Had a great experience today with my battery being replaced. Unfortunately I forgot to get names but was in there today between 12 and 12:30. Great crew and quick service.

The manager here goes above and beyond for his customers. I came in with a dead battery right as the were closing and he stayed personally to help me out and make sure I could get up and running.

If I could give it zero stars I would first they charged me $80 over the phone and then when I got there they said it was $100 this was the second time they upped the price on me when I walk in there and then they change my transmission mess that up mind you it was a brand new transmission for a 2005 Acura TL next time I go there they fix my power steering pump and they loosen my antifreeze clamp and my car overheats and smokes I would not suggest this place because all they do is make issues forYour car to get your money also they kept all my fluid I went to the store and payed for

This place was the greatest knowledgeable friendly staff. The tech took out my old battery which was extremely difficult and put the new one in. And wouldnt take my tip 😂

Great customer service I had a couple of deep cycle batteries. They were auto craft brand that I bought a year ago from another advance go bad and for some reason they weren’t in the system. no questions asked they warranty them. They also had the giant cans of brake cleaner which you don’t see every day . Advance auto has my business thanks again

Went to 3 separate auto parts stores in less than 30 min they replaced wiper blades and installed headlight bulbs for a hard to fit model will always trust this store great customer service

I had a car battery installed at this location. Larry was the representative who installed the car battery for me. The individual was unprofessional and scraped the paint off of the firewall inside the engine compartment. The individual had quite colorful language as well as a lack of competence dealing with a simple battery removal and installation. I would not recommend getting your battery replaced by this individual.

This auto parts store has a HomeTown feel to it. Reminded me of the old auto part stores from the early 80s. Everyone there is very friendly and even more helpful.It helps that the warehouse is in the same location as the store. The prices are comparably the same as any other auto parts.

Ordered parts online because I needed them. Order processed and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I went to the Kent 212th store the employee was locking the door, smiled, and said we are closed.I explained that no modified schedule online is listed and that I needed the part which was already paid for and sitting on a shelf. Instead of grabbing it he just blew me off.Tried to cancel it with the phone number for customer service. It was 5:30 PM now. After going through the IVR a we are closed, message came played explaining that I should call back Between the hours of 8:00AM - 8:00 PM for my time zone. I guess using Advanced(Auto) math 5:30 PM doesnt fall into that category.Poor customer service and work when you feel like it attitude. After an hour on hold I was able to cancel my order the next day.

The clerk was a great help. Even though they couldnt physically help change the part because of Covid-19, they explained very well how to do it.

Ive been to this store twice now where Im in need of a part last minute and show up JUST before they close. Not when they close but a few minutes before. But they have all their lights off. And the doors locked. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Hidden place in Kent but the associate who helped me was knowledgeable; he even helped replaced windshield wipers.

The service was good.. Prices not so much. They wanted to charge over $9 for a single brake light bulb taken from a bulk box, not even individually packaged. This was more than twice what I eventually paid elsewhere for a Sylvania branded bulb.

Great fast service. Found what I wanted very quickly and employees were courteous and helpful. A little hidden but well located.

Says they close at 7:30 get there at 7:10 and they have the doors lock and would not give me the part that I ordered and needed that night $100 just a funk me over never shopping here again make shift sciences that close at 7:00 p.m. but they cant update their information

4 stars for parts, 0 stars for customer service!!!The bald white guy needs to get out if a customer facing environment. Twice now, he has had a REALLY negative attitude, plus he always takes the best parking spot with his over-polished, mediocre Camaro / Challenger / whatever, who cares car.

These guys always have either online or instock what I need when everyone else around either falls short, will take too long delivering, or are expensive for the same part, and they almost always give me a discount on top of the part price, thanks Advance!
