Very quick with their services here. Prices are fair. I like that they call to tell you your car is ready.The woman that took my info for an oil change was nice but the grumpy older woman that was there when I got back watch out for. Felt like she wanted to take my head off. Glad theres cameras every where lol.

This is a difficult one. Staff at Brimfield was most excellent. I cant say enough good things about them. However I ordered my tires online. Problems started immediately at checkout. Then I called customer service and they were useless. Useless I tell you. Absolutely useless. Thank goodness the Brimfield tire&auto staff handled all the problems and confusion with promt accuracy and with knowledgeable courteous service. Thanks again.

I was hit with a “carry in fee” for my tire installation all four tires. This fee is $10.00 each so an extra $40 that I had NO idea about. We have had tires installed from this Walmart with all our cars and this is the first time I’m ever seeing this fee. I was not told the price before. I had a appointment at Goodyear for the same day but I decided to go with that Walmart because it’s always cheaper we’ll I guess not. Goodyear gave me the price of $100 and I’m also able to get military discount on top of that so it would have been cheaper to go with Goodyear. I would sure like my $40 back especially since it was NEVER discussed. I’m very disappointed. I hope Walmart will rectify the situation but I won’t hold my breath. Not to mention they made a mess in my car with grease on my leather and liner and didn’t even clean up my rims.

I mean honestly if you wanted to just shop at Walmart then sure but if not spend the extra $50 to go to Conrads sit there drink pop eat popcorn and everything gets done that you need done with a video of your inspection I will never be going back there for tires theres a waste of $300 especially when I had to go buy and fill my own coolant

Not bad if you need a tire, just be sure to check what they are charging you for. They tried to add a warrenty on my bill without telling me.

Yes you can buy American made tires at Walmart! My quest to buy American took me to many websites and stores. I was surprised to find what I needed for my SUV at Walmart and of course at a good value. Look for the DOT numbers on the tire for manufacturing date, place and company.

Good service however a tend to be a bit slow. You will be waiting 2 to 3 hours for a service that will take a garage 1 hour.

They will not put on a tire unless they can check all my tires and my four-wheel-drive system that is total BS. The person on the phone said they have to check tire depth Before they’re allowed to put on a new tire.

Needed to purchase and have installed a new battery. It would have happened if only someone would have answered the phone. From noon til about4:30 I tried every 20min. Same at another nearby Wal-Mart. Dont waste your time. AutoZone price- matched their battery and installed it within 20min

S L O W service, but they are nice folks and fairly priced. Also, I brought new tpms sensors, they installed them in the wheels but did not snyc them to the system... come on man!

Auto Center put 4 new tires on my car and I barely made it home. Had my husband look at the car and found every single lug nut was loose.What kind of tire center puts new tires on a car without tightening the lug nuts?

Customer service was very poor, they mounted a set of directional tires with one in the wrong direction, and it was more expensive here than other local shops. The team didn’t seem like they knew a ton about what was actually going on, and when the manager came out to fix the directional tire, he didn’t even acknowledge me.

I went in after work with a flat tire. They helped me out even though it was close to the end of the day and they couldnt take appointments anymore. The wait wasnt bad at all considering they had to help the people who made appointments first! They ended up having to put my spare tire on. Very grateful. Awesome job!

Terrible service took them almost 3hrs for new tires and had to take it back to get me car rebalanced and they seemed more worried about their DoorDash order then the customers never again

Terrible service. I bought my tires here because I want the free service. I came today to have my tires rotated and they said that my tires were unable to be rotated because the front tread was in the red. I knew this wasnt true so I made them measure the tread in front of me and it was not in the red it was in the yellow. They just didnt want to do it. And they were trying to force me to buy two new tires. Dont buy tires from Walmart when its time to get the free service they can refuse you for any reason they can come up with. I recommend Kens auto in lakemore. Also the tires I bought at Walmart wore out so fast it would have been worth it to pay a little bit extra and go to a real tire shop in the first place. I guess the old adage is true you get what you pay for and Walmart tires are junk. buyer beware!

This was the second time out of many visits to this location that i was serviced.Most times they are too busy to service me.

Went for an oil change. Marked price was affordable, but they had a few hidden fees added so when the bill added up to almost $30 more, we werent happy. Then we had to come back up because they didnt reset the car so the engine light stayed on and it still said oil change needed.

The workers are really friendly and they were really fast, we have been to other locations and has sat for hours and hours, and we went to this particular location on a SATURDAY, and they still did a great job, and got us in and out, time will tell on the oil change, but they were priced RIGHT! They did not charge us for the extra oil (they offer 5 quarts for the price, and they gave us 6) and changed the oil filter. We usually go to take 5, but not having the money for a 40 dollar oil change we went here, out the door was 22 dollars and some change, and it was worth the 40 minute wait!

Though busy. They treated all customers with respect and had a positive attitude. They found and offered the best deal for what work I needed done. I am very happy with the service that I recieved and will gladly be coming back again.

Some of the nicest people Ive met in my entire life. If I would rate their niceness on a scale of 1-10 it would be a 9.5. Thats how nice they are. Seriously, Im talkin like crazy nice. They have showed me how to be nice to others, so not only do I buy things at Walmart, but Im also taught things here as well.

Went to get a new battery for my daughters car and got told that it will take a half hour. 1 1/2 hours later they got it done and when I wanted to pay they forgot (how stupid) to write the serial number down. They took it back into the garage to get the battery out, to find the SN ..... 2 hours later I wait now to pay.... I will definitely not go back to Walmart!!!!

