This was my first experience buying a car and I was looking for a reliable used vehicle. After coming across a 2009 Toyota Highlander on the Dependable Pre Owned Cars website, my husband and I decided to go out to look at the vehicle. Brent and Tracy we’re really great to work with! They let us test drive the car (along with another vehicle we were considering) and they had no problem allowing us to take it to a dealership to get it looked over.Ultimately, Brent went above and beyond by meeting us halfway with repairs, and it’s clear from his cooperation with us that he was much very invested in doing honest business with us. We’ve had the car for 4 months now without any issues, so I can confidently say I’m pretty happy with our purchase!Also, it’s worth adding that Brent and Tracy were able to apply for our vehicle’s tag and registration so that it could be mailed to us without us having to go into tag office in person. That itself was a huge convenience because I had a newborn at the time and my husband had a busy work schedule.All in all, we’re pretty happy and we might even buy again from them in the future! I love my Highlander and I highly recommend doing business with these guys.

I found Brent online and call him to inquire about a 2012 Acura TL. He was very transparent, patient and answered all my questions. There were no haggling, or dragging things out. Very honest and down to earth. The car was everything promised as i have now owned it over a year now with no issues. I recently purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from Brent. I found a posting for it via Facebook Market. I searched for a new Civic online for hours upon hours every single day for a week until I came across his.Brent was quick to answer all my questions, and for questions he didnt have answers to, he made quick phone calls to dealerships he works with to verify information on the vehicle. He even was able to give information about the vehicle that not one other seller/dealer even knew about the mechanical aspect of the vehicle.I recently had a horrible stroke of luck with my vehicle, and needed a new one sooner than later. Brent worked with me on the vehicle, and did his best to get it in my hands as soon as possible, however wont disclose our deals details.Any question regarding the vehicle he didnt have an answer to, instead of lying and giving me an answer I want to hear to sell the car, hed give an honest I dont have an honest answer for that, or would make a phone call to verify something. Name another dealer that would do that for you, I bet you cant.While eager to make a sale and get me this vehicle, he didnt try to upsell, nor lie regarding anything. Even up front admitted some cosmetic damages here & there, which I was fine with.Ive never seen such an honest dealer in my life, not only that, but a dealer that didnt turn me down when I didnt have all the money on hand on the spot, but worked with me so that we both could make the sale happen. Im still shocked that someone this genuine in car sales exists. My family is so surprised and at awe of my vehicle purchase, that theyre now going to purchase a new car from him as well, and are very excited to do so.I cant give any negatives for this dealer, as I sit here trying to think of any. Just genuinely someone you WANT to do business with. Trust me, youll regret buying from anybody else.

I am a single mother and felt like everyone I had spoken to saw me as a target and tried to take advantage of me. I never once felt that from Brent. He helped me get a great car and an amazing deal. Brett and company are a class act! I saw a truck that I loved for sale at 9:30 at night and messaged Brett immediately. He responded at once and agreed to meet me the next morning at my preference of time. When I arrived, he took me in his own car over to a local shop where he was having two new batteries installed for me.We drove the truck back over to his office and I knew it was right for me. There was an issue with my license when it came time to register it for me as part of the sale and the office staff knew just what to do. They got me in touch with the tag office folks where I used to live and I was on the road in no time.The price was fantastic. I love the truck and told Brett that I want first pick of any more that he gets like that are like this. My business constantly needs affordable, quality trucks and so I’m excited to have a team helping me locate them so I don’t have to spend a bunch of time driving around to look at vehicles. Brent did a great job helping us with our sons first car purchase. Wed recommend him to anyone! Hell search for a specific vehicle need, and hes pretty honest when it comes to his own inventory. We took the vehicle we ended up purchasing to our mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (this was huge because a previous seller lied to us when we asked for one). Could not recommend a better service!I came to Brent as I saw he could help sell my vehicle for me. I originally planned on just selling it myself but after a little over a week I didn’t get much action besides the few spam bots looking to help sell or buy intending to scam. Brent said he could list it on the multiple resources he’s partnered up with to get more views and attention to my truck, and said I was listing it too low, so raised the price as well to help get more money! I said okay, let’s try it out, I went to SC a day later to visit family and he was calling me to say someone would like to come look at my truck, he organized everything to meet up even though I was out of town and made it quick and smooth as can be. The person coming to look at the truck ended up putting an offer on it that day and buying my truck!So not only was he able to sell it within a day, but also get more money than I was anticipating which is always a bonus.Brent made it a super quick and easy process with communication throughout every step of the way which is just something that’s hard to come by these days, and for that I will not be buying or selling a vehicle from anyone else!

