When I walked into this store, immediately I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kaeliah. Though she was with a client at the time, she still acknowledged my presence in the store and gave me reassurance that she’ll be right with me.I planned on switching from my current to Verizon, not only was Kaeliah very informative, thorough, and friendly, she showed a genuine concern regarding my issues with my current carrier and gave reassurance that my issues would not be an issue on Verizon’s network.I did not feel overloaded with information, however Kaeliah’s explanation of what Verizon had to offer was transparent, and easily understandable!Kaeliah is a jewel of the location. All other employees were friendly as well, but my experience with Kaeliah was exceptional and outstanding! Best experience ever. I highly recommend Kaeliah and the crew at this location gets personal recognition and appreciation, if I was able to give a higher score than 5 stars I would!

Great experience here, which is rare for me to have anything positive to say after any sort of experience in a Verizon store or dealing with Verizon customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend. I worked with Verizon agent Sam he was fabulous.

My husband and I went in to the store to get new phones. If something could have gone wrong, it did! Brandon was our salesman and brand new. He did great. Jason was also working and more seasoned at changing of phones, etc. Jason had such patience while assisting Brandon. They were both AWESOME and very helpful!

This location has some killer customer service. I couldnt get the time of day from a few surrounding mobile retailers. Bobby spent plenty of time with me, clarified some of my concerns and was very knowledgeable. In what can be a stressful situation trying to get a new phone, Bobby is a sherpa to chillvile.

Verizon cell phone expert Sam Fowler exceeded my expectation as he spent some four HOURS establishing my Verizon account and getting my cell phone online. Anyone in need of help with their Verizon account or cell phone should visit Sam.

The guy was rude & messed my phone up. I was forced to get the unlimited prepaid plan to fix the issue with not hearing me on calls. It hasnt fixed the issue at all & my battery is swelling constantly & the guy swore it was fine. They need to replace it for free. He also went into several of my app accounts & messed them up too.

If you want actual service go see Kendyl. She will fix you up with a new phone or help you when you dont know how to use said new phone. She and the whole crew there are amazing. I was going to switch services until I walked in here! Thanks Kendyl

Best place to go. Went two times to another location and they never set my phone up correctly. Shirina was so nice, and knew what she was doing. She did stuff other location said could not happen. She made me do stuff on my new phone to make sure I knew how. I highly recommend coming to this location. Great customer service! She went above and beyond. I would give her a ten!

Sean was very helpful with getting me set up on my own phone plan, explained everything and helped set up my new phone. Made the whole experience really nice and wanting to use this store over my other Verizon store. The rest of the staff was really great as well. 10/10 recommend.

Matyes was very helpful and patient with me while helping me open my own first plan. He made me feel very confident and happy with the price and made sure I left with knowing everything and not missing any details out!! I really recommend him for anyone who is looking for a new phone and a new line.

Henry and Samuel were fantastic. I came in merely to get a screen protector. They happily helped me and convinced me to spring for an upgraded phone, and also the addition of a tablet. Im super stoked and happy for the purchase. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I decided to add another line to help out my Brother. So we where looking for the cheapest phone they had for sale. Sean with his creativeness. Figured out away for my wife and I to have Two new phones and my brother to have my old I Phone 7 plus instead of buying a cheap phone. Sean sold us Two I Phones XR for $650.00! Yes thats Two for the price of One! Henry the store manager also offered to deliver them to my business because there was a glitch in my account that we had to come back at no fault to them. This is way beyond going out of the way for customer service and I should know being in the Auto business for Thirty Plus years. Great job!

Shawn & Nich helped us move all three of our phones from another carrier over to Verizon! They made the process easy and seamless, while having great senses of humor during it all! I would definitely recommend folks thinking about switching carries to come talk to these gentlemen. I look forward to being new Verizon customer!

Went in looking to upgrade my phone, and also had questions about if there was any way to make the plan cheaper. Ended up going in three times due to my schedule and the stock they had on hand. I didnt mind at all as each visit was very pleasant and I really liked working with everyone I encountered. When I was finally able to get my upgrade, I worked with Matyes who was very patient with all my questions and wanted to make sure they were all answered before I left for the day. If there was something he didnt know, he had no problem getting the answers. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I went into Target to get my daughter a new phone and received the worst customer service I ever experienced. We left and went across the street to the Verizon store and delt with Matyes. He provided fantastic customer service and really turned our night around. He not only was helpful with the purchase of the phone he also was able to save us money with a better plan! I would definitely recommend doing business with him.

If I could give him 20 stars I would, Matyes was by far the best sales rep my son and I have ever encountered. Walking into a cellular phone store is not always the best time and trust me we spent a lot of time there this evening. The time and energy that he put into our experience was above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. EVERY question answered, EVERY concern reassured, and EVERY request by me or my son to adjust what we requested to make sure we got the BEST deal possible was fulfilled by Matyes. Update: horrible customer service. Almost 3 months ago we bought two new iPads and ordered the new iphone 11. We were promised almost $500 of bill credits and now months later I can’t get a return call, Verizon directly has no idea what I’m talking about, and the rep John who originally helped me won’t return my calls/texts.STAY AWAY! Go to a real Verizon.Thanks for the great experience! Will definitely be back next time I need a Verizon store.

A while back, I made the switch from Sprint after speaking to Matyes. Although I ended up purchasing 5 devices online because of the online only deals, once I got my devices, Matyes and the other staffs were very helpful in helping me get set up with accessories and activation.
