Peoples feelings about trade credit amounts aside, I just LOVE the customer service at this store! Lance and his crew always maybe great suggestions and recommend the best deals. Sometimes it may feel a little up-sell heavy, but that really is only because they are gamers themselves and know what other gamers need. If you are just casual, mention that and they ease off. They always ask but arent pushy about anything. Always pre-order and always buy used! A+++

Honestly youll find better deals and greater selection online but if you want to physically purchase your items this place has some great finds.

Solid location. Employees seem nice. There are only a certain amount of people allowed in store at a time. Sometimes has to call other stores for availability of games that show available on shelves. So-so trade in value for games (is their main profit center, selling Used Games). If you need a game for a console, this is the place.

Not much variety here, its a small shop compared to some other gamestops, but i had a fine experience here, not too many good games in my opinion though.

WARNING: Employee added $4 game warranty to my purchase without asking! I have lost trust in this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wow, is all I can say...So I placed an order online, for a controller... came to pick it up at 4:15pm... called the store like I was supposed to, for pick up, only to be told by the store employee, that she is on her lunch until 4:45pm!??!!??!🙄😤 umm... how long is your lunch??? And... your the ONLY one working??? And also... you guys close at 6pm, your taking a lunch, just 2 hours shy of closing??? Worst experience ever!!! Im very upset to say the least 😡😔

They did not have the item i needed but it had said they had it in stock online they did not offer to order it. I ordered it when i got home and paid for two day shipping that was a week ago it has not arrived and it is a basic item a control for nintedo switch.

The service was great but GameStop itself continues to disappoint. If you have stock sell now because its only going to get worse. In 2 years theyll be dead. Starting to feel like Sears of the late 90s. They keep rolling out policy that hurts the customer and builds their VP golden parachute plans. The downward spiral continues.

I dont know why I keep going back inside game stop, the prices arent good. They dont price match, they wont even match a sale price on their own online store.I took the online prove to Fred Meyer and they price matched it immediately.I wont be back.

Never had a dull moment here. Lived nearby for almost 4 years now, and I fell in love with trappers sushi, then quit for a year, then tried again just to get sick. And through it all, this GameStop has always been a warm welcome each time I enter those double doors. ❤️

I love that the staff does not bother people here been constantly asking if they can help you with anything it is such a nice opportunity to spend your time looking around and reading about the different games and options available to you. If you have a question these are the guys to ask I was rather surprised with the knowledge they had.

Lines are always terrible sometimes a 10-15 minute wait. Went in today and there wasnt any associates in the store absolutely awful.
