microphones to the vehicle at strategic points and then pin-pointed where the knocking and pinging sound was coming from. They resolved the issue and had regular follow-up with me. Thanks TOK!
Do not buy a vehicle here!Bought a 2021 Tacoma on July 3rd. Thought I had gotten an ok price on it, but after looking through piles of paper work it seems they added over $1,000 of stuff I did not want or agree to.Since buying the truck with $1,000+ of stuff I didnt want or agree to, it started having issues after a few hundred miles. It shifted horribly and makes bad grinding noises. They are charging a premium and then are not even inspecting vehicles as they come in.I tried to take it in to have service but they stopped accepting vehicles for the day. The woman also started to blame me for possibly hitting something, when I was coming in over potential lubrication or fluid issues. They did not even understand what I was talking about, or why I was upset my brand new vehicle was driving like a 20 year old truck. The service woman then leaned on my truck with her hands, and when I asked her not to she freaked out and said I was just mad about not getting service. People should not be putting their hands on and leaning on a brand new $45k truck!Safe to say I will never go back here for sales, parts, or service. Avoid this dealership at all costs!Their lifetime power train warranty is also a scam as it doesnt cover 99% of the stuff that actually fails.Dont get screwed over like me. Go somewhere else.Update: I took my vehicle into the dealer and they had it for ten days and only drove it twice. They say the vehicle performs as it should. I have also contacted Toyota corporate and their technician said the same thing.Yet, when I look up my issue there are other Tacoma owners with the same issue, and Toyota tells them the same thing they told me. One example an owner had to get an entirely new transmission at 50k miles, and theyre still having issues with the new trans.I will never be buying a new Toyota again, and Ill never be returning to this dealership, for anything. Toyota quality and customer service is incredibly sub-par. I was a big fan of Toyota, but they did a great job of changing that.
It was like night and day from our experience at another dealership. The staff were professional and friendly. We had excellent buying experience with Jay. It makes you feel anxious to make a such a big purchase, but Jay’s calm and confident demeanor made us feel comfortable. He was patient, attentive and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend buying a car here to my friends and family.
I recommend! I bought a used Prius in great shape and I love it so far. The whole process was painless and actually kind of fun thanks to Thomas and everyone else I worked with. All very helpful and professional. Thank you!!
Sean was our service advisor. He was honest and straightforward. He told us up front on what services were recommended to perform and advised us on how to approach with each. He helped save us a couple of hundred dollars on this service alone. I would recommend him as your service advisor if you havent found your favorite one at Toyota of Kirkland. : )The service itself was completed on-time, done cleanly and done well. We were happy with our service.
Lori helped me purchase my leased Rav4, she was very friendly and easy to speak with. Troy also is awesome, he always is friendly and helpful. Financial lady got me a great rate. Thank you all.
Service department is absolutely top notch. Lindsey was a wonderful service advisor, she was courteous, professional, and didnt make the experience solely transactional which can often happen in this industry. She took the time to ask what exactly I was looking to have done, built a list of services for me to visually see, and then made the right recommendations and adjustments. I was very happy with my experience here and will certainly be bringing my Toyota 4runner back for all its service needs!
Ive always appreciated the treatment that I receive at this dealership. Drive into the service lane and you are greeted by an attendant who asks the purpose of your visit and if there is a particular service advisor that you prefer to work with. The service advisor is thorough in reviewing the work to be done and is timely in providing updates and notices when the vehicle is ready. This was a 90K mile service which required longer time to complete and for a modest fee ($7) a 2020 Corolla was provided as a service loaner.
Came into this dealership to get a car as a gift for my father. I went in wanting the lease special. With that in mind I’m one of the most straight forward customers possible, back when I was in sales we would call it a “unicorn”. I told the salesgirl that we should get straight to the paper work and I thought itd be an easy process from there.I asked the guy who came in to help her (sales manager?) not to waste my time and he wasted almost 2 hours of my time - only to stop me as I’m walking outside to offer me a deal that was actually better than what I was willing to accept.Due to them offering it only after I was ready to get into my car, I asked for an even lower payment for wasting my time ($10 less a month than what they offered) but they laughed and declined. With that in mind the salesgirl (Annalise?) that was helping me was great. She did nothing wrong. I get the sales process and that they have to make a profit but they could have taken the mini on a car that was on the lot, ready to go to a customer that was ready to buy. Now, she was newer but was still straight to the point and I appreciated that. I would have loved to do business with her but unfortunately I we couldnt come to an agreement. (She did absolutely nothing wrong, the person who came in to help her was the reason it went down hill)I did end up buying a truck at Magic Toyota about a hour later and the whole process took less than the time I spent here.I’m sure this is a great dealership but if you’re a straight to the point no BS buyer don’t waste your time here. Go to Magic Toyota. They got me in and out the door within 45 minutes or less.
