The ShiftPower Throttle Controller is an Awesome upgrade to my Acadia. It was more than I expected, the response time is unbelievable. It makes pulling out into traffic so much smoother and fast. My family doesnt mind driving my car now. Birthdays are coming up I know this will be the only thing on the list.

Over 48hrs after placing a order they dont even provide tracking or update on the shipment. Then proceed to tell me if its urgent I needed to contact them to let them know. I would not do business with this company.

Bought a new cluster for my 2005 GMC Yukon and it worked like new, no issues whatsoever. Sent in my old unit and activated limited lifetime warranty. Totally recommend!

I replaced the instrument cluster on 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500. I wasnt going to do it myself, until I saw the You Tube video. The website verified that I had the correct part, and the new unit snapped right in, and worked just like it was supposed to. If I was doing it again, I would probably just take out my existing panel and send it in to be rebuilt. It wasnt doing me any good where it was, anyway.

Finding a reputable and honest business is hard and time consuming these days but this place has AMAZING customer service and very fast shipping, what more can you ask for? I will definitely be using this business more and recommending to friends and family. I can finally see what gear Im in in my yukon 😊

They probably do a fine job of repairing clusters, but in my case they sent the wrong part and when I returned it I was charged a 20% restocking fee. Hope you get the correct item the first time.

I am a non-mechanic but after watching google “how to” I said I can change out my instrument gauge cluster. Ordered cluster fro ISS and received in 5 days. Took all of 20 minutes to replace. All gauges and lights now work! I am so happy. Thank you ISS!

They were prompt and thorough. I’ll try to do the same in this review, but I’ll fail for sure.The infotainment/radio screen was black and unresponsive. I went to many people they all wanted $700 or more and one dealer wanted $2700 for parts and labor. My car is a 2014 Chevy Suburban, I wasn’t about to spend 10% of my vehicle’s worth to fix it. (2020 September is the date this was written) So I went to BestBuy and paid about 600$. The thinking was that I’ll get an apple car play and it’ll be an upgrade. Wrong. They put in an aftermarket radio, the sound was straight garbage. Something about premium systems not working well with aftermarket units. I didn’t know what to do. So I googled my car’s info again and ISS showed up, so I gave them a call. I sent them my stock unit so I could just plug it back in when I returned the unit to Best Buy. That cost me about $550 with shipping and all. I have a warranty for life. The radio sounds at least 100 times better than with the aftermarket radio. Not exaggerating at all by the way. They are pleasant people to work with and are responsive to emails and phone calls. I’m very glad I found them and shout out to Sara McPhee I really appreciate all the help. I’m very happy with my unit it’s like brand new.I knew I’d fail to be quick to the point, but I believe I was at least thorough.I highly recommend this company.The End

I highly recommend ISS Automotive. Luckily I found ISS Automotive to help replace my cluster and HVAC. I thought it was electrical issues, but they helped me troubleshoot. After several back and forth emails they guided me on the best solution. Not only were they very helpful, but the cluster and HVAC worked perfectly. The package was a foam protective box so made it simple to send back my old core. I am grateful for their help. I placed the order and was at my door step in about 3 days. Was a great experience.