I have tried calling the tire service center twice and have been hung up on both times before having the opportunity to talk to an employee. Obviously they don’t want my service so I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Gotta admit, after reading reviews on here I was hesitant and nervous about going but I was very pleasantly surprised. All the staff was very friendly, and put my new tires on fairly quick. I was first in line so that helped but it seemed to get busy quickly which is probably why people complain about the wait, but you would have that anywhere you go. Would recommend getting there 20 minutes before they open and being first in line if you dont want to wait. Will go there again in the future.

Ive had 2 warranty issues with my tires [not WMs fault] and both times this Kent Walmart has gotten me in and out quickly . Their Service Manager is very courteous and helpful.

They do a great job but they never reset the change oil light on my car or my daughters car, otherwise theyre good. Also can be a long wait theyre extremely busy.

Went into replace a tire they said it wouldn’t be problem. Then they talked me into buying a 2nd tire. I agreed to do 2 tires. Twenty mins later they call me up and say they can’t put 2 tires on because I need another. They refused to rotate the 2 new tires. It was against their policy. I said just forget it. The buying and rotated of tires was too complicated for the staff. As I was getting paperwork and keys to leave one of staff (300 lb obese male) made a smart comment. My husband started to reach across the counter. What business starts fights with customers? So UNPROFESSIONAL. Obviously the staff & mechanics are not very experienced. If just need a battery test or bird feces cleaned off your windshield then this is the place to go. Otherwise I HIGHLYRECOMMEND going to a tire store that does this every day. Sometimes tires need to rotate to the back or front, or you may need new tires all together. But whatever you do make sure it’s a 1 step plan otherwise it is over their head.

I didnt even get a car checked there, but I went back to have my key copied a few times and it took almost 40 minutes. Another person was there waiting on a car visibly angry at the wait, and there seemed to be like 4 people that worked there around...

You would think that having the ability to change tires...they would have a supply of valve stems....and not tell a customer the manager has to order some....just sayin

The Kent/Brimfield has the WORST customer service and they literally are the slowest people! How does it take 3 hours for a oil change- either they need to hire Competent employees

Nice clean store everyone likes to help. We have another Walmart down the street from us on Arlington road in Green, but service and store isnt that good, so we rather drive miles out of the way to this one.

Extremely disappointing. After waking up early to be sure that I was the first person there on a Friday morning I was told they could not help me because they needed three employees to open and the third guy failed to show up for work. It was 45 minutes until they could find somebody to stand at the desk and check cars in. Poor service.***UPDATEAfter finally getting my car into the shop for a standard oil change they informed me that they had to use synthetic oil on my vehicle. I again requested a standard oil change and was told they could not do that due to the vehicle requirements. This is not true. I have used other walmart auto centers and have never had an issue with getting a standard oil change. I will not be returning.

Brought my 2008 Jeep Patriot in to get all 4 tires replaced. They called me as I was leaving the store and said that they couldnt get one of my lug nuts off. I took my car somewhere else and had them use a blow torch to remove it, but it also removed the stud and damaged my rim. Long story short Walmart wanted to send me somewhere else to get a new stud for $90 before they could replace my tires. They told me that they didnt want to replace my tires, not that they werent comfortable doing it. It took over four hours before I could even get the lug nut removed and it should have only taken an hour for the whole job if they couldve gotten the lug nut off. Needless to say I will NOT be using Walmarts Auto Services again.

Went to get a simple oil change and a spare tire moved from the front passenger to the back side until I could get it replaced under warranty. Was told told it would be 1hr to 11/2. Apparently it was lunch time and they dont have enough sense to stagger the their lunch between the 8 guys they had working to keep things moving. Have never seen guys moving so slow with no sense of urgency at work. After 2 1/2 hrs of waiting and watching guys stand around i asked how much longer and the manager was completely rude and told me there were ppl in front of me thats why the wait was so long but there were only 2 oil changes ahead of me. The frustration of waiting that long with my 2 yr old who was ready for a nap got to me so just got my car and left. I recommend going to a valvaline or 10 min lube and save yourself the hassle.

They are changing the whole store around. Its very confusing because i use to know Whare everything was now im on a hunt. Just pack a meal you will be there a while. Other than that i like the people they are very curtious. An helpful

Wait time is horrible everytime I give they say theres 4 cars in line but only 1 Bay being used, I needed a oil change. The lube Bay was empty, 3 guys working on one car doing tire change, I said 1 of them cant pull my car in to do a oil change she said about 2 hours wait???

Have been on hold for 20+ minutes and have not even talked to a person other than the operator that keeps transferring me. Very frustrating and horrible customer service. (told the operator I have been transferred 4 times now and was just transferred again) Really would give zero stars but thats not an option. Extremely frustrated

Wow a former employee I had went with to have tires changed was told they couldnt do his tires on a Dodge Grand caravan because they couldnt lift the van! Mind you we had the van lifted in my driveway to swap front to back and we used the jack from the van its self! Seriously Walmart mechanics? You have car lifts and Jacks!

One of the worst experiences ever, they swapped my tires with another car and they tried to convince me that i had the wrong tires when i came in so it wont fit in my car . they made wait to hours, and when I ask them they say we are working on the car now, while the car is parked outside! Save your time and money and go to any other place.
