Arrive. Get put into the system so that the next of 2 workers can help you. Wait 45 minutes. Tell them what phone you would like to purchase. Amzingly they dont have it. Tell them your backup option they dont have it. Wow they only have the most expensive phones in store and try to upsell you to those. Tukwilla store is the exact same story. I was happier with Sprint.

We stopped in to check out tablets for my business, I needed something that can operate aPOS system, they didnt have what I needed but Sunny was so incredibly helpful. He spent at least 30 minutes doing research and making sure all my questions were answered.

Mr and I went into this T Mobile with multiple issues to his 1 1/2 week old upgrade phone received from location on Rainier Renton. We explained issue to Isabelle, she started dissecting the phone and concluded Rainier Renton issued Mr an incompatible phone, the upgrade was not properly processed, transferring info from the old to the new was not completed and Isabelle along with another worker Tyrone worked for 2 hours until Mr was a satisfied 👍🏽 T Mobile customer. I had a problem when I purchased a phone from this t-mobile. I was very angry at the time because I have called the t mobile company and they told me that they could not help me at all. I previously wrote a bad response about this place at the time when I was angry, but the employee that worked there resolved the issue later and I was satisfied, but I forgot to change my rating and comment.

I couldnt give a worse review. Went to two different sprint stores today, which were purchased by tmobile. The sign on the door says sprint customers are in the right place, but they had zero sprint phones in stock, and would have to ship them if ordered in store. My phone is broke now. I need a new phone NOW. So, tmobile bought out sprint, and doesnt have any available stock in store? Bad luck, or bad service? Poor customer service, unless youre already with tmobile. So angry.

I had the absolute best experience at this location. I went in wanting to switch from my Verizon account to T Mobile and I was very nervous about the whole thing but I was given the absolute best help. The lady who helped me was pleasant to talk to and she genuinely made it a grade A experience. I walked out of the store a very happy customer with a brand new service with T Mobile and a new phone. Didnt even have to pay any ridiculous prices or fees either. All very reasonable. I almost couldnt believe how easy and fun it was. This store has some fantastic employees. I wanna give a special shout out to Courtney because shes the lady that helped make this process very easy and very fun. I recommend this store if youre planning on switching to a new plan with t mobile. Im a happy customer.

Bait & SWITCH SCAMS RUN HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. FRAUD & SCAMS BEING DONE BY THIS COMPANY. I called Tmobile on 5/29/20 to inquire on promos they were running for my daughter birthday. Spoke to a rep that advised they had a promo called 2020 Apple Switch promo 2 & if I brought in my daughter Iphone 6s to trade in good condition, I qualified for $500 OFF an Iphone 11. The rep wasnt able to get me the phone by her birthday on 6/2, so I went to this store. Went into the store & the agreed to honor the promo. I signed up for a new phone line & received the phone & TRADED in my daughter Iphone 6s IN PERFECT CONDITION. I was told I would pay about $19 for insurance & phone payments would be $8.88 a month w/ a new 2 year contract. Thats $300 for the Iphone 11 TOTAL if its usually $699.99. I did my part as the consumer & gave them the iphone 6s, & left. My daughter was so happy to receive her new phone. I realize this week that my phone bill is now almost $200 a month & that I am paying full price for the phone and the bill increased about $90. I called customer service & found out that they refused to honor the promo b/c I didnt qualify for it so I am paying full price for the phone now & the bill will be $200 a month instead of $130 that I agree b/c of THEIR ERROR. I advised this is their error & they need to honor the agreement and take $500 off the phone cost or return my daughter Iphone 6s & they can have the Iphone 11 back. I refuse to pay this difference on the bill of approx $90 & thats NOT what i signed up for. I was told its TO LATE to get the phone back & the will not honor the $500 off for the trade in iphone 6s. So basically they are forcing me to pay a higher bill & full price for a phone & keeping my daughter Iphone 6s, the trade in. Tell me this isnt fraud. I had 2 supervisors from TMOB review to TRY & resolve this & their response is to go down to the store & speak with them. So I have to go do the LEG work for THEIR ERROR. So next stop is the BBB & then, email the entire board of directors for tmobile. This is strong arm robbery. We are going to take YOUR PHONE, give you our phone & then force you to pay full price for it after we sell it to you for $300, you will pay all of it and we are keeping YOUR PHONE TOO. Do not believe they scam or promises they make. this is fraud. Now, i have to get off work & go into the store that initiative is only COMMISSION to resolve their error. THis is called a bait & switch scam.

The manager there Josh is always willing to go above and beyond to help you if you have a problem. I also love dealing with James. The 2 of them always help my family when we need help. I just wanted to say the customer services at this location was so AWESOME! I want to give a special shout out to two incredible employees. First Alex he was beyond helpful when it comes to setting me up with a new device, he also made sure I was satisfied with my service before leaving. I give him 10 stars. Another is the store Manager Abdi, he definitely made sure all the troubles customer services was giving me was token care of. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit this store and also walk towards those two if you need any help especially if your frustrated with Tmobile!!

As I entered into the store this morning 7 people were standing there none of which actually said good morning or welcome. In fact some of them even walked away from me as a customer. The one lady that did address me was very coarse and abrupt. Certainly not what Im used to at a T-Mobile store. I inquired in regards to the new phone that is available from Samsung. Not only wasnt the phone available, which I understand it is very popular, she simply pointed over to the display phone and that was it. I do indeed hope that the employees at this store improve their customer service skills.

Customer service here is aweful. The salesmen lie about promotions I can only assume because they get some sort of kick back. Thankfully the customer service from 611 can reverse what they do and have never steered me wrong. If you need help or advice just call in instead of going here even picking out phones I have had them tell me a phone had a better camera that had 5 less megapixels. I know megapixels arent always what makes a camera great but reviews were much higher for camera online as well.Just try to do your own research before coming here and check your monthly bill to make sure it is what it really is.

This is the worst T-Mobile I have been to, and I will purposely drive an extra 20-30 min just to avoid going to this store. Every time I have came in for something, the employees are rude and extremely unhelpful. When you call the store oftentimes you get hung up on as soon as they pick up their phone. Would definitely not recommend this T-Mobile for anything! Poor end on management and employees in this location

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST STORE EVER!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN UNLESS IM CUSSING THEM OUT. Employee who helped me didnt transfer over my sim card to my new phone, so when I left the store I had no service! Nor did he help me set up my iCloud. By not transferring over my SIM card I lost all of my voicemails, which included some from my grandfather who passed away! When I called back the next day through customer support due to me not being able to call out, I was given horrible help and an attitude in which the customer service representative agreed to. Customer service representative over the phone filed the report because of the horrendous service I had received. Do not recommend going here!!! Unprofessional and lack of knowledge!

All i can say is. Stay away ftom T-Mobile. After six years the manager on duty treated me like a criminal. Bought two new phones and within less then 24 hours later tried to return it defective. Ther y would do nothing and blamed us for it. I have insurance on the phone but theu only replace it with a refurbished phone. The manager accutally grabed the phonr out of my hand. Forget about call customer care. They are worse. Good bye T-Mobile.

Worst branch ever. They refused to take back their crappy DEFECTIVE out of the box phone and wouldnt give me my money back. They then threatened to have me escorted out by security. I took it to a different store and they were able to help me out immediately. Worst service Ive ever had. Im glad this doesnt reflect the service of T-Mobile in general.
