So.helpful. They went above and beyond to.get.my.new phone hooked up.amd.running on their network. I bought a device that plugs into your under the dash and not only did they make sure it was connected to my.phone thru the metro smartride app but they also went outside and connected under my dash in my car and that it was functioning properly. I cant say one bad thing about the service I received. Keep up the good work metro

I was with T-Mobile for a while and my bill was getting to be close to $300 monthly. I decided to switch to Metro By T-Mobile and boy am I glad to port over to them! Not only did I get an unlimited plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text, I also got Amazon Prime for free! Now I can do all my shopping on Amazon without worrying about getting charged the shipping fee. Thank you Metro! On top of that, Rebekah provided excellent customer service and hooked me up with a free case and a free spin on their accessory wheel. Their customer service at this location is hands down warm and excellent. Definitely will be back to this location for my upgrade in three months!

Go to the one on central and save yourself some money. Activation charge alone is $40 per line vs $19 per line at the central store.I was told I would be getting a free screen protector, and like other people mentioned I was charged for it. It was 50% off but I didn’t want it and accepted it because it was free.