First time to be in Seattle but the gas door of our RAV4 got jammed for unknown reason. Went to Toyota Kirkland without an appointment. Jeff kindly helped us. In less than 90 minutes he found out the issue and replaced the spring. Jeff also informed me that this is covered by the car warranty. Really appreciated the professional help! Highly recommend this dealership.
Purchased a 2018 Tacoma OR here and had a good experience. My sales rep (Lindsey R) was kind and helpful. The process was quick and easy. Just came back in for a service appointment and I am not thrilled. I scheduled a morning appointment and then watched my truck sit in the parking lot for nearly 2 hours before it was even looked at. The actual work only takes 20 minutes to complete (I normally do it myself but had paid extra for Toyota Care+). I get that things get busy and dont mind a little wait, but why have us make appointments if you arent going to stick with them?
Had a great experience at Kirkland Toyota. The service provider was very kind, the service was quick and their waiting area is great for working while waiting. Will come back here for all of my service.
Went to look for a truck. Sales Rep told me that if I wasnt willing to pay over MSRP, I would not be able to buy anything there. His demeanor made me feel like he thought that I was wasting his time.
I give all possible stars! I got lucky in finding the used car I wanted in a tough market but they didnt try to take advantage. Great experience down to the service dept. I had to bring the car back for a check engine light and they went to bat for me to make sure everything fell under my extended warranty. Look here for you next car or Toyota service!!!
I dropped my car off as a night drop. Troy V went way above and beyond to keep me informed. He is one of if not the best in the business. Justin Clancy, and Lindsey Page are superior as well. Thank you so much highly recommend!!
Rob is an excellent service advisor. I had not seen him for a while since I had not been driving much with COVID times. Great to see him and experience his Superior Customer Service again.
So very pleased with the quality of service I have received from Toyota of Kirkland! I took delivery of my 2013 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Kirkland and have seen to it that no other mechanic has touched or shall touch Miss Smooth. She Be Very Good. I Be Very Happy. Paul Mathew
I went into Toyota of Kirkland not thinking they could do anything to help the terrible car situation I was in. I had a lemon of a Ford that things kept going wrong with. I owed what it was worth. Lisa Raybell did an amazing job of working with what I had & keeping my payments close to what I was paying for the Ford. I was reluctant to waste her time. She continued to check in with me & not give up. She got me into a beautiful Corolla with low miles & almost the same payments. I was amazed. All my grateful thanks to Lisa, Po and Toyota of Kirkland. Best car buying experience of my life.
This is the worst Toyota service center I have ever been to. I had a 9:15 appointment- waited 45 minutes in my car, in a line to get a service member to come out. I was quoted 2 hours so I waited at the service center. Well 4 hours later I get told my car is finished but two air filters needed replacing and it was going to take another hour! I don’t know why they didn’t tell me while my car was still in servicing but they waited until it was all finished. If you ever get your car serviced here- be prepared to wait ALL DAY.
I had a great experience purchasing my first car through our salesman Sid Ahmed Guellati! He was so helpful and informational! He was super easy to talk to and helped me figure out everything I wanted and needed in my car! Amazing service!
The experience was great with everyone. Anthony answered all my questions quickly and succinctly by email and text. The test drive was completely self-directed and solo, with no sales pitch or distractions while I got the feel of the vehicle. When the original vehicle I looked at got purchased before I made a decision, Anthony went out of his way, unasked, to search for vehicles that met all the same requirements wed discussed about the first one. The final out the door price (not counting add-ons) was within a few dollars of what Anthony said it would be over email. Couldnt recommend working with him and this dealership more highly.
Servicing at Toyota of Kirkland has always been great, no exception in this last visit. I trust them so much that I still take my RAV4 2011 there every time something is needed. Id wish it would be a little cheaper, but on the other hand, I feel they do quality work. Service contact was very professional.
