We bought a iPhone played in full $300 and something. Got the phone didnt want to turn on. Took a whole day to finally turn on. When it turn on. The battery died super quick. Took it back and they said the phone is fine theres nothing. THERES ABSOULTY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE. STAY AWAY!!!!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID

Excellent customer service. Was sold a phone that had some technical issues. They made it right by substituting the flawed phone with one of equal/greater value. Totally happy with the service I was provided. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a used phone. The only drawback is it had to drive from Kitsap to Kent. Nonetheless, they made good on their products. Thanks!

This place is friendly for the first hour.Than after that is over.I overpay for a used phone that wasnt working properly.If you could skip this place you should,Take your business somewhere else. This establishment will not help usI ended up changing number in order to fix the problem. And they did not help in any way.

Friendly at first then I bought an iPhone from them the phone did not charge right away it took 1 full day to charge then it would charge but die in just a few minutes really fast . this place does not offer refunds. The owner is so rude and the way he talks to customers is so unproffesional . we could only exchange the phone but will never be coming here again I do not recommend this place to anyone worst place and customer service .
