My transaction was as good as one could hope. I had some issues that if I had bought from a private party would have just been too bad. The vehicle is a 1995 so one expects some things to wrong. These guys addressed EVERYTHING. I am super happy with them. They have honor which is crazy rare !

I cant imagine a better buying experience. This place is not at all high-pressure but was genuinely interested in educating us as their customers and making sure we left happy and ready to adventure in our Eurovan. From helping with the financing to spending time walking us through every detail inside and out, it was an excellent experience.

We found TDI through a CL ad. We have wanted a camper van for a long time. We had almost given up. We wanted one that was in good shape and was not crazy overpriced. We not only got a great van from TDI,but it was very reasonably priced. The best part is Susan and Ali took so much time with us and were so patient. These guys are the best. I bought a very nice 2002 Eurovan pop top. We had been searching for a long time. What really helped is all of the information/knowledge that Susan and Ali have with these vans. I dont even want to think of what the process would have looked like without them. ZERO STARS if I could. Forget about the car, this PLACE is a lemon! I pulled up in there to look at a few of their vehicles; I was quickly told I needed to move my car elsewhere because it was dirty (winter road conditions sludge on it). Feeling a bit taken aback by this demand, I showed a little resistance only to feel like I was sized up by the two salespersons to the point where they were ready to brawl! I decided I no longer needed to look at their vehicles at that point. BYE!

Bought out 1987 Westy here. I generally never do reviews. On anything. But these guys deserver 5 Stars!! They are honest, very nice and are simply the best. Shout out to Susan!! You rock Girl!!

From start to finish, these guys were good. I did have issues with the original car we bought, but they stepped in and took care of me right away. Gave me a loaner for almost a month while the figured out the issue. Ended up being a real fluke deal on the car, not anyones fault. So they got me into a new car that met my needs! They also helped out with the cost and it turned out better than the original deal. I am SO THANKFUL for all their hard work and dedication to their customer!!!We are Very happy and will definitely be return customers!!!

My husband and I called to inquire about a vehicle and was threatened over the phone with I know where you live. We were simply asking questions when he became hostile. Poor customer service, horrible PR, and definitely recommending to avoid this place, especially the manager.

This place is a bit sketchy. I bought a used car from them and they got very defensive when I wanted to have the vehicle inspected (at my expense, of course) before I purchased it. They threatened to not honor the deal wed negotiated if I had the vehicle inspected...never a good sign. Then when I purchased the vehicle, Ive had many problems with it and theyve been unresponsive when Ive reached back out to them to ask for support in fixing the problems. This was my first time purchasing a used vehicle and it was a learning experience. I learned to be very cautious and think twice before purchasing vehicles from dealerships such as this.Update: just had to spend $5000 replacing the suspension on the vehicle I bought from them, barely a year after I bought it.

I thought I wanted a full camper. However, after talking with Susan I decided on a Weekender. Still has the pop top but no kitchen that I probably would not use. DO NOT BUY! I bought a car from them and have had nothing but issues, these people are scammers and I dont want you to have to go through what I have gone through with my car because of these people. They Will not hesitate to sell you a lemon and when there are problems they will tell you that their warranty only deals with engine failure.

After reading many pros and cons about TDI Motors. As a business owner myself, I thought it was time to put in my 2 cents in after I made my purchase from TDI Motors.First off, some buyers/customers need to pull their self entitlement heads out of their a** and drop the stuck up attitude! Do not get me wrong and I am sorry to see your car did not live up to your expectations, but you are buying a USED CAR and these people can only fix what can be fixed and can only inform you of what they are aware if the previous owner was honest with them. I personally found they are more than willing to help and answer questions, provided you do not bring an attitude and wait your turn since they do not seems to have a large staff and can only do so much.The car I was going to buy from TDI had an engine light on and they personally couldnt fix it since it involved coding. So I wasnt going to buy it till it was fixed. They knew I would work with them and we communicated in a good manner on what we were both willing to do. TDI Motors OFFERED TO PAY another good reputable shop to fix the small problem that was caused due to an aftermarket part. Which only affected the computer and not the running or performance of the vehicle.On the downside, They accidentally charged me to much on my licensing fees without my knowledge BUT, they sent me a refund check with my plates and registration, which is how I became aware of it of this small issue. In my opinion, thats honest business in my book where they made a mistake and remedied it ASAP! I also wished I could of got a little more for my trade, but I couldnt... but you know what? Thats business, and I am happy with my purchase and I got the car I wanted and so far it runs great.My thanks to the previous owners upkeep of the vehicle and to TDIs willingness to help fix the problem and honesty about what they could do. Thank you Susan and the rest of the crew.

