I went there for an Uber inspection. He told me that there was “clicking” from one of my axles when the car turned. Gave me no specifics of what it was but gave me a price. I was suspicious and had it checked by 2 other mechanics who, like me heard nothing. I felt like I was being extorted. Just had my inspection completed at an honest shop.

Originally brought my car for Uber eats inspection then I was told that my brake pads and rotors in the front need to be replaced. I was quoted $380 for just the front brakes and rotors. I purchased my own from Amazon and brought them in. They do not warranty the pieces because it is not from them. I purchased my own warranty from Amazon to pair with the rotors. I brought my vehicle in at 8 AM on Tuesday and they were finished by 10:30 AM! I had my front brakes and rotors and Uber eats inspection done on the same appointment.

They did a good job on my highlander with a good price will recommend this shop they specialized in japanese cars

Horrible customer service. Went there twice to get my oil checked. Told me to come back tomorrow because they were busy. So I came back the next day. And he said the same thing. Don’t waste your time going to them.

I have been a loyal customer of saggu because my dad is friends with the guys father. When the shop first opened, these guys were so nice but as they got more and more business their customer service, professionalism has gone down. It really took me by surprised when i checked my motor oil and it was so dirty and i had gotten my oil changed by them. They use a low quality motor oil so they can benefit the most out of their service and charge. Even though i was a loyal customer, i will never go back to these guys again and you are much better to go to jiffy lube . Sure jiffy lube might be 20 bucks more expensive but at-least they are quick, and more importantly transparent to their customers. you get a higher quality motor oil and they value your buisness

Took in my Ford Ranger for loss of power and shifting issues. They correctly diagnosed it as transmission failure and gave me a good priced quote. They were fast and courteous and after deciding to not repair my truck, they did not charge me to diagnose it. Will definitely return with future car issues.

Best automotive repair shop I’ve ever been too and the only automotive repair shop I’ll go too. Been going here since 2011-2012 when they first opened and never had a problem with them. They are honest and the prices are one of the best in town. 100 percent recommended. The only thing is they are always so busy so you usually have to call ahead of time to drop off your car. They are opening a new building right next to the current one and they said that should help with capacity.

Great service. Labor is a bit expensive but they allowed me to take my car while waiting on my part. Didnt require any down payment or payment information at all for that matter. Took a little longer to get the part bc of the covid-19 pandemic but they were quick to finish the job. Over all Aplus you guys thank you very much.

Honest guys whom I have come to trust. Their repair on my Honda CR-V came out just the price I expected, based on an internet survey I did and using the good brand parts that was mentioned in multiple such surveys. They didnt ask me to get unnecessary checks done either.

Best Automotive shop in Kent! They do great work, on time and did my timing belt at half the cost of dealer.They are very busy so you may have to wait a bit but certainly worth it.
