They do not keep warranty info so if u ever need to replace a lifetime part you have to keep your recept from 10 to 15 years ago Ill never buy parts with napa again autozone keeps all records in there computer and never have any issue with warranty

Hadmany cars serviced over the years. Always use NAPA parts. I get the lifetime warranty stuff. Now with over 200k on two vehicles its paying off.
