For three days, I went back and forth with setting up two new phones on my account that I have had for 20+ years. I spent more time on online and on the phone that I believe is necessary to complete such a simple request. Finally fed up, I visited this store and Alex W. listened to my situation and completed the process faster than any one of my conversations. This guy deserves to be recognized as I came in there with a chip on my shoulder after being put aside multiple times and he went above and beyond. Great guy and excellent customer service!

Already, having been a Lifetime customer of Verizon, I must say that at my most recent visit to your store, not only did Ronald go above my expectations (which Ive basically come to expect, at this point), but it must be added how he surpassed the usual expert customer service in his going BEYOND them! His genuinely helpful, calm demeanor, all throughout the process of upgrading my phone -- all-the-while, professionally multi-tasking: never skipping a beat when another customer came in with queriea/problems of their own, never neglecting fulfilling my needs or losing track of where we were in my own process.It was a pleasure to witness how well Ronald ran the store, at what I would consider 100% effeciency, helping everyone who walked into his door, right away, without ignoring his current customer(s) -- and all this, on his own!

I have never been very happy with any of the Verizon stores! This was an outlet store!! The person there was named Ron he helped me was a lot more courteous than any other Verizon personnel I have ever spoke with. I give him a lot of credit for dealing with me and the frustration I have with Verizon. Been with them over 20 years thinking of leaving theres got to be better representation out there.

I was sold a phone from a former manager who is named Ryan. He sold me a promotion on a GPS and said they price is included in what you’re paying anyway’... basically said it was free without saying it was free. I specifically asked if I would be charged for ANY of it and he said no they price is included’. He also said the same for a case AND a tempered glass. I’m thinking, hey, cool deal and didn’t think anything of it since it was the weekend of Black Friday... About a month later I received a bill that had a SEPERATE activation fee ($40) and a monthly service charge ($5) for the said device. At this point I’m furious because I feel lied to. I then continue to look at my bill from the original purchasing date and I was charged $30 for that device PLUS $65 for the case and another $30 for the tempered glass.. when someone in a store says ‘it’s already included’ that means I’m not paying any extra for these things. When I called the store and found out he no longer worked there they said they couldn’t do anything about the charged since he was the sales person. I feel lied to, cheated, and STOLEN from. Unbelievable wording just to completely take advantage of people and STEAL from them. I wouldn’t be using such harsh terminology if I didn’t know that they have done this EXACT thing to TWO other people.

She was very clear about what I’d be paying and was attentive about what it was with what I wanted, which was very reassuring with my business with her. My experience with most cell phone stores is that the customer is just a number so to speak. At this Verizon store it is different and whether it is Alec or Ron working my thoughts are tha same. These 2 young men are not your normal average clerk and Verizon along with the customers of this store are blessed to work with them.

12/13/16Last night my phone bugged out and I could not turn it on or off though I had a blue light showing it was charged. I didnt know what to do. I stopped at Verizon a few minutes after 8, but they had just closed, but there was a guy inside, and the door wasn’t locked. And so I went in. And there was JAKE! I asked him if he could PLEASE take a quick look at my phone. I could tell he could sense my panic, so he took pity on me and he resolved the problem right away. We joked that we can all lose it when our cell phones act up, that they are our lifelines. So true in my case! THANK YOU SO MUCH JAKE!!!! Five starts for you too!This happened in the summer! THANK YOU JONATHAN!I was having trouble with my cell phone disconnecting from my cars navigation system and was also getting error messages and couldnt connect to Google Play. Jonathan Pierre (Store Manager) starting working on my phone right away. He deleted a couple apps, but that didnt work. We tried going back to my old phone, but that didnt work. We went on line to my Verizon Account and I ran home to get all my passwords. When I got back Jonathan had solved the problem! I was out of DATA! It was weird though, as I had bought data over the weekend, however it hadnt been applied to my data account for some reason! So we called Verizons customer service. Got it straightened out and finally everything was working again! Jonathan was amazing! Id give him more stars if I could!

Privately owned location in a not so great area but still worth it. Their customer service is far better than Verizon themselves. Very honest and upfront with everything. Unfortunately they arent Verizon so anything that needs an override, they may not be able to even suggest. Still worth it.

Lie and say that they are charging you a bundle but are just adding accessories to benefit their own metrics at your expense, and are trained to do so.. They also comment and review their own stores with their employees profiles such as John Pierre and LC to raise their rating... Overall dishonest and only care about their numbers and sometimes even add insurance without approval.. Better off at a corporate store, save yourself some money... And if you must go here than check your receipt and hidden charges..