Can’t get a straight story from this service department anymore. Book an appointment, tell them you’ll wait for the oil change. Show up for the appt and they tell you it will be a 2-3 hour wait. Had this happen twice now. I’ll give you an hour to do the 20 minute job, but not 3 hours. How about a courtesy call letting people know you can’t manage your service department correctly and it will take us all day to get to you? Why bother booking an appointment at all? I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Sean Morris and his crew were Awesome. Great service and They are porfitional.
Jonah, the valet, awesome guy. Great technicians! Very clean shop. Love the smiling faces filling the building. Plus they have the tallest service manager Ive ever seen! Wouldnt go anywhere else.
I scheduled an appointment but never got a confirmation email and it wasnt ever acknowledged at the dealership. Crazy busy for a Tuesday morning. Nevertheless service was quick, my problem was taken care of, and the salesperson helped me out with some coupons. Thanks!
Our family had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Highlander Hybrid with Toyota of Kirkland. Our sales agent was Eugene and he made our purchase seamless. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and did not pressure us at all. He was able to provide us a wonderful deal and we were extremely pleased with the whole process. We will continue to purchase vehicles there and always have them serviced there as well. If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping in. Thanks Eugene!
Absolutely the best auto dealership experience ever! The customer service, at this dealership is second to none. Every step of the process was just like I was talking with my own daughter. It was like we have been working on this for a year and a half, but all condensed down to thirty minutes. No BS, signed off on the first offer. I feel that my sales professional was looking out for my interests first! In my opinion, that’s how you build customer loyalty. If you’re looking for the best car buying experience, this is the place. Ask for Lindsay or Michael and they will take care of you.
This place makes servicing your car so easy. I went online picked the time I wanted. Picked the services I wanted. The day of the service pulled up waited 5 min. Some one came and told me who to go see. Sat with that person for 5 min. Since the service was going to possibly take most of the day they gave me a loner car. They texted me on the progress of my car. Then at the end came back and spent 5 more minutes with the service rep and I was on my way. This is my second service and I will continue to go here. I used to go to Rodland, but they made me really mad the last time I scheduled a service. I am glad I switched. This place rocks.
I just had to take the time to say that I had a great experience at Toyota of Kirkland today. This is my go-to Toyota whenever I need service. Every time I come in Im greeted by the friendly folks here and given all the details of the work theyre about to do to my car. This time in particular I was helped by Sean Biegel. He was helpful, genuine, and straightforward. The rest of the staff were amazing as well.I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota, or for recommended Toyota services.
Friendly, knowledgable, and dedicated staff made my purchase at Toyota of Kirkland a great experience. I highly recommend visiting them if you are interested in learning about options.
Thanks to the amazing Sales Rep Lindsay and later Buss. Mgr. Maxwell, I walked in with new Sienna Hybrid without and doubt I was in worng place, entire staff helped to understand the process, finance team also pitched to give better finance options, and also many ways to get the fund form different sources. Great place to relax and get what you want without any fuss.
On Aug 27, 2021, car in the shop for windshield calibration. It took me 7 calls to find out status of my car - ended up calling the service manager Sean who was helpful and told me my car was done. I had one hang up call and 6 people on various calls saying only my advisor can provide status. Well - left message and text for advisor Jennifer but no response for over an hour. Picked up the car mid afternoon on Aug 27. Now I just received a call from my advisor Jennifer on August 31 saying Metlife insurance refused to pay. HOWEVER, we don’t have Metlife and Jennifer provided claims my wrong first name which has added to the confusion regarding what insurance company we have. On the August 31 call, Jennifer demanded full payment and I asked how she was going to assure no double payment - she said she would track it. It took her 3 times to correctly enter my credit card number and I find it doubtful she will track this. This is the last time we will use Toyota of Kirkland. Unacceptable.
The waiting area was very nice with lots of space, comfortable seating, and complimentary coffee and cookies. However, 4 hours for oil and filter change?!? What is the point of scheduling a service appointment?
The absolute easiest vehicle buying experience ever!Thank you so much Bobby K!
Annalisa was helpful and made the purchase easy. The financing was quick and I felt like she was looking out for us.
We had a wonderful experience buying a used car this week! Johnny was so helpful. We got just what we wanted!
Great experience with Lisa and the finance department. Seriously, the least painless car buying experience Ive had. She explained everything well and worked with me on my trade and options. Would definitely recommend! Ive also heard great things from other Toyota dealerships, as well, about this location.
