Klaben Ford performed the works (oil change, tire rotation, etc) on my 2017 GT350 Shelby. All went as expected. On line scheduling was easy and Klaben was ready for me. Nice lounge while you wait. Staff was courteous and helpful. Staff was not very familiar with unique Shelby requirements for oil change so original cost estimate was not accurate. I, however, had previous oil changes so was not surprised by final costs to complete. I would recommend Klaben.
Klaben service dept. has always given me top service. I recently had body work completed at the collision center. The body shop is top notch. I take great pride in my truck and was very impressed with the repairs. Also wanted to give a special thank you to them. As they were taking the truck to the service department to get the taillight reprogrammed, they discovered that the AC and windows would not roll down. By them realizing this, it uncovered a damaged wire from the impact of the accident. Thank you for the excellent service.
Communication is important to me. Mona called and returned my calls promptly to accomplish the repairs. Also because of their high standards they put new lug nuts on the wheels without charge because they couldnt reach me. Thank you Klaben Ford for your integrity of your dealership.
Got oil change and brake service less than a week ago. Truck will randomly turn off (at a stop light) and will take minutes to hours to turn back on. Truck had never done this or anything remotely close to this before. Customer service was great but quality product and outcome disappointing. UPDATE: Klaben addressed the issue immediately and found a solution quickly. So far so good, thank you for the quality service and product
The team at Klaben are wonderful. I brought my Lincoln in with a warning light and despite being incredibly backed up, they were able to replace the sensor, and change the oil. I have an extended service warranty so they also rotated the tires and washed the car as well! Everyone was super friendly and professional. They called when they said they would about 2pm each day to update me and the car was done by the next day. Wonderful team, wonderful service. Im from out of town and I was impressed with Klabens dedication to service. Thanks for Joe French and the whole team!

I drove right up, and the gentleman who helped me came right to me and was friendly and explained everything to me that was going to be done. They quoted me an hour and it only took 45 minutes. We had to fix the cable that allows the shifter to put the transmission in gear, reverse, neutral. We also had to fix the rear brakes. Klaben was more then fair. The staff was courteous, and the manager was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Came in for my 30k service and I had a water leak coming in through one of my cab lights. How disappointed I was to learn that the Ford extended warranty did not cover a seal issue. Over a thousand dollars spent on an extended warranty and the first time I use it, it does not cover the repair. I will not make that mistake again. Bad job Ford Motor Co., Bad Job! I love Klaben and their staff. Top notch.
Ive been researching service departments for my 2016 F150 and decided after combing over reviews that I would see for myself Klaben Fords service. I went in for the typical oil change service but while they had it I asked if they would check into a slight vibration Ive been noticing. Mind you there are no lights indicating a problem, just my knowledge that something was amiss. After extensive diagnostics, plug check, coil check, compression check, etc, they determined that something in #8 cylinder was causing the issue. After pulling the head they found a piece of tape partially covering the fuel port limiting the amount of fuel into the cylinder causing a miss which created the vibration and or hesitation I was feeling. Thanks to them my new used truck, purchase 10 months ago, has been repaired and running better than ever.
The staff is great, and professional. The only reason why the rating is a 4 instead of 5 is because of scheduling. I scheduled online and when I showed up for my appointment, I was told there were multiple others that were scheduled at the same time. They would get to me when they could. I wasnt in a hurry so it wasnt a big deal, but still I thought thats why I scheduled online.

My navigation system was not working consistently. The dealership was very thorough, and after completing numerous test determined that it needed to be completely replaced. They gave me a car to use while this process was being completed. I received updates as often as needed and the manager called me to check on the success of the insulation after I received my car back.
My car was making noise when I would change lanes at high speeds. At first they couldnt find out where it was coming from. The service department kept working on my car until I was satisfied.
Service area is set up great, pull in like a valet service lane and they meet you and get you taken care of.
Klaben is the best!!!! Everyone there is so friendly and professional. The waiting area is top notch. Something as simple as having a window where you can look outside makes a world of difference. Front brake failed on a 2000 E250. They took the van in right-a-away and repaired the front brakes. They were very helpful and friendly.