Buyer beware. We have had nothing but major problems from day one with our 2003 jetta tdi wagon. I felt so ashamed after blindly trusting this company before looking into them first. Dont just take my word for it. Look at their reviews on yelp and also check out all the reviews including archived ones under their former name of the green car company. Check out the Better Business Bureau where they have an F grade and threatened to sue me after I posted my review and complaint about them.

Plenty of cool TDIs available and friendly, honest mechanics, but thats just about where the positives end...My parents test drove a TDI Jetta wagon that was in reasonably good shape, albeit priced quite high. Although Ali was extremely knowledgable and friendly, my parents were subjected to a bit of pressure from the salesperson they talked with. I drove over to test it later and found the saleswoman to have little personality or interest in me as a customer.I returned to test a TDI Passat wagon in rough shape that was still fairly overpriced. The drive went well, but there was no salesperson to help me when I arrived. Props to mechanic Valentin for helping me out even though it wasnt his job!Finally, I called the dealer on a Friday to drive another TDI Passat wagon, and was advised to call on Monday while they were completing a fuel door replacement. I called Monday morning to find that the car had been sold on Saturday. I wasnt contacted or made aware of the fact that the car could have been sold during my waiting period. There are benefits and downsides to their online ordering system...Based on my experience, if you talk money early on or if youre a long-time customer, theyll listen to you and care about you. Otherwise, youll be dealing with uninterested salespeople and some high prices in order to get what you want.

Came to check out a Jetta my husband has been watching for about a month online. Drove down from Camano Island for this car. Drive up to this motorsports place...what a joke. A lady walked past us with a couple while we were looking at the car, fresh on the lot. No hi can I help you, or Im helping these guys Ill be back...whatever! Followed them once we were done and said we needed help. Very nice mechanic came and got us the key to test drive. So unimpressed with the lot, the outside of the car and the interior!!! Cigarette burns all over not clean whatsoever. Couldnt get it back fast enough...just to walk into the empty showroom to try to find yet another sleazy salesman. He couldnt have cared less. About anything! Had that feeling the second we drove in and it only continued to prove to be a complete joke. We did however find the car of my husbands dreams at Chaplin Volkswagen. (Ask for Mike...he took awesome care of us!!) Save yourself the trouble!!! Tdi motorsports/ Green car company you are a joke!

My experience with TDI motors was great. I dealt with Suzy. I was very wary about buying a used car sight unseen on the internet. They do a thorough check of the vehicle. Full detail. Changed filters and oil. Needed a new timing belt, I was able to negotiate replacement for no extra charge. Suzi informed me that the tires were worn. She offered to replace them for a very reasonable price. I opted not too. I like local tire warranty/service. Shipping took a little longer than expected but it was an issue with the delivery company. CA Smog no problem. Title transfer with The DMV quick and on schedule. You also get a 90 day engine warranty.So far it has been one month and over 1500 miles since purchase and the car is great I love it. Everthing works in and out. 2010 TDI Jetta Sportwagon 6 speed Manual 113000 miles.

Terrible after service, took a week to get paperwork, would have gotten it a day earlier had anyone called me, so i called them, when I went to get it, the office was wide open and nobody there, called the phone number and got an off site answering service, they knew I was coming, I prearranged an after lunch meeting, this place sucks
