I really enjoyed the spiritual feel of the store including the interaction between the customers themselves, the staff working at this facility and the interaction between the employees. I would come back to this establishment first and foremost because of the human interaction. They offer high quality parts, tools and equipment as well

Visited 9/2/2021I went in and asked for a part, the lady said that the part wasn’t available and she had to order it out of state.. so I leave it’s 8:15 and they close at 9… as I am sitting in my car seeing if they have the part online or at any other stores, they turn off the open sign 45 min early. The website says it has the part so I call to confirm and I get placed on a hold of 6 minutes because the person said he was helping a client all while I’m watching him sit there.. so I hang up and they answer immediately and I ask why the part they told me is not available is available online to pick up the next day and she continues to tell me it’s not accurate and she does not have that part. Super frustrating and truly not really helpful. Not coming back here at all.

Great staff, I really appreciate the time they took to locate the wrench I needed to get my job done.

This is a great parts store! Not only hooked me up with the parts I needed but had a couple tools I needed and on top of that it was bucket day and I got a $23 discount! Im super glad this is almost next to my work.

Napa leaves you hold for 15 minutes while they help other customers. I was told my parts would be in Thursday, then Friday, and now they are saying check tomorrow. Each time I check it takes several calls and long wait times to check on the order. I am out of car until the parts come, but I am so frustrated I cancelled the order. I am never buying anything with Napa again. Cost me another 2 days without a car.

I dont know why I bother.. I needed a cylinder hone kit, rep (keeping name off for his sake) states it shows we have one in the store but that means I have to go look for it.. me ok, can I get that or is that going to be a while? him well we might only have one of the pieces so I dont know.... Half the people act like they dont want to be there, the ONLY time i get good service is with Izzy, but havent seen him in a while. Two stars only for Izzy being of help so many times. Otherwise its 15 min hold times and constant attitudes on the phone.

Best parts store EVER. The only place that can actually get parts for my antique that was only produced for 8 years. Employees are very skilled they will not as stupid questions.

I am giving 1 stars because the last few times I have come in here they have been busy and never acknowledging the fact you are even in line, saying I will be with you soon or nothing. I stood in line for 22 minutes today for a return I needed to do and was not happy that no one even said anything to me when there was like 10 workers who walked right past me in line. I was just there 4 days ago with a very similar experience and I am not very happy about it. I asked for help and they didnt want to help me the last time I was in there so its fine. I will just take my business elsewhere then unfortunately because I would of liked to kept coming here. I also was told I got my AAA discount and I did not which made me mad cause he took my number and entered it in the computer and everything so thats frustrating.

These people know their parts! After Jiffy Lube told me that I was missing my oil dipstick, I panicked! I drove directly to NAPA where I learned that my BMW did not have a dipstick. What a relief. Thank you NAPA Auto Parts employees for your very kind assistance.

Lazy employees, 20 minute wait to be “helped” only to be turned away because according to the lady coolant leaked on my alternator and that voids my warranty... I can say with 100% surety there are no coolant leaks on my 04 cobra.

Online order I store pickup up was fast and easy. My order was ready in 30 min tops. They seem to have a bit more knowledge then the people at those other auto part stores. I wont mention any names.

Glad to see plexiglass at the counter and masks required and social distancing enforced. Found what I was looking for and counter persons were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was there this last black Friday to get brake pads and I got to say the people working there were nice and helpful complete opposite of Oreilly, dont get me wrong there is nice people there too but not always as helpful, plus the place is very nice and clean

Josh (Walker) was so extremely helpful to me today I wanted to make sure that I reached out and let NAPA know how appreciative I am. I was unable to find something and was in a dire need and he took the time to help me figure out a resolution. He went above and beyond for me by spending an extended amount of time helping me. I was able to resolve my problem and went back to let him know how much I appreciated his help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me. Josh at the Kent location on S. 180th deserves more stars than five. Thank you so much!

If you need anything for vehicle, they probably have it. The staff here is generally friendly and helpful as well.

This Location is by far the worst of all of them! They put you on hold forever just to look for a part that I had already paid for. Tim and Staff need better customer service training. I loved coming here till now. I usually dont leave bad reviews on places like this but they really just got under my skin, being rude and dealing with me the way they did. I advise people to stay away from this location 🤷🏻‍♂️

Decent service but the best part about this place is the huge attached warehouse. Even if you cant find it on the shelves, just ask and they probably have it in stock. Plenty of free parking right outside.

Pretty good over all got lots of help from a staff member, he did what he could to help me find what I was looking for . In the end they did not carry what I needed They only carry one sheen of clear coat that is not textured. Plus it was almost closing time and the employee was happy to help. I didnt feel like I was being hurried along so they could close up. Thanks NAPA

Izzy montes is an awesome guy. He Help me find my brake pads for my boat trailer. He took his time to find the pads & he got it. I really appreciate your help my friend. Other auto parts stores didnt give a time of the day. He is very helpful & much appreciated.

Darrel the assistant manager of the front store was super helpful and willing to help me. I dont know cars. At all. He changed my lights out for me and told me a little about my battery and how to fix a few things. Definitely great employees here!

Tried to stop by for wiper blades, first place I have ever been where I have to go to the counter to look up the correct size. Stood in line for 5 minutes making eye contact with at least 6 employees, nobody could be bothered to help me. Will not be comming back and will no longer recommend this place to clients at my shop.

Ran up here to get 2 quarts of oil. 6 people standing in line FOREVER with ONE poor cashier working. Took her yelling for help to get 2 other cashiers wandering around in back to come up front. The wait is way too long here. Employees dont seem at all concerned about the line backing up, taking their sweet time

Really helpful, knowledgeable staff, more so than most auto part stores Ive been to, and a huge warehouse connected to the shop. Im guess a distribution hub of some kind. If youre in the area, and not 100% sure what you need, they will help you out.

Been going to this location for many years, it appears they got rid of cashier, and wait times can be quite long for any customer service. On the plus side this is a warehouse location and has unequalled inventory. Just be prepared to spend a longer than usual time in store.

Extremely slow on the phone and in store. Prepare to be on hold and wait in line for long periods of time. No sense of urgency from anyone. Warehouse is large and has everything I need generally and prices are good and I like the quality. Management needs to work on some team training and have employees communicate better.

Always helpful and a great return policy, too, for those little mistakes I like to make in picking my parts....

Unhelpful!Bought a battery tie down to secure my battery to the car. Went to the service desk and asked for some help installing it, since I dont own the right tool.Wouldnt help, not at all... Even rude about it too.Ive been to many other auto parts stores, and theyve always been helpful. Especially for a quick job like this one.Dont expect me to come back to this place anytime soon

Twice Ive ordered online for ease of pickup...only they dont find my orders . Fortunately they were able to duplicate my order but they are understaffed. Phones on hold and customers leaving due to the wait. Felt bad for the staff. Retail isnt easy....

Exchanged a voltage regulator without questions. They had my synthetic oil at $4 off the regular price!

Lots of folks working, but no one available to help me took a while to get someone to talk to. I get it if theyre busy but they were only two other customers. It seems like the lunch hour right after lunch isnt a good time to visit.

Also after reading a number of other reviews i wanted to say i have been coming to this store for at least 20 years, i also use napa thru my work, and they are also the local napa warehouse its rare they done have your parts available, sure they can be busy, and it can take time, but any place has busy times. And even then i have had a good experience!!!

Paxton was horribly unprofessional and found it appropriate to to use as much fowl language as possible. All the while managing to flirt with his coworker and speak down to the gentleman that was helping me all at the same time. Such a great multitasker.He is a complete jerk.