Let me start by saying these guys are the BEST. Super responsive, down to earth, and willing to answer any of your questions.I am an extremely thorough person (which has freaked most used car salesmen out), but I received no pushback to any of my questions and received no concern when I asked to have a mechanic take a look at the vehicle I was interested in.You can also tell that there are no attempts to nickel-and-dime you for everything youre worth. The vehicles are priced below what you would expect because their overhead is minimal and there are no stiff suits walking around everywhere with fake smiles.LADIES!! We all know that car salesmen tend to treat women differently when they are out independently shopping for a car. Not the case here! When I showed up to check out one of their used vehicles, I was treated with respect and care just like everyone deserves. And I know this was genuine behavior because when I brought my husband with me to finalize purchasing details, their behaviors did not change at all. Genuine. I travel a great deal for work and needed to sell my grandfathers 2010 Colorado. I did not want to deal with all the calls and viewings. I found Dependable Pre-owned Cars searching for a consignment place or someone to help me. DPC was the first and last spot once I spoke to Brent. He was/is knowledgeable, sincere, and willing to do whatever it takes to make the whole process easy and care free for me. He took the truck to take pics, clean it up, took care of all the calling and viewings. Working with a person you do not really know can be frustrating as far as getting info and upates. This was not the case with DPC and Brent. I was kept up to date even with the most ridiculous offers. Something I was greatly appreciative of. UPDATE: (5/10/21)THIS IS GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT OVER $515!READ BELOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED TO KNOW WHY:My husband spoke to Brent on 4/3/21...2 days after my last post! He called him late after his Saturday shift and Brent picked up because he thought it was one of his buddies back in Georgia! He offered tons of apologies and delivered them all through his pleas to be honest. He explained that he caught his business partners Tim and Tracy stealing from him. This caused him financial hardship, but now hes working with a different dealership and things are much better. He sent $150 and promised to send the rest ($515) on Monday. My husband offered to do payment arrangements since he was going through a rough time. Brent insisted on paying ASAP because it had gone on so long. The subsequent payment NEVER came. He has not picked up any calls or returned texts and emails seem none existent. I am out of patience. I have spoken to the folks at Integrity and they agree, the money should have been returned to me on August 4, 2020 when he cashed the check. The plan was canceled April 15, 2020...OVER A YEAR AGO! THE ONLY OPTION FOR ME AT THIS POINT IS TO FILE A CLAIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT WHICH, I WILL DO TODAY.Over a week ago (and in multiple ways) I reached out to Brent pleaing to him as a father to return the owed balance and got ZERO acknowledgement. I explained the money I bought our van and the maintenance plan with was the last of the money left to me from my father who passed 1 month before our daughter was born. It was always our dream to buy Westies and to travel across country. That dream never transpired. Because were now a foster family of 5 we decided to invest in a Honda Odyssey rather than a Westalia. I am happy with that decision, BUT I WANT OUR REFUND FROM THE WARRANTY BACK. I understand that people make poor decisions when they are in compromised situations, but TO BE HONEST, Brent now sounds like someone who lives his way through life by jive-talking, rather than imploring ethics and integrity. It is fitting that we did business with him using the gift from my father, as my papa had a real knack for attracting and dealing with people who took advantage of his kindness and generosity down to his last days!I AM SORRY THAT IT HAS COME TO THIS. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXHAUSTING. AS I SAID, I WILL FILE WITH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN MY COUNTY TODAY.UPDATE: (4/1/2021) BRENT SOLD US A MAINTENANCE WARRANTY THAT WE ENDED UP CANCELING DUE TO THE HARDSHIP THAT THE PANDEMIC BROUGHT. WE CANCELED THE WARRANTY WITHIN 30 DAYS AND WERE DUE FOR A FULL REFUND. WE HAVE SINCE SPENT THE PAST YEAR TRYING TO TRACK IT DOWN. BRENT SAID HE WOULD RETURN THE REFUND AS SOON AS HE RECEIVED IT, HOWEVER THE WARRANTY COMPANY HAS INFORMED US THAT HE RECEIVED THE CHECK AND CASHED IT. BRENT HAS NOT RETURNED PHONE CALLS, TEXTS, EMAILS, LETTERS. HE KNOWS THAT WE WERE IN NEED OF THE MONEY AND HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WAS AN HONEST PERSON AND WOULD HAVE IT TO US ASAP. HE ALSO ASSURED ME THAT THE VAN HAD THE TIMING BELT CHANGED BECAUSE AS AN EXPERT NO ONE WOULD SPEND MONEY ON MIDDLE-TOP OF LINE TIRES AND NOT HAVE THE TIMING BELT CHANGED. GUESS WHAT? THE TIMING BELT HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED AND THE WARRANTY WOULD HAVE PAID FOR THIS! YES, I CANCELED THE WARRANTY, BUT IT APPEARS I PAID FOR BOTH! THIS DOES NOT LOOK FAVORABLE ON HIM AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HIM.I deleted my previous 5 star review as it is no longer relevant. We bought 2 cars from DPOC. Tracy and Tim seemed to be upstanding people, so PLEASE NOTE, I am specifically speaking about BRENT KINNEY.

Just bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring from these guys and this is how car buying should be. It took 30 mins and that is mainly because we were having a good time talking. I highly recommend these guys. I sold cars myself at Coggin Toyota in Jax FL and I know most of the tricks. These guys tried NONE of them.
