In late 2020 when I got my 2003 6s/m Mazda 6s, the car needed allot of things fixed among some of the smaller things were wearing. Over the course of the year I had them replace things such as, the radiator hoses after they went out due to oil on them, casual oil and fluid changes, brake discs, pads, rotors, resealed valve covers (which removed the long lasting smell of burning oil) leaking strut and shock absorber, my engine torque mount, alignment, replaced my wheel locks for me, and to top it all off they even pulled a nail out of my tire I didnt even notice.Theyre experienced, skilled, and know how to get things done in a crunch. The staff is one of the biggest pros as theyve always helped me out whenever Ive been in a bind. The engine bay in my Mazda is ultra tightly packed so how fast they can get done whatever needed to get fixed made them always my go to place.Stage Auto Center is a place I recommend over anywhere you could go when you need your car fixed with the best quality and service you would want to exceed your expectation. Theyre the best and the most friendly.

Great customer service from before I came in to after I came in. Needed an alignment done and was able to schedule it quickly. When they did finish the alignment I told them the the struts had slots to adjust camber and they went back to redo it without hesitation and without a double dip charge unlike some other places. Shoutout to I think his name was Chris for spending a lot of time on my confusing adjustments! Again can’t beat their great customer service!

When I think about a great mechanic shop, I value honesty and expertise.For the first criteria, Stages has helped me understand what maintenance is unnecessary/unrelated to problems at hand.For the second criteria, Stages has a deep understanding of many models; but particularly the S2000.Lastly, Stages is VERY communicative as a repair shop and Chris is very reliable as a mechanic; I will always take my business to Stages because of this.

These guys did an amazing job helping me do some installs for my FK8 and were able to let me know how the changes were going to affect the car once installed.

Took my EVO X there for TPMS and alignment, the price is reasonable, staff are professional and friendly. They stayed there on Saturday until 6:30pm to finish my car. They even did a quick inspection on my car to let me know the condition of the car. The owner and the technician who serviced my car expalined everything to me in details. None of the shops Ive visited come even close to their service. Theyve earned my business.

Ive been going to Stage Auto Center for a while now and my experience has been great. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with auto shops in the past, especially because Ive never felt welcomed at particular places and also because Ive been ripped off for unnecessary maintenance. But you can really trust Stage Auto Center, especially if youre like me who is not too knowledgable about cars. They wont take advantage of your lack of proficiency and will give you honest feedback and pricing. Also, the staff are very nice and friendly, which is always an important factor.

My daughters car Had been Parked in the Microsoft Parking Lot for 9 months. Upon our arrival everything looked perfect: got in the car the battery was Dead. We put in a call AAA and they sent out a Tow Truck the Truck Tech attached a Booster to the cable ends to the battery Post. The Car started right up the moment he removed the Cables the Engine Stopped. The AAA driver Towed us to the Firestone Center we Spoke With David he attempted to Charge the battery overnight. The following morning he called to let me know that the Battery was still under Warranty and he Honored the Warranty and Replaced the Battery. Thanks to all of the Staff..

Everything is excellent!! The staff explained every detail including performance number very patiently. The most important thing: they won’t charge you or try to talk you for unnecessary service! They honestly do what I want them to do. I’ll go once again for my next auto maintenance service.

A huge ripoff. Better look somewhere else.Got charged with $37.50 for 18 mins of labor that actually took only 10 mins. This was to replace 2 bulbs (bulbs cost $7.95 and $1.99)Thats a total of $54.80 for a simple bulb change.*A response*Changed 30 mins to 18 mins, misread the 0.30 into 30 mins. The problem remains. 18 mins is not 10 mins or less.It was not 10ish it was definitely 10 mins or less. As I was personally there the whole time.The difference between a 18 mins charge of labor and 10 mins or less one is at least $17.5. Thats not well within the range of acceptableI was indeed offered all those things. None of which fix the problem of overcharging. None of the service given was above the normal circumstances. I came with a problem and you fixed it, nothing above the normal here.

Had some paint work done on my S2000, Thanh did a great job and payed attention to details.

One of the better shops around Kirkland, the owner is a great person and makes sure your needs are addressed. He does great body and paint work, I referred this place to two friends and both were happy with results.
