I called in to get an estimate on a screen repair. Their estimate was $50 lower than others I got and they were willing-able to complete it within a half hour. When I brought the phone into the store, I was informed that it was my screen protector, not the actual screen that was cracked. They simply removed the screen protector. No charge. Great service and courtesy. They’ll get more of my business!!

Was referred by a friend and needed to replace my iPhone 8plus screen. This is by far the best cell phone service and repair shop around. I have tried many different repair shops all of which have either overcharged me or did not do the repairs right. At this place they are very cheap compared to anywhere else and the guys know what they are doing. They are very very helpful on the phone and in store oh, I got my Galaxy S7 battery replaced in under 20 minutes for a very cheap cost and it works great. If anyone needs any type of phone repair or service give them a call get a quote and take it in youll be glad you did. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Joel is very helpful as well. They have a 90 day warranty on repairs, but even Joel said that if they mess something up or something doesnt work right they will fix it because they are not and it to be rich theyre there for the customers. Joel is outstanding! Previously had taken my phone to a competitor, the service was awful and they took my phone in the back to fix. Several attempts and they still couldn’t get it right. Joel got my iPhone working like new and I am extremely pleased with the work and haven’t had any issue’s since. I will continue to use Aha Wireless if needed in the future. They fixed my broken phone screen for around $100 and it only took about an hour, they also fixed an issue with the button on my iPhone that clicked really loud so that was nice of them. But they will give you a low quality unsaturated color phone screen. It’s just not the same and bothers me a lot morn than it should.

Dont get your screen fixed here. Cool staff but...they knew they gave me a poor service on my phone (screen was too small, scratches on the work) so they tried to offer me a discount for a Boost Mobile phone instead of at least some of my money back😒 I walked out before I blew up.

AHA! They fixed my phone! I went to Aha Wireless and Repair today because my phone completely died on me, it rained the other day and I feared water had ruined my phone, I panicked and went to the first repair shop I could find, luckily this one was near my house. I went in, and everything was very tidy and organized. I believe the guy name is Joel (he has long dark blonde hair) was busy at work, but was very attentive and timely with everyone who came into the place. He eventually got to me and my problem. He was super detail oriented, he took my phone apart and showed me what was wrong and did everything he could to fix it. I thought my phone was done for, but he managed to make it turn on, which was HUGE since I couldnt get it to for an entire day. It started charging and I almost cried. This business is very professional and the guy really knows what hes doing and is super experienced. If I ever come across an issue with any phone I choose to own, Ill know to come back to him. I would full-heartedly recommend this play to any and everyone, Im so happy Aha Wireless and Repair could help me!

I went to aha because i was quoted 70 for my screen repair. i had insurance on my phone and the deductable was over 100 and all i needed was a screen. he said it would take an hour and it took 2 which made me late to an appointment and when he put it all back together my camera doesnt work, which he says is a problem with my phone he didnt do. it worked fine before so i asked him to just throw my broken screem back on so i could just pay the 30 more to get a brand new phone with a working camera. he said he would have to charge me 50 for the time and effort totally rediculous and the screen i got seems lesser quality in color saturation definitely would not recomend i wish i would have just paid the 100 got a new phone with a working camera.i was trying to avoid the hassel but now ill have to do it anyway and will have paid the 70 on top of that.

We took a non-working phone to him. He worked on it with us there, found the problem which was big and, explained it to us. Unfortunately it couldnt be repaired. But we would still go there again. Was very knowledgeable and genuinely disappointed he couldnt fix it.

Joel is THE man to go to for phone repairs, whether your screen is cracked or stuck on a weird screen, he can straighten you out and for a deal. Its not unusual for him to toss in a phone case or screen protector when you buy a new phone there. I get my phone minutes there and he has cool bluetooth speakers and fun accessories, something different everytime I go in. You wont regret stopping in.