This young man deserves a raise. Being an ex VP of a major corporation. This young man would rise quickly through the ranks. His people skills are among the best I have ever seen. He is also very knowledgeable of your product line. I give him a 10. When I came into this store I was about to drop your service. He turned me around. However you should work on getting your phone personnel up to a c as a grade. They are terrible.

I decided to switch to Verizon after being with T-Mobile for 10 years because I was tired of the horrible service. When I went in I was greeted by Brandon and he showed me different phones and plans. It is by far the best customer service I have ever had. I always ask lots of questions and know it can get annoying but he answered every single concern I had patiently and professionally. A week later he texted me and let me know he had added an additional promotion onto my account so I could get an extra $200 off my new phone. I was so happy with the customer service Brandon showed me that I brought my parents (who live out of town) to this store so they could also switch and they were so impressed with Brandon! If you need a new phone I would highly recommend seeing him!!

I walked into this store thinking it was a Verizon store. No where on the store do they state that they are an Authorized Reseller as opposed to a Verizon store. When I asked why the phone I was getting was more expensive than the Verizon web page, I was told that it was just because in store prices were higher than their online price. In fact the Verizon store price is identical to their online price. I also paid a $20 setup fee that was no disclosed until I got the printed receipt which was also when I found out that this was not a Verizon store but and authorized reseller. The sales person did not do any setup on the phone as I said I would set it up myself. The will also tell you one thing but when you get the printed receipt, their written policy will differ from what you were told. They are very deceptive and skirt the truth. Buyer be ware.

Ive been with tmobile for 15 years and I finally had enough with dropped calls. The employees at the Verizon store made my transition very easy. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend coming to the Kent store for new service, existing service or accessories.

Ive been getting my phones for myself and my family from Stephanie for years. She is awesome, helpful and knowledgable. I do not trust anyone with my account other than her. I am from California and only change anything on my Verizon account when Im in town! Go to Kent to see Stephanie. She is very helpful and will really take the time to make sure youre taken care of.

Horrible service be careful what they try to sell you. They had told me I was going to be paying one price (discounted) when I bought something on promotion but when my bill came it was over 100$ more then what I was told. The third time I went back the guy told me that is was Verizon that was charging all these fees and there wasnt anything he can do about it.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and one employee was working with 4 customers, including myself and my spouse, looking for help. He was only able to assist one person with what sounded like a complicated call to Verizon to discuss an account. The man who was there before us was clearly waiting for him, but ended up leaving before we did. I dont fault this employee for doing a bad job - he was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing - but he needed backup. Also, none of the devices on display are labeled, so its really hard to know what youre looking at. Went in to check out the Samsung S7 and S7 Edge and was told they dont even have floor models of those, so that was a time waste. The phones are also so locked down that you cant even pick them up to really test drive... I get the need for anti theft measures, but it makes browsing harder. I can say, though, that there was a decent selection of mobile accessories, particularly cases.

Didn’t communicate at all what I was being charged for and even tried to argue with my boyfriend at one point. Don’t recommend coming here because you’re paying more money for a phone and monthly through a third party than you would just through Verizon themselves.

On 2-3-16 I stopped by the Verizon Wireless Store to ask what I was sure was a silly question about a problem I was having with my iPhone, and to my surprise the young lady (Ms. Chanterelle Case) who immediately greeted me at the door treated me with great respect and care. Ms. Case was patient and kind and not only help me with my problem of figuring our why my iPhone was not ringing when it was not on silent but gave me a lot of other tips to make my use of this new phone easier to use. I am so thankful for the help I received yesterday afternoon, I wanted to let everyone know. Not only was Ms. Case helpful, but her co-workers were also fun to chat with too. I ended up having a nice time learning and spending a productive time in a store and I cant tell you the last time that has ever happen, because frankly it has been a long time since Ive seen that kind of customer service and out right friendliness without expecting a or pushing hard for a sale. Dont get me wrong, Ms. Case did inform me of some great new features and upgrades I could utilized now, however, since I am moving across country very soon, I decided to hold off until I master what I have and also see who my Internet provider ends up being on the east coast. Arrived at store at 6:45 pm. Hours posted on door said they closed at 7:00 pm. LIARS. The store was totally dark and front door bolted. At the very least they could have hung a sign on the door saying they had closed early.Not a way to earn my trust AND my business.