All the staff were pleasant, professional and very accommodating. Shawn Lindsey in particular always goes beyond the extra mile to take care of me and provide exemplary service. He is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Id love to have the guy working at my company!
I made an appointment online to have my vehicle serviced at this location because it was the only one in the area with available appointment times that fit my schedule even though I live in North Seattle. When I arrived on time for my 5:30pm appointment the manager informed me that all of their service providers had gone home for the day and they wouldn’t honor my appointment. They told me their online system had a glitch that allowed customers to book too late in the day for them to accommodate, and that their IT guy was “supposed to fix it”. I understand computer glitches but if Kirkland Toyota was aware there was a glitch why didn’t they call me and tell me I had to move my appointment instead of letting me drive an hour in rush hour traffic and pay toll fees to get to an appointment they knew they couldn’t accommodate? Every employee I talked to seemed extremely apathetic and told me there was nothing they could do except make me another appointment. When I asked about discounting my service since they had wasted so much of my time they were quick to let me know there was no way that would be happening. This is not the service I would expect from Toyota, especially when they admitted that the error was on their part and refused to make it right. Next time I buy a car it certainly won’t be from this location that refuses to care about its customers.
Excellent technicians and customer service. Very happy.
I had a really great experience with David, Stefan, and their sales manager over the past weekend. My wife and I found a used 2012 RAV4 that fit what we were looking for. Actually, it was even better than what we looked for since the one we found was Limited model (we were looking for a base model). We negotiated a great selling price without any sort of pressure from the sales team. I would absolutely recommend Toyota of Kirkland to anyone in the market for a Toyota.
I highly recommend purchasing a car from Kirkland Toyota the customer service is excellent! I worked with Lisa Raybell she’s the best shes kind patient and very compassionate I recommend choosing her as your sales representative! I love my new car!
Last February when I still lived in Southern California I had to get major repair work done on my 2004 Tacoma which included the CV joint on the right side; the service center that performed the work was Toyota of Carlsbad.I moved back to the northwest at the end of July and shortly after arriving in the Seattle area, the boot on the passenger side CV joint tore and the entire joint had to be replaced. Carlsbad Toyota warrantied the work and I had Toyota of Kirkland perform the service. Less than a month after having the service performed, the boot tore again and had to be replaced.Kirkland said they would warranty the work but only this time, no more after this. They blamed the fact that my truck had a lift for the boot tearing. Well, its been about two weeks and the boot tore again. Now I have to pay out of pocket and will just have Les Schwab replace the joint since they warranty their work no questions asked. My truck has over 260,000 miles on it and the drivers side CV joint has been replaced once; by Les Schwab. Its had the same 3 lift the entire time that CV joint has been installed and its never had any issues.Ive had Kirkland replace the passenger CV joint twice and the boot has torn within weeks both times after replacing it and they will not honor their service no questions asked like Les Schwab. Id also like to mention that both times I had taken the truck in for service there, I had to ask them to let me know if the vehicle would be done by end of day since I live in Bellingham and was staying at a friends house while getting the work done. Both times they assured me they would keep me updated but never did and only advised me it would be overnight when I called at the end of the day.Ive bought one vehicle from that dealer in 2000, I leased a new Tundra from them in 2004, but Ill never return to give them any business, whether it be service or sales. Ill never recommend anyone visit them either. That dealer sucks. Theres a reason its called the stealership....
Free cookies and beverages and a cafe for food very nice amenities while you are waiting
Took a new to me LX 570 to Toyota of Kirkland for a PPI. Shawn was a great service advisor (5-star!), but the tech that worked on my car? Nah. The major stated problem was inability to get car into 4-Lo, instead it just beeps. Yes, it beeps if you tried to do it from park, instead it must be done from neutral. Works fine and drives great in 4-Lo! The inability to diagnose that resulted in me getting a second opinion of everything.
In July, I called four times over two weeks to speak with the Service Department, and each time, I was directed to the concierge, who advised me that the Service department was unavailable. I provided my contact details and a brief explanation for my call, and I was told I would receive a call back later in the day. I never did. During two of my calls, I expressed my frustration that I never received a return call and requested to speak to a manager. Concierge advised me that no one is available, and I was instructed to provide my contact information again for a return call. The purpose of my call was related to a replacement part for my Toyota RAV-4 and installation. I’m really disappointed because up until this recent experience, I’ve been happy with their service team. I completed two oils changes and an Interior cleaning with them within the last 2 years. I had no choice but to find another Toyota dealership whose service department returns calls.
