This is my first experience of VW Kirkland and I will defiantly use them in the future. Sam in sales is a joy to work with, every question answered quickly and fully. The paperwork on delivery day took half as long as any other dealer I have experienced. Overall this was a painless way to buy a new vehicle.
Staff was friendly. It was quite easy to schedule the appointment. We had initially requested to just wait while the car was being worked on, but realized in the last minute that wed need a loaner. The Service Advisor was able to understand our situation and help us out. Our car was delivered promptly at the said time and were happy with the work.
Service Advisor Roxie Fernandez greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. Nice on a gloomy rainy day, but more important got me through the paperwork process of my necessary service. She noted the best use of the service discounts VW offered, and did no push an alternate service I did not need. When the service was completed she called and when I returned she again greeted me and completed the invoice process. I checked and all services were performed well the care was appropriately tidy inside as they covered the seat and driver contact areas for Covid protection. And lastly when my Battery test that I requested showed my 4 year old battery was failing, Roxie did not push to have another standard VW battery installed. As I told her I wanted a heavy duty battery and their price was the same as what I could by a heavy duty Optima or similar Battery. I chose to DIY install and CODE the Battery myself. If they offered a Heavy duty Battery at a reasonable cost I would have paid them to install it. Overall Great service.
Had work done through my insurance. They are very busy but made sure I was taken care of. 10/10 recommend.
I came in without even making an appointment because I had a headlight that was out. Kenny, without hesitation, helped me immediately. Today, I stopped by to pick something up in the Service department and asked Service Manager, Maribel Martinez if she could recommend a good compound to rub out paint from the back of my Tiguan and she said with a smile, give me a minute. When I returned minutes later the job was done and the back of my vehicle looked shiny new. Maribel rocks with her friendliness and great customer service, which is so hard to find these days! - happy customer 🤩
I bought my Atlas here and continue to bring it here for general maintenance and such. I always have a good, smooth experience. The service staff is always very helpful and accommodating.My sister highly recommended Volkswagen for years,, and I can confidently continue that recommendation! I dropped the car off for routine maintenance. The Service Advisor (Roxy) was very pleasant and helpful. When it was done, she called me in a timely manner and gave a very complete description of what was checked and the services completed. All was as she described (I checked before I left the lot). Both the Advisor and the technicians did a great job.
Dropped off my car because I had a check engine on, came back ask to make sure everything is all done, got home check engine came back on again, dropped it off then, picked up my car a week later they said they needed to fix something else so I paid for another thing asked if everything is all fixed got home again check engine came back on again, I dropped it off again an hour later after I got home because check engine came back on…I hope I’m not getting charge for something unnecessary because it’s a huge inconvenience on my end. Not happy about the experience going back 3 times is way too much I even left my car for at least a week to get work on yet alone going back 3 times. This is the first review I’ve ever done and I’m definitely disappointed.
We had a great experience at Volkswagen of Kirkland, especially because of our salesman Bob! Purchasing a vehicle can be super stressful, but Bob didn’t pressure us and guided us through the process with integrity. He and his team, including the manager and finance person, were knowledgeable of their capabilities and processes and they communicated them clearly and professionally. We walked out happy and with big smiles. Bob is hilarious and honestly a big teddy bear, glad we met him.
Very unfriendly place. Today was the second time I visited this place. Last year I had terrible experience with them. I decided to give them a second chance. But, the people who work there they just decided to show me the ugliest version of their personality. So sorry for this company who is loosing their customers because of lack of customer service. Never go back again.
My situation was probably a more challenging car buying experience seeing as I was buying my vehicle sight unseen from Alaska. I really had to trust Mike, Connor, & Seth that everything was as it was depicted. I just got my used 2015 Jeep Cherokee limited today and it’s perfect! They made the process super quick and painless, even drove my jeep to the barge so I could have it shipped to myself here in Ketchikan, Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I love my Jeep! It’s in excellent condition and after having tested it out all day on the mountain it performed wonderfully! Thanks so much! I feel so relieved and satisfied!

