I wanted to start by saying that I am truly amazed by the professionalism by an associate named Mitchell. He made sure to take of us throughout the whole process, I felt like he truly cared about us and making sure he found the correct fit for our new car (used). I recommend asking for Mitchell if you want to be taken care of. I was also surprised with all the Covid measures being in place and making me feel safe. Thank for the amazing purchase process!
I recently had to purchase two new vehicles from Nick Roche. We had a great experience both times. We only needed one new car initially, but when that brand new car was stolen and subsequently totaled, we needed to buy THE SAME CAR ALL OVER AGAIN. Ugh, it was pretty traumatic. Nick made the second purchase just as easy as the first, and kept in mind the expense that we had incurred losing the first car (financially and emotionally). I was very grateful for his experience and help during this time.
Horrible experience. Went in for an oil change at the Service department, and found out the Skid Plate is missing. Cost $ 170 for the parts and labor which I don’t mind (you can find parts online for $60). After 2.5 hours of waiting, they told me they need to order it and come back again the next few days?? They could have told me right after the oil change instead of me waiting there for 2.5 hours. Quite annoying so I decided not to replace it and cancel the service. Charge me for restocking fee?? Ended up spending 3 hours and $125 just for the oil change:) Will try out Seattle Mazda or Walker’s Renton Mazda next time even though it’s further away.Edit:Service manager reach out to me, attentive and friendly. Will give it another try.

The rudest dealer I have seen. Don’t waste your money here! After you pay the deposit, they will change the rate and pull your credit score multiple times without notifying you. They can even charge you more when the vehicle arrives. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
Great customer service! Anthony Easley helped me out so much in my search for a car. I came in not knowing what to expect and with only a vague idea of what I was looking for, and somehow Anthony was able to help me a car that hit all of my boxes. He also made the entire process very chill and comfortable, I never felt pressured to make a deal I didn’t want to. He explained a lot of the details/differences in a simple way, and the Lee Johnson dealership definitely made me feel like I was taken care of and getting a good deal. Horrible experience, waited 1:30 hours for an oil change at the Service department. They lied to my face that they are working on the car and that oil change takes 90 minutes. I finally demanded my car back and they brought it… they didn’t even started servicing after 1:30 hours. Stay away from them, absolute nightmare of customer service. Ironically, on the wall they say they aim for truly costumer satisfaction. For sure note the people that I had to deal… they have zero empathy for what happened.

My car is a Toyota Camry, not one of Lee Johnsons brands, but I am a devoted customer of theirs since they became the designated repair place for Saturn (my car at the time). I get in quickly, have a comfortable, safe place to wait, and get the treat of a car wash once the oil change is done. Its an excellent experience all-around.

This dealership has always done a great job with customer service. The quality of work has always been up to expectation and service times are always efficient. I grew up avoiding dealerships at all costs and always going to independent mechanics, but Lee Johnson has changed my perception of dealerships and I try to accomplish all work there before seeking outside services.Scott Trail is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He does an excellent job creating an enjoyable customer experience and provides thorough explanations of services performed and recommended. My experience with the Lee Johnson Mazda service department on 22-March was, in a word, perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better: everybody who helped me was courteous, prompt, and professional. The service department representative (Johnny) pointed out to me that the service bundle I had initially requested was not needed for my vehicle at this time, saving me a few hundred dollars. The service inspection video that was prepared for me was impressive. The fact that service loaner vehicles are available was a huge source of relief. And my vehicle was ready for pickup within 3.5 hours from the time I brought it in.All around, I was extremely satisfied and pleased with my service visit! Top Marks to Lee Johnson Mazda!

I recently purchased A vehicle from Tim Johnson and had the absolute best experience. I’ve never had a horrible experience buying a car, but it’s certainly something I don’t enjoy and typically doesn’t feel great for most of the transaction. I’m not sure why this industry has such a bad reputation, but I’ve certainly experienced a lot of misconceptions or half truths being told along the way until we get to the paperwork and the truth comes out, and that never feels right to me. This was not the case with Tim, and Lee Johnson Mazda. Not only was he gracious and kind the entire time, he was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the car buying process, and made a real effort to get to know me as a person to be able to better serve me and put me in the correct vehicle for the long run. That alone was something I’d never experienced in this industry. Needless to say, I was able to purchase a car that had everything I had asked for, and even after I bought it, he took an additional 1-2 hours to educate me about the vehicle and the technology it provides. The next day, on my daughters 5th birthday, we picked up the car. When we walked in Tim had our keys in hand along with the sweetest birthday gift for my daughter- a rainbow unicorn stuffed animal and a box of cupcakes. I had already signed papers the night before, so this gesture was not something he had to do, but he did anyway. This entire experience was honest, thorough, and actually fun. Great service from the quick lube gentleman when I needed an oil change and a tire repair and the young lady inside who took care of my recall headlights!(Someone please tell the older salesman who sits in the middle service area desk to wear his mask correctly over his nose. Every time I’ve seen him he’s got it barely over the nose falling off or this time it was hanging on his upper lip under his nose.In October he made a point to tell me how much he hates that we have to wear masks—I get it they are a hassle, but it’s not about you, it’s about protecting other people...)
Awesome experience. I showed up withou an appointment to replace the glass in the passenger side mirror. They took me right in, found a replacement glass and installed it right away even though he had other cars in his work bay. Truly helpful and a very pleasant experience.