I was glad to have the Takata airbag in my steering wheel finally replaced by recall eleven years after it was assembled into my car. I was also happy to have the DOT3 fluid flushed from my braking system by recall with DOT4 fluid. I did have some wheel paint removed during the operation by apparent leaking of the front calipers onto the inner rim surface.

Plan to sit for atleast 2 hours. They are extremely busy as a dealership. They have a room an patio to relax in while you wait. Did exactly what I asked am even got a free car wash.. But expect them to bug the hell out of you starting days after your visit for a review on google... Seriously like 2 emails an multiple phone calls.. Ugh.

THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME IN 2 WEEKS THAT THE AUTO START/STOP QUIT WORKING. THE CAR WAS IN YOUR SHOP EACH TIME FOR 2 DAYS. NOW THEY INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY UNDER MY NEW CAR WARRANTY AND I HOPE THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED. WHILE TYLER WAS POLITE AND TRIED TO KEEP ME INFORMED, MY TIME WAS UNNECESSARILY WASTED. MY 1ST TIME IN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TO INSTALL A BLOWER MOTOR.THEY HAVE BEEN AWARE OF BLOWER NOISE BUT IT NEVER WAS SOLVED . WHILE TYLER SAID THEY INSTALLED A NEW MOTOR, THE WORK ORDER DOES NOT SAY SO. IT SAID THE NOISE CAME BECAUSE THE CABIN AIR FILTER WAS NOT SEATED PROPERLY. WHY DID THEY NOT CORRCT THIS THE PREVIOUS TIMES I CALLED IT TO TYLERS ATTENTION? MY TIME WAS WASTED AGAIN AND TYLER COULD NOT AFFIRM IF THE BLOWER MOTOR WAS INSTALLED. I PERSONALLY DO NOT THINK IT WAS EVER CHECKED WHEN I 1ST BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR THE BLOWER NOISE.I HOPE SERVICE WORKS HARDER TO RECTIFY PROBLEMS THE 1ST TIME CUSTOMERS BRING THEM UP.
I visited Klaben Ford Lincoln in order to test drive a Mustang Mach-E. I was assisted in this process by Robert Simon, who was very accommodating and scheduled me to come in immediately. I ordered a Mach-E through Klaben via Fords web site, expecting delivery a few months later. Much to my surprise, the exact configuration I ordered showed up in Klabens inventory. I contacted Robert to see if I could purchase that one instead, and I did! Buying the car from Klaben was a very smooth and satisfying experience. Robert made sure all the details were taken care of and everything was ready from the moment I walked into the dealer. There was no attempt to sell me additional products and they made it clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority. Denise Alcorn in financing also provided an effortless experience in setting up the new Ford Options purchase plan, at the price that was originally agreed to with no surprise fees. When I inspected the vehicle before purchase, I noticed a manufacturing defect. Tom Alcorn from the service department came right out and inspected the car and agreed that it was a defect and, after conferring with the manager (who also was out there looking at the car with us) that they would note that they would replace or repair if I so desired as part of the purchase agreement. Robert delivered the car to my house and I signed the paperwork at home.Until now, I have always walked into a car dealer prepared to fight for my rights, endure numerous sales pitches, and work hard to avoid being scammed. Klaben Ford Lincoln provided the exact opposite - they were friendly, up front, and fair in everything they did as part of my purchase. Robert has continued to follow up to ensure my satisfaction, and I honestly dont know how the purchase could have gone any better.

During a routing tune-up a bolt was snapped and additional costs were incurred. Tyler communicated with us throughout the entire process and the service tech worked to get the fleet vehicle completed in time for it to be dispatched. The engineering on the 2017 Transit needs some work.