It was certainly a five-star experience. I showed up in the Service Department without an appointment. The friendly and knowledgeable staff got me in right away and performed the car service in short time.
Our first and most likely the last time we will go there. Sales staff we dealt with were not friendly and seemed disinterested in trying to help us buy a car. We have had many experiences in buying cars and I feel this was the worst. They gave the impression that we were just wasting their time.My husband has dealt with the service on a prior occasion for a warranty issue on another vehicle and his experience was less then satisfactory. The service advisor was rude and argumentative. Not professional at all.
It was my first visit for service with my new ID.4. From check-in to check-out, my service representative kept me informed. And, my service was complete at the promised time.
The term stealership need not apply here. I bought my first car with a loan ever here and there was no pressure. They work with you all the way. Even after a couple issues with the vehicle after a couple months off the lot, they still covered these repairs. Everyone from sales to service to parts is always kind and communicative. Being in the car dealership for 15 years I new what to expect and not to expect so I worked with Connor Michael and I told him from the beginning I need a quick and seamless process and he did that the hole way threw I was very impressed I found the vehicle I wanted and he contacted me within minutes of my inquiry and I filled out the credit app and he called me 30 mins later with the approval . This was amazing and fast ! Then my husband and and I came into the dealership and paperwork was ready and we were in and out . Ryan the finance person was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was very professional . Like I said being in the car business for years you hear a lot of good and bad about other dealerships but Volkswagen of Kirkland is by far my favorite dealership !!!! I’ve been getting my GTI serviced at VW of Kirkland for years. Kenny took good care of me, his estimate was accurate and they even managed to come in a little under. They identified a few additional trouble spots that they were able to fix same day. Even during a pandemic I’ve had great service there, they seem to be well staffed with mechanics.
I came to this location a couple times and I wanted to give this location one last chance to do business with. The first couple experiences were horrible. This time I wanted to bring my car in to get into something newer so I called to speak with someone to find out my options. The sales person I spoke with could careless what I wanted or needed. He mentioned he couldnt really help me yet didnt even give any effort to try. He said he would call or text me to set up an appointment but never did. He didnt even care to get my name or information from me to help. Is this how the salespeople are trained? I thought helping people or getting a sale would be something the dealership would want. I am very upset and dissatisfied. Right now I feel like Id rather take my car somewhere else that actually care to help people.

Overall excellent services. My ID.4 chip protector was peeling off and they took care of it free of charge. Further, they provided a free loaner while my car was being work on.
I needed a new key and Kirkland VW’s service Dept order a key and when it arrived they programmed the key. It was fast and easy. I’ve only had the key one day but so far it works like it should.
I had a great experience with Bob and Ryan! Called same day and Im glad they were able to still accommodate me despite of the busy weekend. Bobs very knowledgeable, walked me through the process and everything went very smooth and efficient.
They did everything possible to make sure we drove of the lot with a new. Theyre so heloful and patient. Never felt pressured once. It was a great experience. If your looking into a Volkswagen for your family. I definitely recommend this place.
We had a really weird problem with our new car that had unfortunately gone away after a day. Took it in to VW Kirkland and their service techs dug in until they found the issue and fixed it under warranty. They were responsive, super friendly, and had great communication with me during the process. Overall I’m very happy! No complaints at all.
Simple oil change handled well. First time experience was great. Dropped off the car with minimal hassle after scheduling the time online. Sidewalks and a 20 minute walk gave me access to a nearby park to sit in the shade while I waited. Picking up and leaving with my car was quick and easy. Sanitation and safety for myself and the crew at Volkswagen of Kirkland was maintained at all times. Great experience overall.

Him and his supervisor staying late because my schedule, but they didn’t complain anything, didn’t try to cut the corner, no drama at all. Made a service appointment for 8am to have them fix an issue with our car. Dropped off the car, and went to work. About 4:30, they called to say they were busy and couldnt get to my car that day after all. Can you leave it another day? they ask. No, I need my car to get home! Whats the point of an appointment if they dont even touch your car?This was the second time we took our car here. The first time, they couldnt solve the issue (charging connection to our EV), but another dealer did.Bottom line: worse than useless service department. Dont even bother.
Worked with Seth in sales, and Ryan in finance. Both went above and beyond in working out the details of my purchase for a 2018 Golf GTI so I could drive it home same day. The car is fantastic. With the test drive included the whole trip probably took about 5 hours from when I walked in the door to when I left. I definitely couldve been more prepared, but the 5 hours felt like it went by quick. Would definitely recommend.
The annual engine oil service could be scheduled online without any hassle and the service was performed on time without unnecessary costly ad-on. The car was in great shape after the service. Thank you!
Had my jetta serviced here for its 30,000 mile appointment. I was told it would cost $300 over the phone. When my family member took the car in, the person there quoted a price that was much more. When my family member explained that I had been told a much lower price, the service department quickly honored the original price that I had been told over the phone. I felt they were very fair and honest and would definitely take my car back!
Scheduled for a maintenance and the technician offered and noted that I needed a loaner car. But when I came in the morning, told me that no more loaner car available because it was first come first serve. Then I saw a loaner car coming in, ask if I can get that one, then told it was booked. So is it available for booking at all?! Costed me 60 bucks on Uber to come back to get the car.Also, the bill almost doubled what I was originally quoted. Really doubt whether they have spent so many hours on my car.Not returning.
I made an appointment over the phone for a service at 10am. The gentleman over the phone quoted an hour to hour and a half for the service. I showed up at 10am, and they let me know due to walk in volume that the service now would take two to two and a half hours. I was not offered a loaner car. What is the purpose of having an appointment and scheduling your day around it, only to show up and have the appointment not be honored due to others acceptance of others who did not schedule in advance? The service dept was unapologetic and gave me a ambivalent shrug when I asked them why this is allowed.
Seth J did a great job. He is a very knowledgeable sales consultant and a credit to the organization. His responsiveness and friendly approach to the sales process was appreciated. He makes doing business with Volkswagen of Kirkland a pleasure.

