We worked with Craig Johnson. My moms phone was constantly crashing and not working as it should. Craig was patient, friendly, and HONEST. Rare qualities in the phone industry it seems. We would both 100% reccomend him to anyone and will come back and wait specifically for him. The store was clean, and employees were attentive. I am visiting from Oregon and my IPhone stopped working. Couldn’t get any app to pull up. Tried several hard resets… nothing worked. Stopped in and Cameron took care of the problem right away. He’s extremely professional, friendly and just a great young man! Thanks, Cameron!!

The technician was very knowledgeable. Looked into every possible discount we could get. Took her time with us to explain his new phone. They were busy and she was able to take care of multiple customers while our phone was downloading and info transferred. Been to this location multiple times and always very helpful.

Very rude, refused to help remove a line from my account. Said they couldnt do that. They offered to give me Corporates number so I could call myself.... Strangely, when I spoke to corporate, they said there was no reason the store couldnt have called to have the line removed.... I was also the only customer in the store at the time, so it wasnt like they were busy, just rude.

That was Sunday April 11th, 2021 .then on Wednesday April 14th, 2021 my newer tablets came in I arrived with my wife close to the store closing time after work and Dave V another excellent sales/service representative at this location. Dave V ended up working late Because he also was very patient in transferring the content from our old tablets to our new tablets . This store miss represents their plans. Went in asking for a non contract plan for a hot spot jet pack. The rep that helped us was in a hurry to go home. Rushed us through. Only two people working in a busy store. Customers were seen leaving. Told us we could shut off our hot spot off during off season (winter month) and restart in the spring with the understanding we would not be locked in under any 2 year plan and no monthly payments during off time. No paper work was provided at time of activation of this plan. Now I find, since I turned off the hot spot for the season. I’m still being charged monthly and no service for my hot spot. They were to call, after numerous calls from us and visit to clear this issue up. Will not do business with this tcc company again. They do not back up their misrepresentation of plans by their employees they hire.

I’ve been with Verizon and an Apple product consumer for over 10 years. The staff has been top notch when when it comes providing service, answering questions and setting me, family members or employees up with any new device. It’s comforting that I can expect a seamless process and a wealth of knowledge from the crew here when my career demands such seamless service.

I recently replaced an iPhone here and the associate that helped us misrepresented the facts to us. First he signed us up for a Verizon protection plan without our knowledge or consent, the most expensive plan too. Secondly he said that he could save us money each month by dropping hot spot from our plan, but he failed to tell us that it will cost $200 to make this change in one time fees from Verizon. When I’m buying something or changing my plan I just would like all the information, so I can make a decision that’s right for me and my family. I feel cheated and lied to! I can’t believe he didn’t think I would look at my bill. I do have the Verizon app!

I came in on Thursday and had an assistant that would not help me at all and tried to say theres was no prepaid phones at all due to covid-19 I knew it was bogus and walked out. Came in the next day and was greeting by nice gentleman by name of Frank Jones who helped me in what I needed right away, he showed me the exact phone I wanted and activated for prepaid and mentioned with my given credit that I could get more data for the same price I was paying currently. This man did nothing but go above and beyond for me and offered items to go along with the purchase I wanted didnt very me away from what I was looking for and got straight to the point. This man more than made up for my previous bad experience. If I were to rate my overall experience with Frank Jones I would say 10/10 he is the model employee and set a great example for the store.

On a social aspect, they practiced Social Distancing, wore masks and had sanitizer available. Well, my 6s plus randomly stopped working. I’ve always stuck with prepaid because of the terrible stories of being in contract. I was very hesitant but when we arrived at the store.
