Terrible customer service. The woman I spoke with was very demanding, and extremely impatient. She didnt show any desire to help me at all. responded with rude snappy remarks when I politely gave her a simple suggestion to help make her search easier.

Bought a used battery for our van, 35 bucks is way better than paying full retail. The guy who helped us was nice and knew what he was doing.

I used to know the old owners son which when we went for a tire it was easy . New owners now Im not sure about the name yet or if its family owned or any details about it yet but there was a lot of people for sure.

Known James and Gary for many years. Great people and great prices. Yard is clean, and will always be my first call for used auto parts. I run a shop in town and it is important to have great and fast service for me.

This is the worst place you could buy transmission. If you want to die quickly buy the transmission here. I experienced the worst customer service. The worst of the worst people in the world. They should not open any business unless its hell.

Very surprised to have such a pleasant interaction today! I love Binford anyway and never have any issues, but Beatriz did a great job of making the transaction a great one. She was polite, helpful, and even hooked me up on the parts I purchase.

The part I wanted was there and perfect as advertised. The price was great. I like the cars are set on concrete instead of mud or rocks.?

Most of these supposed “5 Star” ratings have to be fake.They mention “good customer service”...then their standards of good must be very low. They do not care about you. It shows in their speech. It shows in their body language. It shows in their pricing.I’ll say the good first. The yard is very clean. You don’t have to deal with mud or small lakes of water. Selection is pretty good. Tire shop is very good. This is probably the crown jewel of this place with great prices and service.Now for the bad. They have no set pricing like most other yards. It’s fly-by-night, ho-hum, let me see how I feel today pricing. So, the danger with that is, you spend the time to go find the part, pull it, and bring it to the counter, and the price given is way too high. Might as well bought it new, or from eBay. There are reviews that say they give you deals...I have never seen that. Maybe to their friends or something. I’ve been frequenting here for five years, and I am very selective on what I get now. I ask them BEFORE I go pull it, so I don’t waste my time.i used to go to Budget next door all the time until these guys bought them out.As en example, 2006 AUDI A4 ECU $200.Floor mats $50... not cleaned, and you still have to go and find it yourself.I was talking to this guy in the yard one day who was looking for a Honda Accord 02 sensor. I helped him out on where the location was and how to pull it. He thanked me, and said jokingly (but not really) that he was gonna steal it because they steal from him all the time with their pricing. I asked him how much they wanted for the 02 sensor, and he said $50!! He didn’t seem to tech savvy, so I whipped out my phone and showed him a brand new one from Amazon for $18.99. He was shocked. Then said thanks, and continued to pull the part and said with a smile “We’ll see what happens...”. So, I don’t know how that panned out.Bottom line: Call ahead or ask at the counter and get them to commit to a price before you even commit to pulling it. They have no pricing standard. Most of the time, be prepared to go somewhere else.

They have great customer service, I was having a hard time remove the glass that I needed for my Jetta they came to my rescue & helped me get them out! I would definitely recommend them if your in need of car parts that are a reasonably priced, there the ones!Thank you

Good place to sell scrap car

Apparently they charge full price for used parts; Unlike other auto wrecking yards that realize they are selling “used” parts off of a wrecked vehicle.. Won’t be going back there.

Old school wrecking yard

Call before you go to see what cars they have, some parts they can even tell you if theyve been taken through their tracking system. A little pricey for most parts in my opinion but usually willing to haggle if you make your case.

I called them twice to make sure that the part I need is there. They told me yes they have it. Had to drive for two and a half hours.When I came to place there was no parts. Also the worker are really rude and unhelpful (bold guy with a beard).

Budget cars and AAA were absorbed by Binford Wrecking. Two yards were shot down for parts so the parts office and the only one is located were former AAA was.They are still selling parts but it is limited to just this yard.It is not what it used to be three independent yards.Parts inventory is limited since looks like they just want to crush cars and not interested in selling parts.

Ive never had a problem with Binford you go look for what you want and pull it with your tools then pay on the way out.

Best place for parts so clean and well kept.

Very overpriced, it seems like they forgot they sell used parts and not new ones. I pray that one day Pick N Pull buys these guys out. me and my brother went there spend hours and waist of time

Great if you need some parts for your car depending on what you need. You do have to take the parts out yourself as I expected. Was very surprise at how organized and clean it was for a junk yard. Will come back again if needed before I buy online or dealership.

RIP OFF! Way too expensive!! This is a yard where YOU pull the parts yourself, and the parts are USED!! Examples:Radiator cap NEW - $6.99 Autozone / HERE USED $58th Gen Civic PCM - USED Ebay, Amazon - $49 - $89 / HERE USED $1508th Gen Civic Radiator Overflow Reservoir NEW - $8.99 Parts.com / HERE USED $204th Gen Ram 1500 pillar trim NEW - $1.99 Amazon / HERE USED $10 each.This place is completely insane on its pricing. The only good thing about this place is the Tire Shop. Very good pricing so far...Avoid this place unless you absolutely have to...and youll be paying like you have to. Ill just wait the extra day or two and order from Amazon for now, or make the drive to Pick-n-Pull.

Amazing junkyard. Good selection and great deals to be made. They let you pull the parts yourself and often give deals. Bring some cash though, they charge a fee for Debit/Credit.

The yard is clean. Not struggling with dirt and gravel.

Pulled my parts was in and out. If you want to have them pull it its a good possibility for a delay.

Fantastic Service, dont try to walk between yards though.

Been coming here for years, but suddenly today they decide to ban me because I tried to get a refund for something I didnt even buy. If youre shopping here, just beware that these guys are really stingy. They dont negotiate too well and they dont accept returns at all. Its a shame cause it didnt used to be this way. For some reason since this year, theyve been putting profits before their customers.

The best thing I can say about this place is DISHONEST! I bought a manual transmission that I didnt know if would fit, they knew that the chance I would return was high, and they told me that I could return. When I got there to return it they noticed me that I had to pay 25% restocking fee, means that I would pay about $200 to return it.

Saw a bunch of cars that had my part in second yard end of road yard but they said that was for recycling... Then I went to other yard first as you come in and they dont have any of those vehicles... I just need one simple part an they want to be complicated...smh bad service