Volkswagon of Kirkland has changed my thoughts about bringing my car to a dealership for service ...in the best way possible. I feel like they advise me like I am a family member. They are ALWAYS professional, courteous and kind on the phone, then you get there and they are even MORE pleasant and helpful. This isnt even the closest dealership in my area but I will continue to drive a few extra miles to leave my car in their good hands!

While driving on the freeway yesterday the loss of pressure warning light came on showing all 4 tires. We drove into VW of Kirkland (in our Atlas) and I asked in the service dept if anyone could help. Alex W came right up and offered to help. He checked our tires and said all were pretty low. Then he took our car and filled all 4 tires. Thank you - took the stress of worrying about a potential tire issue and got us on our way.
Warren Jones was my sales guy and he was the best. Answered all my questions and was able to secure my deal before I got to the dealership. As a person who’s hard of hearing the mask world sucks, but Warren spoke loudly and clearly for me so I didn’t miss a thing. The dealership was a safe space to be in.

Lastly, I highly recommend seeing Tristan whenever you need to service your new car. He’s super friendly, informative and really seems to care about his job.

Service department is sketchy. Had my car previously diagnosed by Volkswagen of Bellevue it was a flywheel that had gone bad that was still under warranty. Seemed like they didnt want to do the work! They said that my transmission was bad even though theres no indication that it was and told me to kick rocks! and also charged me $200 for doing nothing. This place is awful Numerous people Ive talked to have had the same interactions.
Extremely rude and condescending! They completed diagnostics and didn’t give us the diagnostic report. They charged us for extra diagnostics that were already done at another VW location and then said they could only fix part of the issue and I would have to go back to the other dealer to fix the rest. I would never trust my car to this dealership.
My wife and I purchased wonderful vehicle today. It was very pleasant experience! Clean and welcoming dealership! Sales Consultant Cassidy H. was polite and assisted effectively in order to meet our needs. The atmosphere was nice and I wouldnt hesitate to visit again.😊

Like most people, I am a little suspicious of car dealerships. I needed my Volkswagen air conditioning problem diagnosed. Because it is very proprietary only a dealer can work on it. I got an appointment within a few days, they kept me informed on the progress, and dog idly perused the problem exceeding my expectations. They were very courteous and professional in everything they did. Even after going above and beyond what was required, I did not feel they over charged me. I will feel comfortable taking my vehicle to Volkswagen of Kirkland in the future.

