Im not really happy with the service I came at 10:45 and the door was locked. So I had to wait outside for a few minutes and when the guy come to open the door he had the nerves to tell me to please not knock the door, so what he expects me to do if the store have been open to the public for 45min and the door is locked... well I guess thats how things are anyway. Really bad customer service

Always very helpful everytime I make some kind of wrong system choices or open the wrong sites. This location is the best from others I have visited.

Thats a five star store,if ur doing Byod and your that kinda of person who knows how to about the phone. Dont insult yourself going to that store,sit at home and do it for yourself,order the sim card or get it somewhere else. I wouldnt tell anybody to go there.

Love boost mobile overall but the lady that assisted me was the worst on guiding me to solve my issue . had to go to a different location to get help.

No one came back from the break. They left the note saying it will come back at 4pm. A hour of wait and no one showed up... extremely disappointed!!!
