I wrote multiple emails to Darryl VanNieuwenhuise, asking all kinds of questions, i mean a bunch, and he answered every single one, just awesome customer service.ended up with a H7 and H3 for my KTM 950 adventure with the euro headlight assembly. this bike struggles with stock lighting, and for me these bulbs made all the difference. previously had a HID bulb in the high beam and a stock type bulb in the low beam ( dont ask thought the high beam was supposed to be brighter), it sucked, even the HID, real yellowish light that lit everything up but it seemed like fuzzy light, cant explain it no other way, kinda like running around without your glasses off.the new lights from Cyclops Adventure Sports are super bright, clean white light, much easier to determine the edges and see down the road, loads better than my previous set up and further down the road. through all my questions i learned that the low beam bulb ( 4800 lumen H7) is brighter in this application than the high beam bulb ( 2800 lumen H3 ) this actually confused me as a assumed the high beam bulb would be the brighter of the two.i was concerned that i was going to blind oncoming traffic cause standing in front of the bike the thing just glows. after the first night ride i was very happy to see that the light was only lighting up the face of a oncoming driver just a bit just as i passed on a two lane road and the light wasnt all over the place, nice clean beam with a nice clean cut off. didnt get flashed once. could probably bring them up a bit more actually to get more light a bit further down the road but im good for now . just a great experience with a awesome company to work with, providing a superior product that even sounds really cool !!i even bought a H10 for my wifes bike !! next is the evolution safety turn signals if they will fit my stock 950 housings !! thank you guys, ill update sometime with some better pictures. the picture with what appears to be a bright spot in the middle is high and low beam, the other is just low and the third is the beauties in the housing. this is on a lighted residential street

Upgraded a stock Triumph motorcycle headlight to a Cyclops LED kit and the difference is amazing. For both easier riding after dark, and motorcycle visibility at all times, these kits are worth every penny. The instructions made installation a snap.

Replaced the headlight in my KTM 530 with one of the Cyclops units. Plug and play. Very straight forward with GREAT instructions. After nearly a year of off-roading in the southern New Mexico desert, the light went out. Im no genius at troubleshooting electrical issues but emailed some pics to Cyclops and Darryl walked me through what tests to run. And he did it right away- responded very quickly to my inquiry. At the end of the day, Cyclops is standing behind their product. I have not experienced such great customer service in a long time. Thank you Cyclops- you have a customer for life.

Best customer service in the market. They always stand by their product and are always willing to give advice. They never try to push items you don’t need. I’ve used both the explorer and the helmet light for several events/races and they were a life saver. 100% Would recommend the product to anyone looking to maximize the lighting in your factory housing or looking for additional light to add to the mix.

Absolutely the best off-road lights around. Customer service has been spectacular. Love this product and reliability. MY lights have been bulletproof and I crash allot!Just installed my 6th new product yesterday. 3 long range 20 degree running lights- amazing on my 1190. The Explorer has been a game changer on my TE450 which is set up for night racing.

After consulting customer service for the correct kit, installed two LED headlights in my Kawasaki Ninja 650R motorcycle. Installation was very easy with instructions that came with the kit. It was as simple as replacing an OEM headlight bulb. No having to remove the headlight housing from the fairing. The new LED bulbs are so much brighter than my old bright off-road bulb which is brighter than OEM bulb. After aiming, no one is flashing me.Fast-forward two years. Had a little problem with low-beam light. Contacted customer service and they went way above and beyond what they were legally required to do. Low-beam is working great again. Fantastic product and great customer service. Highly recommend this company who stands behind their products.

I accidentally ordered the wrong bulb for my Ktm, the staff here was super nice from the front end woman I spoke to, to the tech guy Daryl both were patient and friendly making sure my new bulb set up was the correct one . Great company great people highly recommended !!!!!!👍👍👍👍😀😀

I placed an order on line and when I called to get a status, I was lucky enough to get Taren on the phone. What a pleasure it is to speak with some who obviously loves her job. Bought 7000 lumen LED for 2008 Bonneville. It far out shines the OEM bulb. Easy to install. Has fan, many LED bulbs available do not offer this feature. Bulb has worked flawlessly for six months. High quality! This bulb is one of the brightest on the market. I called and talked with Cyclops Adventure Sports agent. He was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions. Thank you

Top notch lights. I have them on my 1190 and my super enduro. They turned the super enduro from a candle to usable. On the 1190 its probably saved my life a few times in traffic.

Wicked bright LEDs, Awesome, Easy to install, Competitively priced,,,But they dont last!I have burned out two on my R1200GS. The first one was replaced at no charge. The second one I have yet to replace, because Cyclops will only cover 50% of the cost. I have had them on the bike approximately 30000Km or 18600 miles.

I purchased a Cyclops LED headlight conversion kit for my KTM 1290 super adventure from a UK retailer. Had the kit fitted by my KTM dealer and experienced consistent lamp failure warnings, and no matter how much I tried, I couldnt clear the fault. The UK retailer was unresponsive, so I contacted Cyclops direct in Kent, WA 98031, USA to ask them for help.Through a number of e-mail communications including photos, Darryl couldnt have been more helpful. After some further investigating by the Cyclops techs, an improved driver was developed & Darryl sent me a new set which arrived in a week to my home in the UK.New drivers fitted & voila, no more faults!!Communication & customer care/service from Cyclops was outstanding.

The people at Cyclops are very friendly and after I dropped off my bike they got my Motorcycle LED headlight bulb installed and had me back on the road the next day. Great product and wonderful customer service.

I purchased several LED bulbs from Cyclops and they didnt even last a year, I contacted them to get the bulbs replaced and they refused. Tried to blame me for them failing Cant say anything good about a business that doesnt stand behind their products.I find it funny how you say something does not sound right here I suggest people reading this review be aware that Daryl was very rude and condescending to me when I tried to get a warranty replacement. I also suggest you reading the review by his relative with the same last name. Any company that needs to have family members write reviews should be a red flag to any consumer.

I bought a set of their led lights for my KTM.A very simple swop over from the oem lights which were very poor.Excellent light output from their lights. A very happy customer.6 months on, a fault occurred but the part was replaced in the most painless customer service transaction Ive ever had bearing in mind that its out of warrenty and we are separated by an ocean on 2 different continents.These guys are committed to their product.Well done guys and thank you Daryl.Would not hesitate to buy again and recommend to anyone considering their products.