Sales folks were super efficient, got us in and out quickly as wed completed most paperwork online. Most of this review is aimed at James and Ryan who did a great job.Unfortunately - we bought the last 2019 e-Golf from them. We gave heads up wed be there in 24 hours to pickup the car. When we got there, the car hadnt been cleaned, so while we finished up they said thed prep the car.Unfortunately - they didnt do a great job cleaning the car. The sales person was picking pollen from in the door frames while showing us the car. There was left over bird poo scraps on the roof. It really hadnt been detailed like a new car should be prior to taking ownership. The rear view mirror was completely dirty. I think Ive found a light scratch in the paint. Ive taken ownership of use cars or newer rentals that were cleaned better.I didnt notice this until I was well on my way...its the little things that make a big difference in the new car buying experience.
I purchased my Volkswagen Jetta back in October. Wonderful experience working with Seth!Unfortunately my turbo went out soon after, but it was covered under warranty which was great. I was told they did not have a loaner vehicle, which was ok as the repair was only going to take a day or two max. After two days, I had not heard anything so I gave them a call and found out the mechanic had broke something in the process of the repair and the car would not be ready for another three to four days as they needed to wait for the new part. I informed them that I would need a loaner or rental provided as I have work I have to be at. They provided me with a rental, but did not cover the “daily damage insurance charge” which ended up costing me $100. On top of that, they then required me to bring the rental back a day early so I could swap it out for a loaner, meaning I would have to make a trip down to them one day before my car was done so they wouldn’t have to pay the rent for one more day. My car ended up being completed that day so I didn’t have to make two trips, but the fact that they expected that was disappointing to say the least. In the end, I was out of my vehicle for nearly a week, and ended up having to pay $100 towards a rental vehicle that should have been completely covered. This was not the best experience unfortunately.
Had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new car; no high-pressure sales tactics. Had a miserable experience at another dealer buying my last car so I was pleasantly surprised with this experience. Knowing the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay, I was in and out with my new GTI in less than 90 minutes.
I scheduled an appointment ahead of time with Leo at the VW dealership. Prior to my appointment, Leo contacted me via text message to get an idea of what I was looking for, what my budget was, what trim I was looking for etc. When I arrived at the dealershipthe exact car I was looking for was waiting for me at the front to take on a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealership I was test driving the car within 3 minutes. Once I arrived back I decided I wanted a different color/amenities and Leo went out of his way to find the car that fit my requests. Upon sitting down to discuss numbers, Leo presented me with the most fair numbers I had seen all day (3rd dealership I had gone to, all cars I drove were similar MSRP). I ended up leasing a 2020 VW Tiguan SE. Compared to the other cars I drove that day, the Tiguan SE had the most amenities by a LONG shot at the fairest price. Upon deciding on a price, car and amenities, it turned out that the car was not on the lot. Leo offered to drive the car to my house once everything had been processed which I agreed to. After further discussion with VW, Leo came back to me and offered me the exact car I wanted with an additional 3rd row (not an amenity I wanted) but offered it to me for the same price which I agreed to. Leo was flexible and understanding to my needs and answered all of my questions. He was not pushy and exceeded my expectations especially when the car was not on the lot. Thank you so much to Leo and the rest of the VW dealership for making the car leasing process so seamless.
Drove over an hour to Volkswagen of Kirkland because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for in the exact color. I was greeted by Julia when we came in after a few associates just walked past us. She was awesome. Got me in the test drive so fast and was ready for me when I got back. The process was so fast and no high pressure sales tactics at all. I got my 2018 habanero orange Tiguan and went on my way! I was even financed through VW with an amazing interest rate! They even washed my car and filled the tank!!! Julia is the woman to go to here!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a hassle free experience. I found the car I was looking at online and scheduled a test drive for a Wednesday, but then realized I wanted to get in it sooner. I was working with Seth, who came in on his day off to help me out with the test drive which was more than appreciated. He was very friendly, not at all pushy, and answered all of my questions. The finance associate (Ryan) was also incredibly easy to work with and did not forcefully push the optional extras like I’ve experienced in the past, though he did give detailed explanations of each option and gave examples of why it may be appropriate in my situation. A week in, Seth called to make sure everything was good. So as far as a car buying experience goes, I highly recommend VW of Kirkland. I am more than satisfied!
Maribel Martinez was so helpful to work with. My car had a whole bundle of things wrong due to some unsafe work someone had done in the past. I had been to two shops prior and my car was gone for over a month trying to figure out how to fix it. First shop I went to hustled me and tried to repair something that didn’t need to be repaired. Second was amazing but couldn’t figure it out. The dealership were the only ones that could fix my car. Maribel was so straightforward and genuine with me, I really appreciated it after everything I had been through. I highly recommend this dealership for any reliable work you need done on your car. They were quick and efficient on their work and even detailed my car for me! Don’t hesitate to take your car here, they’re amazing.Thanks again for everything, I’ll be back.

I had the worst experience ever! The sales advisor Rudy said he didnt have record of my appointment when I had an email confirmation but he didnt want to see it. Then acted like he was put out by needing an add blue service and looking at my fuel door. He said they would give me a diagnosis of the fuel door.Then he said it would be an hour wait and at checkout never mentioned my fuel door so I waited until I payed for the add blue and mentioned it and he said oh no, we didnt get to that we are way too busy my son was with me and heard him say initially they would diagnose and I could come back to fix it, then changed his whole story by the end.I was not treated like a valued customer and will never use this dealership again and will be sure to let all my friends and family know too. Dont use this dealership!!!

My car stayed at their facility for more than 6 weeks waiting on a part. I then contacted VW US, and within few days they got the part and fixed. It doesn’t seem that this dealership was pushing enough to get the car fixed.
Kevin is the worst service staff ! His mindset and approach are just not correct, VW needs to train this people !

We had been looking at a few different places for the a car, as anyone knows it tends to be verrrrry stressful! I will say we were about to give up because we found some sales people to be rude or just give us insulting quotes. My last resort was to email a sales rep on VW and Ryan responded. I told him what we wanted price and budget. Ryan was on top of it and got us more then what we asked for and we signed a lease within 24 hrs of our 1st email. He was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable . We love out new Jetta and we thank you Ryan for making this experience VW with you easy.
Polite, efficient and trustworthy. I could get a cheaper oil change, but going to them means I know that my whole car (brakes, fluids, tires, etc) are safe on the road.
