This AutoZone auto parts store in Kent and many others that Ive been to are very very poor excuses for auto parts stores. I do not understand how there are so many good comments about them it must be from people who are very inexperienced with auto parts and need very minimal help I have been given the wrong parts many many times one store differs from the next on what part is right for the job my Ford ranger actually had to have the transmission replaced because of the AutoZone telling me the wrong kind of transmission fluid three different times . They treat me with disrespect and I know many other people whove had the same experiencealready too late and of course no accountability by them

I wanted to thank Jesse the supervisor at the kent locationHe was fantastic and helped us while a disgruntled customer was flipping out on him over a battery she just bought instead of researching her vehicle and possibly could be the alternator why her battery is dead. I told him thank you for being an outstanding employee and after being screamed at he still has a smile on his face. He needs apromotion for dealing with people like that !!

This is place is nice but return policy is just spits on the face of customer. I bought a tool box but when opened it, I realized that the box is made in very fragile way so that it will be broken after couple of times. I come to the store but they were just insisting that I can’t return it, because I opened it and used it. I don’t recommend this place, very bad experience, definitely will never buy from Autozone.

I just went for blue work towels. Theyre on sale 2 for 6 which is not bad but theyre cheaper at advanced auto parts but advanced is closed . Thats why they got 4 and not 5. Step your game up

The store itself is your standard AutoZone store with the typical layout. The biggest problem that Ive had with this location is that the technical knowledge of the people working here is non-existent. While running in to grab some oil I overheard a number of conversations between customers and the sales associates and nine times out of ten they could answer the question. I had a minor question myself regarding the difference in US/EU 0W20 and they couldnt answer it. Then proceeded to tell me it should be fine for my car. After working on aircraft for a number of years I know that these small details can make a large difference. The very least the guy couldve done was look up in the system to see what I needed to use without me having to ask. I remember that when I used to go to AutoZone and the sales associates had a competent knowledge of vehicles.

The employees inside were very welcoming and helpful with all of our questions. Cassie went above and beyond by not only helping us find the correct battery size, but completely installed it into our car. Great customer service! Very impressed by Stephen the assistant manager! Im a manager of a salon and I truly believe that he should be the actual store manager he was very professional and attentive to his customers the only negative that I would have to say is that I think that the store manager was a bit unprofessional and he should be store manager!!! My daughter was in a fender bender this morning, and when I went to rescue her my car started to sputter. Chris took excellent care of us, fixed my car (new coil) for less than $50. He pointed us in the right direction for body parts and work on daughters car. I have always received excellent service from this store but today Chris was a rock star!

This place is amazing!! I pulled in with a flat tire from a screw that had fallen out and left with a patched and fully aired up tire. I made it home safely. Thank you to Ben who really came through when I needed help. I will be back to this store for all my needs (even though I live 20 minutes away).

Same as other AutoZone, they want to help a lot but it really take them a lot of time to attend each customer, guess what if you get there and there is a line of 5 or 6 persons your estimate time there will be 30min. They have great customer service but not enough people to attend. They need even more people or a better operative system in their computers.

Today I called, lady picked up and said can u please hold? And put me on hold before I would even respond; then she picks up asked what I needed...etc at the end tells me that she has what I need; but instead of finishing helping me out she says I have a line I need to put you on hold. (I’m diving to the store where I’m at hold I’m at least 5min away) when I arrive the lady I was speaking to on the phone with was outside having a smoke with a friend, not only does she take her time into finish her smoke but there Are NO customers in store😡😡😡 SMDH

Jeremy went out of his way and drilled a hole for my licence plate. It didnt appear an inconvenience but was immidetly willing to help. No such help with two surrounding competitors.Ill be going to AutoZone for my hardware needs.Thanks Jeremy :-)

Worst store to ever go to I will definitely not be returning. If your ordering a part do not trust it will be there when they say it will. I ordered a part on Saturday they told me it’d be there Tuesday afternoon and when I showed up they said it had been canceled. I was not called and informed of this so was told they would order it again and it should be here the next day (today) around 9-10am. I call at 10 and she says it’s not there and should be there at noon so I call again at noon and she says any minute. I call again at 1pm and am told they don’t know where it is and don’t know anything about it and was told there is A lot of new people working. So apparently training there is horrible and I don’t understand why they have someone ordering things if they don’t know what they are doing. I now have to cancel my trip this weekend because they don’t know how to do there job. I would suggest just going to O’Reillys

Will never and repeat, never shop here again!I called them at noon and order the caliper to deliver to the store because they didnt have it in stack. A girl over the phone said that it will be here at 4pm. Nobody call me at all. At 6pm I went to the store and a guy told me that it was canceled. I asked why it was cancelled? He said because I didnt pay for it. I asked, why nobody told me that I have to pay over the phone in order to get it order? The worker didnt have answers.They deceive you and dont care about you. I could get my parts some other places if they would told me that they dont give a f... about. They will waste your time, and their products not any better or less expensive than many other places!

Horrible!!!! horrible!!!The cashier was actually doing her best and when she asked the lady in charge for help with my discount the manager told me off! Told me I was wrong. I told her that no it is policy and she raised her voice and told well thats too bad we wont do that at this store.I encourage you all to stay away from this place especially if the fake blonde is working when you walk in.

Went in here to get an air filter cleaning kit for the truck. One staff member got annoyed because she had to look up from texting on her phone to answer a question I had. The other person working - when I asked him if he would mind making sure this is the filter I need said he DID in fact mind. This is the closest auto parts store to my house but they will not receive my business again.

Very helpful staff! my windsheild wiper failed and bent itself. the staff help me undo the bad wiper bar and fitted a new wiper blade for my functioning wiper and help straighten it out. its raining like crazy no way i would of made it home without their assistance.

So AutoZone has screwed me over several times. It is not just this specific store. But recently I had a bypass hose blow on my 1985 toyota truck. I went in to get the part, they searched it up on the computer and gave me the part but the hose was a completely different size on the truck than what I was given. So I tried NAPA and had better luck finding the right hose. I would personally recommend NAPA for getting parts as they have way more options when it comes to hoses especially.

Went in to buy several parts for a vehicle. The woman who finaly helped me was more irritated that she actually had to do something. Then as shewas looking up the parts she had no knowledge of them. When I asked if both shocks came In the box she said no. When I showed her what I found online she saw that it was the exact same one she showed me and it in fact did come with two. She us not the only employee there that Ive had a bad experience with. What has customer service come to? The employees not only have no knowledge in any of the products they have they also are rude and dont care about the costumer. I do t ever rate a place I go to but ive had so many bad experiences at this particular store to not say anything. But even if you know what you want dont think youll be in and out. Not at this place. It will take at least 15 min to check out. They are in no hurry to help any one.

Rarely do I 1 star. Had a 2 second transaction. Got my item and was ready to pay in under a minute. Got to the front of the line and 2 people with tills were helping people reasearch products online, and another 3 workers were either running around or restocking. Waited for 10 minutes and my daughter had wet her pants. Got so fed up, I asked can someone ring me up? to one persons reply uhh were all working. 10 minutes in line and still no one to ring me up, even with 3 other people restocking. Couldnt even RESEARCH on another till and ring me up on the active one. No sense of customer service.