Ive been coming here for years and the quality of service has been on a steady decline. The typical wait time for a standard oil change and tire rotation is now 3+hrs. Trying to get in touch with an actual service advisor on the phone is extremely difficult as well. Most of the time you leave a message and they call you back 1-2 days later.Regarding the sales department and empty showroom, Im not really sure what the problem is here but when I sat in the waiting room yesterday I was really surprised to see that the entire showroom was completely empty, not one vehicle to look at. Toyota of Bellevue is a much better option but unfortunately Bellevue is longer drive for me so Ill probably be stuck here for the foreseeable future. I hope things start to improve.
Went in for 60,000 mile service on Camry and they were accomodating on scheduling the work, and in taking in car. performed service as intended for competitive dealer pricing and identified items to watch for with checklist. overall, was happy with service.
They tried to charge me for an item that is covered by warranty. Same item that they replaced before and it went bad. Waved the charge but never fixed the issue. I have a 2 year old truck with less than 25k on it. It’s total bs, first time I had issues there and they have not resolved it. My entire family buys cars fromThere, I guess we are going elsewhere. Their service really went down the drain lately.
Very poor customer service, I am totally unsatisfied with the customer representative.I have came early morning to do service and recall on my car, after conversation with customer service he said that it will take at least 4 hours to work on the recall on my car and I will get a car instead. I have asked them what includes in services he said that oil change, tire rotation and etc. I have personally asked him to do the oil change because I do every 5000 and we agreed and when I came to pick up my car and I checked with them they said they did not do the oil change and they asked me to wait another 1 hour to do oil change and I have to pay again, this is not acceptable. I had appointment at that time, since the person whom we have agreed to do the oil change he was busy with another customer and they asked me that they gonna call me later. Its been 4 days now, I have not received any e mail or call. Please improve your customer service section and hire professionals and train them well. They should have enough information regarding the services and products.
Lisa and Lindsay took such good care of us. Lisa was great following up with me until I was ready to come in and finally be in a place to buy. Lindsay did a wonderful job walking us through the paperwork and then Max came in on the financing part and everything worked out so well. The three of them made the whole process very smooth!
This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They are honest and work work with you to sell you a car. I’ve purchased one new and two vehicles from TOK and will always go back based on the way I’m treated. They set the bar high from the GM on down.
Excellent buying experience! Josh is professional, courteous, considerate and hard working. He helped me find a 2021 Sienna AWD XSE! Finance department also is so efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
Just purchased a Rav4. Annalisa was my Rep. She made the experience go as smoothly as a transaction can happen. She listened to my concerns, immediately grasped them and this allowed the purchase to proceed without the usual haggling and frustrations that can occur. Her follow up was timely and without pressure. With inventory shortages and high demand for their inventory, I was able to secure a very fair price and have the purchase happen as flawlessly as could happen. I could not have been more pleased.
Michael was patient and informative, helped get us into exactly the car we came looking for. Top notch.
Ive been coming to TOK for the last 10 years to get my car maintenance done. Unfortunately, for the last couple of years I kept getting an advisor who had been too pushy (i.e. seemed to be more concerned with charging me more money than giving me sound advice) had upset me so greatly that I started avoiding this location.Long story short, I ended up going back due to unusual circumstances and Sean Biegel showed up to save the day. His demeanor, attitude, competence, and confidence put me at ease, thus, basically wiping away any previous regrets I had with TOK. Now that Ive found someone I can trust I look forward to coming back. Thanks so much- it made a world of difference to me!
Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if you still have me waiting 3 hours for an oil change. You open up a text line of communication and dont respond to it. I call service center and they send me to my advisor who isnt available. I regret buying my car from you.Zero consideration for your customers
So far, so good. Weve had a tough time at other Toyota dealers in the area in the past, but I do feel good about returning to this dealer in the near future when we are ready to purchase.
Originally left a great review but had problems after my initial service. Had a fuel pump changed here due to a recall. Less than a week later I get a check engine light and the car smells like gas. Had to take time off work to bring it in for it to be fixed again. Quite a dissapointing experience.
We just bought a 2022,camry,Lisa was great!
Brandon was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and helped me find my car when it was finished. He also helped me find the lobby where I could work while waiting on my car and told me how to get on the internet.