Had the worst ever experience at this dealership, the sales representative lacked a general sense of etiquette and respect for their customer.When the mess up caused by one of the sales rep was brought to the attention of the manager instead of taking the responsibility he was behaving arrogantly and rudely. Very unprofessional and ignorant sales team with absolutely no value of their customers time!Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Tony and Jimmy at all, their rudeness will make you feel unvalued and disrespected.I also some how felt the ignorance and attitude was also based on the fact that I am an Asian as the sales rep who engaged with me initially and clearly told me that he is getting back to me with numbers and inventory details went ahead and started entertaining other customer without even letting me know and left me unattended for a long time.(the other customer obviously was not Asian)

Would like to come back if I am still choosing Mazda as my next car.Okay experience with the finance office. It was a little bit uncomfortable while they were convincing you to get the add-on. The very last guy who seems to be manager( could not remember name) is very nice in the way of recommending extra packages and service and still be friendly after I said no.Overall, good dealership to go to. They are professional in taking care of the cars and paying attention to details. For every test drive car,they will bring to you at the front door in advance if you mentioned while contacting them( small detail but very pleasant).

The dealer ran my credit check and said Mazda could give me a financing rate at x%, so I paid the deposit and waited for the car to be delivered. Once the car was delivered, however, I was told that Mazda wanted to increase the rate to (x+1)%. When I paid the deposit I didnt expect (and wasnt told by the dealer) that the rate could change afterwards, so hope the dealers can be more transparent to their customers.What was worse a manager (wish I had asked for his name) pulled my credit history again after I left the dealership without letting me know or getting my permission in advance, when I asked for an explanation he was very rude and unprofessional.Was very disappointed with my experience here.
Great service department. Manager let me know I needed less maintenance done than I expected at my current miles. Additionally, I was to get my tires rotated but was told it was unnecessary after measurements were taking. My last visit they now share a video of the mechanic taking and explaining the inspection of your vehicle and the status of each area. I really appreciate their honesty and transparency. Highly recommended.
In the past Ive avoided dealerships for service due to combo of high prices with lack of added value, Since moving to Washington t in 2016 and finding Lee Johnson KIA, Ive ONLY used Lee Johnson for service. Very professional staff, always friendly and customer centered, NEVER try to push the up-sell, dependable, on-time, easy to work with, amazing. Had a terrible experience at Lee Johnson Mazda. We were determined to buy a car and close the deal today but changed our mind after dealing with the Rep.As a sales rep their job is to sell the car to us, he just gave us the keys without even going over the car features or asking about our requirements. We took a test drive with a spoiled mood and obviously didn’t like the car that much. And the discussion about the price was a whole new story…his behavior was prejudiced with no sense of respect .. he rather seemed amused..Won’t recommend at all !!
Just recently moved and chose this place as my new car servicing spot. Been twice so far and never disappointed! Great customer service and easy communication. They go above and beyond, even giving my poor car a bath :D they introduced a cool new video service for when they are assessing the inside of your car, but I do wish they showed more detail in the video. My 2003 Mazda 6 has 70716 original miles on it. This auto has been most dependable. I entrusted its care to Lee Johnson Mazda when I arrived in Washington. I have found Lee Johnson Mazda to be honest, & dependable. I am completely satisfied with the service Lee Johnson Mazda gives.
Service experience was good but they could not do a big recall job that we scheduled because they were too busy. Rescheduled, no big deal.
It was around 45 to 50 minutes of wait but they do have a comfortable area with tables and wifi to keep an eye on work emails and continue working. They are all using face masks and following Covid-19 precautions. While I was waiting I received a nice video from the Car Service team showing some aspects of the maintenance review on my car.
Nick and Logan were extremely helpful, they made my first new car purchase a breeze and were very transparent throughout the whole deal. I cannot recommend them enough!

Though the sales team is genuine and nice to work with, I can’t say I have had similar experience with their service department. The review is not based on just a single incident but the general lack of etiquette and respect for a customer. The most recent experience validates this where the representative did not show any intent to clear a service scheduling confusion, neither did he apologize for his behavior when the issue was resolved (from their mistake).They desperately need to improve on their general soft skills and demeanor toward their customers.Hope this review is read by their concerned authority to enhance customer experience.
We bought our car here and the process was straight forward and very easy. Total time in and out was under two hours. Tim Johnson our sales rep took the time to correspond in a timely manner and was more than happy to take pictures of the car we were interested in and he took time to answer all questions before even coming down. The process for our trade in went very well, we were treated fairly and we were very happy with our purchase and the entire process. Truly was fast easy and we left happy.

