I have been coming to this shop for a few years now. I would recommend this place because Del took care of my car very well. He helped me figure out my options, if his facility was the right call for my car, and he is really good about sticking to timetables.I am going to keep coming here.

I have never had a favorite car shop until now. These guys are great, they answered all of my questions and were so helpful. It took me less than 48 hours to get my car back and their prices were pretty good. I cannot recommend them enough

Can not say enough!!!! Best deal around on tires!!! Had my tire go flat and because it is an all wheel drive had to have all four replaced, they got me in an hour before closing time and helped me out big time! Even gave my son a nice hat! Super nice people, impressive service! Thank you so much!

This is by far the best auto shop I’ve been to. The prices are always lower then anywhere else I’ve gone to and they keep it transparent. Being from out of town, a friend recommended this location when our car broke down on 405 in Bellevue. KJ and everybody at East side were so amazing. Because of covid the parts for my car were delayed by over a week KJ put me in a rental car for 2 weeks. I think the rental cost to them was more than my car repair but they never said a word about it top notch a professional all the way

I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Jan. 2020. He did my initial inspection and has fixed all issues with my Jeep. They were kind enough to drop me off at work a few blocks down the road before taking my car back to fix it. They were also kind enough with how busy were to drop my keys off at night and have it ready by the time I was off work. KJ understands good customer service and I always feel taken care of. Also, he has always beet competitors prices.

Not many feelings in the world compare to straight forward talk from your service technician. Very professional staff and quality work for a great price. I called last Thursday knowing they would be busy for a few days. They told me it was best to drop off the car on Monday morning and they could bang it out. I go to work earlier than they open, so I was just going to after hours key drop with them in the am and call them when they open. But when I pulled in the parking lot, well before they opened, they were there, unlocked the door, and welcomed my service. And I got my car back the same day. Talk about the difference from the rest. They will always have my business.

Great Service! I called in the morning, dropped by in the afternoon, and this first time customer was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Extremely awesome auto repair shop. We were in visiting from NYC and urgently needed a relatively quick repair. Called around to 10 places, including the big names, everyone told us multi-hour wait times. At Eastside, the extremely friendly owner, KJ, offered to do their best (by phone). When we showed up, he right away knew who we were, was super gracious, and the technician who did our repair, did a fast and good job and went above and beyond ensuring all our tires had proper pressure.Highly recommend!

While they weren’t able to find my issue they did test drive it, check for safety issues, and test drove it again with me. They probably put in 2-3 hours of work and didn’t charge me anything because we couldn’t reproduce the issue. Them checking the front for safety issues even though they couldn’t reproduce the issue really made me appreciate them and want to give them my business when it happens fully.

I had a problem with my daughters carbon canister at her school which is not far from Dels shop. I took it over there near closing and he jumped on it straight away to take a look. We left it overnight and he completed the repair by the middle of the next day which involved some soldering etc. I went to pick it up and was expecting a bill for a few hundred bucks. He didnt charge me anything and with that gesture he has bought my business for as long as I live in Washington!!!

Took my G35 here, they did a great job on the repairs and were extremely helpful. They even sent me home with a few quarts of oil for free because they were aware of the car’s oil burning problems. Amazing place, 10/10

As someone who is pretty intimidated anytime I have to get my car worked on, I cannot recommend Eastside more. Ive been using them for over a year and they are consistently kind, helpful and reasonable. They take the time to explain everything going on and are extremely helpful when recommending what to do. Being able to drop my car off and not having to worry is such a valuable quality in a mechanic shop and never feeling like they are taking advantage of my ignorance makes so that I will be a customer for life. Cant recommend them enough.

These guys are amazing! First of all, they are competent. I tried to fix an issue with my breaks for a long time and services before the Eastside couldnt figure it out. Second of all, they are super booked but they will try their best to squize you in and do whatever is possible fix your car on time. Third, the warrany. They provide a warranty on any work they do and respect that if the warrany case occurs. Finally, the management and personal approach to customers. They are transparent with all their estimates and budgets, they are super firendly and will try to help you as much as they can. Special shout out to KJ, great guy and super manager!