Thomas was a great and personable salesman who made the usually stressful process of buying a car simple and enjoyable. He explained everything well and made us comfortable throughout. Susie with financing was also a gem. Highly recommend this dealership!
Isaiah T was great! Highly recommend. He was quick at helping us answer all the questions about the sale and vehicle as well as working up the paperwork. Maxwell gave was also very helpful answering questions and helping us review all of our options to purchase. 10/10 highly recommend
Sean Morris took great care of all my cars needs. Very good employee. Give the man a raise!!
Excellent service. I had a major issue and was on a tight deadline and they worked with me to get things sorted out right away. They even made me aware of an issue that the car had when it was sold to me from Michaels Toyota. Next time Im in the market for a new car, Im coming here. They are also great about COVID protocol and the sales team seems genuine, caring, and fun.
Service Department very efficient and professional. Service Advisor Rob was courteous; professional and easy to deal with. Great experience overall including the use of a loaner car.
Sean Biegel was very helpful. I appreciated his patience as I asked him a number of specific questions related to Toyota of Kirlands price points.
If you make an appointment for regular maintenance service and say you will wait there, expect a 3 hour wait. I had an appointment at 8:45 AM and got a call at noon that my vehicle needed new filters and needed a tire replaced, so I didnt leave with my vehicle until 1:30 PM.
My service rep Sean Biegel was very professional, humorous, and provided excellent customer service. Rating dropped to 4 of 5 stars since my truck’s alignment needed an adjustment after picking it up. Sean immediately got my vehicle back in the shop and I was on my way after a 30 minute delay.
I had found a car I wanted online, and called to see if I could test drive it. I spoke to Jay and he was very helpful, and made the whole process very simple. Seemed like a great dealership.
Happy with service provided getting my new Toyota Camry LE
Dealership does not return calls. Filed an application online no one called back for days.. Left messages with the finance manager no call back. I then called sales got hold of Josh said he had my info and would call me back last night. No call back. I called and left a message next day and he did call me back hours later. Talking with Josh they are asking for $3000 above MSRP so they are in the drivers seat and no wheeling and dealing at all. Plus they low ball the trade in.
Ive gone to this dealership twice in the past few weeks and two different sales people with exact same attitude(in a worst way)!!! Terrible terrible customer service!!! All they want is to sell the car, period!!! I just bought my 2021 corolla hatchback at the Toyota of Olympia and I was extremely happy with their professional service and greatest patience over at Toyota of Olympia!! If you are looking for a proper professional service, stay FAR AWAY from this dealership in Kirkland!!!!!! Due to all the employees were terribly rude with no professionalism whatsoever, first they need to layoff the head manager!! Obviously he is not doing his job at ALL!!!!!! What a shame Toyota of Kirkland!!!!!
David Kim helped me get my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and I couldn’t be happier with it!Everyone at the dealership was friendly and even nice to our dog that we had to bring along!
I went in for routine service and left . The next day my car was making a clunking sound and Shakey. Brought it back to dealership and come to find out the mechanic improperly torqued the lug nuts on may tires. My special needs child and I who is in a wheelchair and on full life support couldve been killed by driving the vehicle. If you chose to use this dealership make sure you have them double check your tires to make sure theyre on correctly
I never ever back againThey dont care about safteyThe hood over the battery almost burning and they didnt say anything i wish i can put some picturesThe worse service
The dealership has been setting up my car so that the oil replacemente light would turn on every 5000 miles and they been changing oil and charging me every single time when synthetic oil would last for 10000 miles. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and oil but when I learned about this I was pretty upset as I would assume an honest business would not do something like that.
I had the opportunity to work with Eugene Converse recently on a purchase of a new 2021 TRD Rav4.Eugene was honest, open, and up front on the cost, what the market was like, and how long it would take the vehicle to arrive. This helped with estimating payments, making plans, and other things that need to get done when purchasing a new vehicle. He communicated regularly during the buying process (as I ordered my car) and kept me appraised with what was going on during allocation and build.Delivery of the vehicle was smooth, Eugene made it my easiest car buying experience yet. I received a fair price and top notch service. This is rare in this world and probably not something that I will ever experience again.Ill continue to patronize this location thanks to their solid team.
Great customer service. Thank you!
Such a smooth easy process with Eugene! He also gave me straight up facts & didnt try to screw me over in any way and thats what I love! He was super great with the kids, and just overall had a great experience for my first time buying and brand new car!