Horrible experience. I called before and booked an appointment with a sales person (Jeffrey) to test drive some mazda cars. But when I reached there, I was told that I talked with a Kia salesperson instead (he never told me that on the call even though I specifically mentioned mazda), and the owner had the audacity to say it was my fault because I didnt book an appointment, so they cant attend to me. Even the actual salesperson was right there, and he said it was partially my fault too. I didnt get any test drive, and I just left the store immediately. No one contacted me later to apologize for the mixup or reschedule. The owner was so quick to push all the blame from him to me. Strongly recommend against going here.

I was searching for a CPO CX-5, and found what I thought was the ideal vehicle, which had all the bells and whistles I wanted. Josh Wilson stepped up and was ready to help right away. Unfortunately my timing was such that by the day we were able to test drive the vehicle, the one that I had my heart set on was already gone. That was not a problem because I knew Lee Johnson Mazda had the inventory that would work. Josh got me into my CX-5 that was actually better than the one I had originally sought for around the same price. He was fantastic throughout my experience, and I give him my highest recommendation. Mazda makes good cars. But dont lease car here. Ive leased a CX3 from 2017 for 3 years. Just returned it this on this month. When I returned it, they did some paper works and said thats it, all done. But quickly, I awarded I still need to pay the lease fee for next month, even Ive overpaid one month. I emailed Lee Johnson Mazda then they said they are Third Party and can not do anything for me. I need to call Mazda Capital service by myself. What!!!?? They even did not tell me anything about this while I returned car. So Dont lease car from this THIRD PARTY dealer.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Roman Polyakov at Lee Johnson Mazda, and I was impressed how Roman assisted me with several challenges I was facing.First, finding a SLIGHTLY used vehicle with low mileage for a very good price. He helped me procure a Mazda CX-5 from their loaner inventory and it was just what I was looking for.Second, he got creative to help me find a way to go from Bend, Oregon to their Kirkland dealership, not flying, but renting a car in Bend and dropping it in Kirkland. He picked me up at the rental car drop off and took me to Lee Johnsons dealership where we signed the papers and I headed back to Bend....all in one day.I would contact Roman if I needed another car, without question.

This is my first Mazda purchase and never knew much about them at all. Been took the time for the full walk-around. I came in for a new cx-5 but very happy and maybe happier with a used one that had extremely low mileage and ended up signing for it on the day I came in just to look at it. It was one of the better deals as it was almost new with only 5k miles on it and one of the full loaded cx-5a. Theyre reasonable on price. I was upfront about my payment budget and Jimmy worked with me on it throughout.One of my better experience around the area as I had gone to 2 dealerships prior to look at other make and models.

We had an appointment at Car Pro’s in Renton to purchase our Kia Niro last Sunday. My husband went into their store on Friday, test drove the car, made all the arrangements. We believed I would be going in and signing the papers. When we arrived it seemed the sales person did not remember our appointment. The car was no longer available. He could not find another Niro for us to see. The price we were offered on our trade in suddenly was $4000 less. We called Lee Johnson and spoke with Zach. He had several cars for us to see. He arranged a great trade in value for our car and a much lower monthly price than Car Pro’s had offered. He treated us with respect, was direct and honest. Thank you!
Great place to buy your new car. Everyone was very helpful. Roman Polyakov made every step easy all the way up until the purchase of my Mazda 3 and was straightforward with everything (which I preferred.) Definitely recommend him if you need any help with your next car. I will for sure be going back for 2nd and 3rd vehicles. A++
Brought my Mazda here for a service for the first time. Scott was super friendly and professional. I really like the video that they sent me as they inspected my car. All charges were reasonable and clear. I was in and out within 1 hour. Ill definitely come back.

I recently bought a Mazda3 at Lee Johnson (Mazda) and I am really happy with the car. The salesperson, Angelo, was very friendly and helpful. I told him how much I wanted to spend on a car and he was able to quickly identify that the Mazda3 Touring that I eventually bought was the perfect vehicle for me. I have friends and family in the area who have also had good experiences with Lee Johnson Mazda. Really terrible experience. We came in early for our appointment and had to wait around almost an hour. Finally our salesman Nick greeted us but he was being pulled in different directions. After 3hrs of waiting to see if we were approved they said we needed $5K down! Utterly ridiculous with a very nice $14K Chevy Silverado trade in. We said okay thanks for your help and as we left not anyone at the front door greeted us goodbye nothing. Customer service wasn’t very good.