Eastside Automotive & Tire helped us out when we were looking to buy a used car. They fully examined the car and gave us honest feedback to *not* purchase the used car. Instead, they gave us contact for a different dealership and we were very happy with our purchase. The best part is that they didnt even charge us for their services. KJ was so friendly and personable!

My husband and I have taken our cars here a few times for oil changes and general maintenance issues with our cars. They are always very helpful and call to confirm pricing of things before they do the work, so you are not surprised with a big bill that you werent expecting. They do great work in a timely fashion. On Easter Sunday our Subaru Outback suddenly started flashing multiple dashboard lights... and to make matters worse, we were planning to drive home to eastern WA on Tuesday.Our friends recommended Eastside Automotive, so we took our car there first thing Monday morning. His schedule was packed but he kindly made time to run a diagnostic, determine what was wrong, and reassure us that although we definitely needed to get a few things fixed, none of them were urgent and we could still safely make the 5 hr drive home on Tuesday. I had a road issue with a tire a few months back and limped into Eastside Automotive. KJ took care of my tire problem right away and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. When it was time to replace tires on my car, I returned and was impressed by both the professionalism and the efficiency. I obtained new tires with alignment in about 70 minutes and all was done perfectly and at a reasonable price. There are a lot of places to buy tires, but it is hard to find this high level of friendliness and competence.

Eastside Automotive has not only knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics but some of the best costumer service Ive experienced. I have tried many other service stations around this area and this place, by far, has been the best. They stand behind their work and I have personal experience of their willingness to do whats in the best interest of their customers even if that means less $ for them. My tire was in need of repair ASAP and the Service Manager KJ was able to get me in quickly at the last minute. Everyone I worked with was friendly and informative and I feel so grateful to have a local business that I can support and can help me when I need it.

I love coming to Eastside! They are fast and proficient, while always making sure that my needs are met. They take the time to go over everything with me after my visit (as I know nothing about cars) and help me to understand what is wrong. I discovered I had a flat tire and called while driving there to see if I could bring in my vehicle - although it was a very busy Saturday, they saw me almost immediately, replaced my tire and sent me on my way in less than 30 minutes. I went there to check the tire for the air leak. They found a nail, patched the tire. They did it quickly, with high quality and didnt charge me a dime! My car was due for a full synthetic oil change. This was my first visit to the place.On top of the oil change, they did a full inspection and top off all the fluids etc. KJ was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Since this was my first visit, they did the full synthetic oil change for free!

I went in with my brake with audible pulsating noise at low speed. Brett did a quick check and decided to lubricate all guiding rods of the calipers. The problem solved immediately and KJ didnt even charge me a dime for the half hour labor. Big shout out to these fantastic guys for their excellent service.

This review has taken me way too long to post! my husband and I have been coming here for years now. We came in for oil changes after spending way too much elsewhere, and stayed because everything else they do here is also fairly priced with quality work. They actually remember details about my family. I once came in when whatever part makes my window roll up and down broke and he told me yeah we can do that but I think it might call for some dad labor. The part is only x and our labor will be x plus it’s not a heavy job and won’t be hard on your dads back. The fact that they remember my dads a retired mechanic is cool but I’ve never been to a shop that would say nah you don’t really need us for this but we can do it if you just want it done now. Long review I know, but I have to mention one of the times I couldn’t use “dad labor” for something. I had to leave my car all day, but needed to be at school shortly after I dropped off the car. KJ had all the paperwork ready for me to leave my car the minute they opened, and the truck running to take me to get the rental car from an agent who KJ had told I was in a hurry, he also had everything ready and waiting. I made it to school right on time and they even texted rather than called to let me know it was done because they knew I’d be in class. My dads old shops main thing was integrity and these guys have it too.

I found these guys by accident a few years ago. BMW told me several things were wrong with my car that would have cost $$$$. I brought my BMW to Eastside Automotive for a second opinion and I was told there was nothing wrong with my car. I was in yesterday for what I thought was a alternator issue because of the light on my dash. It turns out i just needed coolant added. Everyone at this shop is kind, helpful and honest. I highly recommend them

Since its a newer car, it took him less than 30 minutes to do the work & didnt charge me anything for it. Inspections usually cost between $200 & $300. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
